McDonald's in Nottingham

Visiting the area and decided to order McDonald's for breakfast. What a disappointment!! The mcmuffin was nearly put together, the milk in the Latte was turning and no syrup on the pancakes, no sugar for the coffee, no cutlery, nothing. An experience never to be repeated by either myself or family living locally. Sort yourself out McDonald's!!

Waited in line at the drive through. About 6 cars in front of us when we placed our order. Took 15 minutes to then creep forward and collect our order only to find it was stone cold. Car park seemed to be populated by louts playing music loud throwing their litter out the window.

Food is as you’d expect from a Mac Donald’s. The drive through service is always very slow

The worst McDonald’s in the country, service is appalling ior non existent. Ran by a bunch of children who don’t know what they’re doing. I’ll never go in ever again.

Decent McDonald's restaurant which has recently been refurbished and updated. It offers great value for money and it is a good place to stop off for a quick bite to eat. Limited seating inside with a couple of tables outside. Drive thru is usually pretty quick and easy to use.

Food wasn't the best quality its been from there before

0 stars- did not receive my order, after an hour of waiting I’ve received a text of my order being cancelled to then being told to either wait for another hour. 2 hours gone by and no sign of food. Absolutely disappointing.

i had been to this mcdonald’s 3 times and every time they got my order wrong. it was either they forgot something or gave the wrong thing. i then went for a fourth time after not going for a long time as its the nearest one to where i have recently moved and i thought to myself imagine if they get it wrong AGAIN. at that point i think they’re doing it on purpose as i’ve never had this at any other mcdonald’s. it wasn’t even busy when i went… so i ordered a mozzarella share box and a vegetable deluxe burger as im vegetarian. i then find they’ve given me chicken instead of mozzarella dippers. I was honestly in AWE like the staff must get told to do these things as a prank surely? i then had to wait ages to swap it around. i drove back home ready to tuck in to my burger…… to find they gave me the wrong burger as well but it was too late to take it back. Safe to say I will not be returning because this joke just isn’t funny anymore and every time i’ve wasted so much time trying to get everything swapped. I am genuinely curious can someone please speak on behalf of this mcdonald’s as to whether this is a thing that they do on purpose or is there a permanent system error? i refuse to believe this is genuine human error when it’s happened this many times a d it looks like im not the only person having this issue either…

Had the breakfast wrap which still had egg shells in it 😳 Then went to have my jam muffin and that was rock hard =( And even went to drink my coffee which was stupidly very strong.. was not worth even a pound for what I got.. ripped off

Dined in for a quick lunch. Quick service. Burger was good. Chips were luke warm but quickly exchanged for hot chips.

Every time I've been to this McDonalds my order has been wrong I don't understand why you cant make a simple burger to someone's specification crazy

The receipt machine never works, so when asked my order number I can’t tell them. McMuffin bun was dry and hard. Staff are very polite though.

Friendly staff and good service, can be a little slow at times but order ahead to avoid delays if you're in a rush. Food was hot and tasty

Slowest maccies drive through in human history. Would be quicker to grow, harvest and process the potatoes and raise the animals from birth to burger than it would be to wait in their queues.

Ambient space for parking and on road to get in to restaurant

We ordered from the car and took ages to get the food. We had to ask where our order was and then it finally arrived. It would have been quicker to order via the drive through.

Did not even get my food in the end - left after 30 minutes of sitting in drive thru blocked in either side. Under-staffed with very poor management. Avoid!

Yes nice pleasant service. Really weird though no self service condiments I presume they get pinched nowadays, but all served with the food possibly more than you would pick up normally ie 5 x napkins 2 x canderel sugar derivative, 4 x sugar 3 times milk 1x tomato sachet for a bacon muffin and coffee ? Too much stuff ! Clean but clinical possibly the new Mcd's but hey forward we go...

Absolutely horrific ordered a small order and went inside to pick it up took 50 minutes to get my food, food was cold and forgot my drink

I placed an order on just eat and was given a time for delivery but nothing came and the website says delivered. If that's the only money left on me then no food till they investigate and do a refund. I didn't get any call from anyone to apologise and very difficult to report your order missing. They should check on the delivery driver properly to make sure people get their food.

It's just Mackys. It's not exactly gonna be quality is it.

Very bad behaviour by the staff with delivery drivers. They take 30 40 minutes to give the order to delivery driver. Customer complains about the late to drivers. If you can't handle the delivery then stop delivery service

Went to get an egg and cheese McMuffin and it was very oily almost as if it was dunked in oil and didn't realize until I got home so I couldn't eat. Thanks a lot 🙄🙄

Very slow food serving and had to ask for bbq dips that were ordered

My mum ordered 3 happy meals and it only came with chicken nuggets my nan rang them to complain and a man said "I'm on break ring me back "

McDonald's having noisy kids is fine, but here you will get noisier ADULTS next to you non-stop talking.

This is by far the world McDonalds I have ever ordered from. If it wasn't for Uber eats forcing us to use the closest McDonald's we wouldn't order from here. I haven't received an order from this McDonald's in the last 3 months that's been correct. Staff cannot follow simple instructions. Orders missing food, food with things on that shouldn't be, missing paid extras. Utter shocking. I would love to speak to the manager about their shocking service but at this point I doubt the place has one.

Very busy. Slow service even through drive through, although the order was accurate for a change. Could of been better tbh.

Poor parking .the 2 disable spaces had deliveroo staff cars in with no badges. And inside they catered for deliveroo staff and paying customers had a long wait. Poor service no seats. Tables not being cleaned .after us. Will not use this one again

Again, like most chains now. Priority over lazy customers who can't be bothered to attend McDonald's over the ones who are in the store. 20+min wait is now common.

Orded food before we got to the restaurant off app, still waited another 25 mins for our food, it then came out and most of it was cold. Member of staff changed it. No sources out, no napkins out, no salts or anything. Had to keep trying to get staffs attention from behind the counter if we wanted anything and we had 3 kids with us but they are very good at ignoring you and not even making eye contact with u to just to acknowledge you being there is all it takes. Then I had to change my child's nappie, to have the baby changing unlocked for me to be greated by dirty nappie in the sink ????? Only saw 1 round lad doing lobby and that was just as we were leaving . No care taken in this store at all !!! VERY LOAD MUSIC PLAYING AT 6.30PM IN RESTAURANT to the point I couldn't hear myself think or even speak to the person opposite. Staff are concentrating on delivery and drive through and forgetting about the customers inside . 2 members of staff in there that actually care are Curtis and a young black guy with a fab afro . Thanks you 2, shame about the rest of the store . Not enjoyable at all . Sorry 😞

Most of the time this branch gives the wrong order its not enough you always get sent to a bay and wait 10-15min for a small order they either missing something or getting someone else order 👎

Drive through so atmosphere irrelevant. Slow service as the deleverpoo guys get premium attention. One hash brown short on order. Proves you should check before you drive away.

Food is edible thus the 1 stars, however there is always a massive queue and my order is always wrong, seriously bad here.

Worse customer service I have encountered. Accused of wanting a free drink from Ben and the female manager after I paid for a meal and received no drink on 04.05.24 at 23:15pm.

I go there quite often because it’s close to my area and they keep giving me the wrong thing, this is annoying because i am only able to notice this when i get home, please double check, this is really rude.

Out last night, wouldn't drive, fancied big mac meal etc. Didn't deliver my full order placed through just eats, when I phoned the valley rd branch I was told to contact just eats. Strange when they didn't pack my order! Not helpful at all. Received a refund through the app, but my husband ended up sharing mine.

Everytime we order from here , they manage to mess the order up. On one occasion only the drinks turned up without any of the meal, then now they have sent meals without any fries. How does it happen everytime?

Small macs with zero atmosphere. Asked them to do the watery milkshake again and this was too much trouble for them. Very disappointed. 1 star as they did it eventually

Popular, quick and rarely gets the order wrong. Wide opening times, so you can stop in after a long commute home, or pop in at the start of a journey.

It wasn't fast they lost my order and the chips were cold. Staff are clearly overworked and there's no one looking after the till area.

They managed to get my order wrong even though I double conformed it, food was warm though.

At drive thru,we were served by such a very polite young man, called Racquarne,who made us so welcome and chatted about our day,he really made our day,he's a cut above all mcds staff,he will go far.

I popped in for breakfast after a long journey. I have never used the self service to order as I usually pay cash, but with the assistance of a lovely lady, Jeanie will now be able to use s.s and still pay cash at the counter. Result

Came at 10.30 on 26th Jan 23. Lovely front of house lady, very hard working, friendly and customers was definitely at the forefront of her mind. Thank you to this lady for just being so lovely, you are an excellent asset to macdonalds.

A bit scary that customers can walk straight into the kitchen area. They ought have a secure gate. Great service and clean.

The Renovation looked strange, i Couldnt find the till for ordering for a minute. Otherwise fine.

Very poor customer service, first given half order on the top it was incomplete order, even that order was wrong as well. After 5 mins we got our coffee which was part of meal, then asked to change the whole meal because it was wrong. Mr Joe used the word DEMANDING to us . He said it’s bit demanding. Been here a few times. I've found the hospitality to be good, friendly staff and cleanliness is good. If you want to go to McDonald's that not too busy this is definitely the place. 10/10

Unfortunately, some of the workers there deal badly with customers, especially with the delivery worker. I was there while I was working on delivery. One of the female employees threw the order in the face of one of the delivery workers. He was an old man who could be older than her father or the same age. Note that the hiring worker is a human being, not an animal, and must be treated well

We ordered a takeaway and opted for delivery. The time we should have received our order was communicated as 6.20pm and driver was at the store at 6.05pm. We received our order at 6.37pm, both burgers were less than Luke warm and the fries completely cold. We were dissatisfied and then dealt with Uber Eats on the telephone number supplied by McDonalds on their app. The initial call handler was rude and short tempered and upon escalation the manager informed us that the service we received was within guidelines and acceptable. I’m not sure how recovering a cold delivery is deemed to be acceptable. Save yourself a poor experience if ordering a delivery. This is the 2nd time we’ve experienced this from this Branch of McDonalds along with previous issues with missing sauces and other items. Save your money or order a Pizza from Dominoes or Papa John’s who always deliver ‘hot food’ as it should be served.

Took 1 hour 50 mins to get our order delivered. The eta kept getting later and later. Tried to cancel to just go and order in store to be quicker but would get charged full price for the food even though it hadn’t been prepared by that point.

Its not a first time that they dont deliver everything what I ordered, actually is not a cheap thing, and when I called directly the shop, they blame the uber eats while the bag was sealed so it was definitely the shop mistake not the currier.
