McDonald's in Nottingham

It would be great if a fillet of fish was actually in the middle of their the cob not on the side of the box, your staff need recognise the cobs are round

Not sure what happened to this MC Donald's. Fries were raw, chocolate milkshake was awful, we had to wait almost 20mins for table service.

I waited for 20 minutes and had to in to get my food. The waitress gave me the wrong meal and when I explained it was wrong she went away and picked up my meal which had been lying on the table, for how long I don't know but when I was given to me it was cold. When I pointed this out to her she argued it statingng it had just been cooked. I informed her I would not accept the food and wanted fresh food. She did go away and brought me what she said was freshly cooked. I have my flights how fresh it was but took it anyway. I had lost the will to live at that stage. Not my best McDonald's experience.

I went to McDonald's drive-through on Tuesday 11/03/2025 at approximately 12.05 hours, for a spot of lunch. I was truly satisfied how polite, well-mannered, friendly the person who was working on the drive-through was. His name was Alex. Alex was the person who collected the payment for the order. He made my experience pleasurable and I even commented on how great his customer service skills were. If I was to open a business serving the public I would employ Alex!

I had my drinks come to me upside down the bag was drenched

Ordered Friday 28th Feb 20:48 via mcdonald’s delivery. Not sure employees even read or care about the orders. Ordered a 2 burger 2 fries deal - one mcplant with a paid for extra patty and a double quarter pounder with cheese. Did not receive the double quarter pounder with cheese at all and my mcplant only had one patty. Clear printed out receipt attached showing both and the mcplant box even had a sticker with XTRA PATTY written in huge letters. How can you not notice a whole burger missing from a two burger order??? Does one person pack and no one else check it at all?? Brain cells missing??? Always check the bag at mcdonald’s when collecting and clearly just don’t bother with delivery cause you can’t trust them to cook and send a few burgers

Perfectly okay McDonald's. Nothing particularly stood out. Served our food really quickly. The restaurant was a bit too cold though it was February.

Not like used to be very slow service, few things wrong. Not the business it once was in my view.

Going to a fast food outlet, you would expect it to be "fast." This McDonald's only moves fast if you've ordered food to be delivered, or you go through the drive-through. If you go in to get food, you're left waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Get your act together 🤬🤬🤬

Disappointed with Greet when collecting food. Being asked to park yo await good when no one is behind is totally inefficient. Clearly used to help with their order to close statistics.

this McDonald was clean and the service was very fast the employees are very friendly and welcoming shout out to Curtis he was extremely friendly and is the kindest most polite member of staff i have ever met

Ordered food for family they forgot half of the items

You need to get more screens, for such a popular location 2 order screens is ridiculous. Also, I generally pay at counter, when I do, I always have to wait. Not saying a static person should control the till but at least someone who can be more aware, always checking...or simple, not walking past with their back towards this area as though avoidance is intentional. Food is always good tho 😋

Always missing 1 item on my delivery orders. Not just one time but it happen many times. This branch should be fully investigated about this kind of failure or scheme, why always one item from your order is missing.

Burger was ok but chips didn't seem fully cooked and the milkshake was off!

Went this tea time they were more interested in getting the delivery drivers away supposedly fast food took 20 minutes to come chips barely cooked and chicken burger and hamburger were cold and disgusting will never go again

It wasn't fast they lost my order and the chips were cold. Staff are clearly overworked and there's no one looking after the till area.

Plain cheeseburger came with onions and mustard. Chicken and bacon wrap didn’t come with any bacon

McDonald's is McDonald's! The foods alright but never great, but it seems more expensive than I remember. If you want better but more expensive food then go Popeyes, if you want a inexpensive but alright meal, McDonald's got you covered...and bring back cinnamon doughnuts, I used to love them as a kid

came in to get our food as whenever we order it is cold with things missing. we thought this would be more reliable but after spending £40 on food we received only half of it and it was still cold. we tried to call mcdonald’s after and they continuously declined our calls. so now we have lost our money and have 3 hungry children as well.

Look I love a quick cheap easy meal but they never get my order right ever and it’s really not that hard, work in hospitality myself and you actually have to be dumb to get shit like this wrong, sort it out

Always a fairly pleasant experience at this McDonalds. It does take a bit longer than expected during peak times due to its location on the ring road but the upside of this is that the food is almost always piping hot and fresh off the grill. If you have the time to sit in here then I recommend that you do, there is a lady that works here (I don't have her name) who always goes around to make sure that customers are alright and happy with their meals. She also makes young guests feel welcome, giving out colouring in, balloons etc. She really is a credit to what good customer service is.

Decent McDonald's restaurant which has recently been refurbished and updated. It offers great value for money and it is a good place to stop off for a quick bite to eat. Limited seating inside with a couple of tables outside. Drive thru is usually pretty quick and easy to use. Staff seem friendly enough.

Visiting the area and decided to order McDonald's for breakfast. What a disappointment!! The mcmuffin was nearly put together, the milk in the Latte was turning and no syrup on the pancakes, no sugar for the coffee, no cutlery, nothing. An experience never to be repeated by either myself or family living locally. Sort yourself out McDonald's!!

Waited in line at the drive through. About 6 cars in front of us when we placed our order. Took 15 minutes to then creep forward and collect our order only to find it was stone cold. Car park seemed to be populated by louts playing music loud throwing their litter out the window.

i had been to this mcdonald’s 3 times and every time they got my order wrong. it was either they forgot something or gave the wrong thing. i then went for a fourth time after not going for a long time as its the nearest one to where i have recently moved and i thought to myself imagine if they get it wrong AGAIN. at that point i think they’re doing it on purpose as i’ve never had this at any other mcdonald’s. it wasn’t even busy when i went… so i ordered a mozzarella share box and a vegetable deluxe burger as im vegetarian. i then find they’ve given me chicken instead of mozzarella dippers. I was honestly in AWE like the staff must get told to do these things as a prank surely? i then had to wait ages to swap it around. i drove back home ready to tuck in to my burger…… to find they gave me the wrong burger as well but it was too late to take it back. Safe to say I will not be returning because this joke just isn’t funny anymore and every time i’ve wasted so much time trying to get everything swapped. I am genuinely curious can someone please speak on behalf of this mcdonald’s as to whether this is a thing that they do on purpose or is there a permanent system error? i refuse to believe this is genuine human error when it’s happened this many times a d it looks like im not the only person having this issue either…

0 stars- did not receive my order, after an hour of waiting I’ve received a text of my order being cancelled to then being told to either wait for another hour. 2 hours gone by and no sign of food. Absolutely disappointing.

Had the breakfast wrap which still had egg shells in it 😳 Then went to have my jam muffin and that was rock hard =( And even went to drink my coffee which was stupidly very strong.. was not worth even a pound for what I got.. ripped off

Dined in for a quick lunch. Quick service. Burger was good. Chips were luke warm but quickly exchanged for hot chips.

The receipt machine never works, so when asked my order number I can’t tell them. McMuffin bun was dry and hard. Staff are very polite though.

Slowest maccies drive through in human history. Would be quicker to grow, harvest and process the potatoes and raise the animals from birth to burger than it would be to wait in their queues.

Yes nice pleasant service. Really weird though no self service condiments I presume they get pinched nowadays, but all served with the food possibly more than you would pick up normally ie 5 x napkins 2 x canderel sugar derivative, 4 x sugar 3 times milk 1x tomato sachet for a bacon muffin and coffee ? Too much stuff ! Clean but clinical possibly the new Mcd's but hey forward we go...

Absolutely horrific ordered a small order and went inside to pick it up took 50 minutes to get my food, food was cold and forgot my drink

I placed an order on just eat and was given a time for delivery but nothing came and the website says delivered. If that's the only money left on me then no food till they investigate and do a refund. I didn't get any call from anyone to apologise and very difficult to report your order missing. They should check on the delivery driver properly to make sure people get their food.

This is by far the world McDonalds I have ever ordered from. If it wasn't for Uber eats forcing us to use the closest McDonald's we wouldn't order from here. I haven't received an order from this McDonald's in the last 3 months that's been correct. Staff cannot follow simple instructions. Orders missing food, food with things on that shouldn't be, missing paid extras. Utter shocking. I would love to speak to the manager about their shocking service but at this point I doubt the place has one.

Orded food before we got to the restaurant off app, still waited another 25 mins for our food, it then came out and most of it was cold. Member of staff changed it. No sources out, no napkins out, no salts or anything. Had to keep trying to get staffs attention from behind the counter if we wanted anything and we had 3 kids with us but they are very good at ignoring you and not even making eye contact with u to just to acknowledge you being there is all it takes. Then I had to change my child's nappie, to have the baby changing unlocked for me to be greated by dirty nappie in the sink ????? Only saw 1 round lad doing lobby and that was just as we were leaving . No care taken in this store at all !!! VERY LOAD MUSIC PLAYING AT 6.30PM IN RESTAURANT to the point I couldn't hear myself think or even speak to the person opposite. Staff are concentrating on delivery and drive through and forgetting about the customers inside . 2 members of staff in there that actually care are Curtis and a young black guy with a fab afro . Thanks you 2, shame about the rest of the store . Not enjoyable at all . Sorry 😞

Drive through so atmosphere irrelevant. Slow service as the deleverpoo guys get premium attention. One hash brown short on order. Proves you should check before you drive away.

Food is edible thus the 1 stars, however there is always a massive queue and my order is always wrong, seriously bad here.

I go there quite often because it’s close to my area and they keep giving me the wrong thing, this is annoying because i am only able to notice this when i get home, please double check, this is really rude.

Worse customer service I have encountered. Accused of wanting a free drink from Ben and the female manager after I paid for a meal and received no drink on 04.05.24 at 23:15pm.

Out last night, wouldn't drive, fancied big mac meal etc. Didn't deliver my full order placed through just eats, when I phoned the valley rd branch I was told to contact just eats. Strange when they didn't pack my order! Not helpful at all. Received a refund through the app, but my husband ended up sharing mine.

Everytime we order from here , they manage to mess the order up. On one occasion only the drinks turned up without any of the meal, then now they have sent meals without any fries. How does it happen everytime?

At drive thru,we were served by such a very polite young man, called Racquarne,who made us so welcome and chatted about our day,he really made our day,he's a cut above all mcds staff,he will go far.
