My order was for 18:00 and it arrived at 17:10 COLD. Been using Diamond City for Years and Years NEVER AGAIN. No excuse for a late delivery, I ordered 24 Hours before hand. **Please DO NOT reply with any excuses**

I normally have a great experience with diamond city however today it was late and Luke warm when I received it normally it's piping hot not impressed today

Lovely food always fresh and hot, never fails to please

stated delivery time passed and I phoned twice and each time told it was on way. Driver phoned to say he was on road but could not find house, strange as I had put lights on outside to make sure house could be found. Food was slightly cold

this is ridiculous food nice but i nearly didnt get it as the delivery guy heard a dog and ran off!! then what i loose my money cause he heard the dog bark? im sorry your a delivery driver its should be expected what would of happend if i didnt manage to catch him running away? refund pffft as if get new staff its laughable

Brilliant delivery, very friendly and earlier than estimated. However everything was great except my main meal. The chicken was like rubber. It was like they had used cheap frozen chicken diced pieces. I was very disappointed. I couldn't even eat it! Tasted awful. I ate my rice and left my main. The salt & pepper chips saved me, they were very nice. This is usually our go to take out for Chinese food. Disappointed!

everything good apart from the pancake roll it was dripping in oil not like normal

If the waiting time will be 1 and half hours, please let the customer know. Restaurant delivery all customer's order in one trip.

My order was over 1 hour late. The food was below standards, worst Chinese I have ever eaten. Bland and tasteless chicken curry, disappointing.

after wait 2 hours and ringing to see where my order was it arrived cold! even after ringing and saying i hope.it comes hot after waiting this long ....nope ribs...bbq what ribs like chickens feet rice tasted like plastic chicken balls were black on the jnside nah avoid this place!!!!

Rice arrived completely stone cold (rest of order okay) contacted venue to attempt immediate resolution but was shouted at and told I was wrong by them. Ended up having to eat meal with no rice as no solution provided by company. Over 2 hours for del

It was great delivery service I think about 45+ minutes early and the food was hot so it was perfect temperature, and the person who delivered it was so sweet the food was 8/10 it was really nice

Worst Chinese I have ever had. Crispy chilli beef bland, soggy. Chips soggy, no seasoning just some chopped veg thrown into them. Sauce disappointing

Normally use the Chinese nr the Oxford had done 4 yrs, Not any more Diamond City is 10/10 compared 2. Only had a 3 in 1 but the sauce the ice rice!! Will buy from again : )

I ordered a delivery from here if crispy Shreaded beef and salt and pepper box. The food was stale and old, the worst crispy Shreaded beef ive ever tasted it was all stuck together in clum like jelly it tasted disgusting I couldn't eat it. It was possibly the worst meal ive ever had delievered in my life I had to throw it away, I called the shop to ask for a refund or for them to resolve the issue and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude said he will not refund me and put the phone down. Hands down the worst chinese ever and there selling out of date food DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

First time using and wasn't disappointed. would definitely recommend, best spring roll I've ever had, had the special chop suey, boiled rice. it was delicious. thank you.

Initial delivery time was 35. - 40 mins order at 7:15 & arrived at 9. The food was cold, the duck was mostly fat & skin, the sauces were watery & food tasteless

I have been meaning to write a review for a while now, here it is! The special chowmein is hands down the best in Nottingham and I have tested many. The sauce is light and fragrant, you get none of that horrible beef that most places put in, instead you get lots of chicken, pork and 4 king size prawns (no other Chinese gives that many). All of this with an assortment of fresh veggies and noodles. I can only comment on this but I have had it several times and it never disappoints.

if I could give no stars I would, the services was absolutely shockingly rubbish I ordered my food at 6.30pm meant to be here for 7.30 no later than 7.50 but it didn't show up til 9pm, I got that hungry whilst waiting I ended up making my self something to eat, asked for a refund but they haven't issued one which it totally wrong my food was late cold and just horrid, my partners special curry was just mainly the sauce. Not happy and 200% not going to return.

Usually I love your food, so I don’t know what was different this time, but the chicken balls were really dry and just mostly batter, not much chicken. The chips were also really dry, like they’d been overcooked. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was quite disappointed

Delivery was early then I expected, which was great because I was already hungry. Food is always good from Diamond City.

Appalling. Ordered and paid through their website, order was confirmed with expected arrival between 7-8pm. When the food still wasn’t there by 8.40 called and was just told they weren’t taking online orders and I would have to cancel online to get a refund. There isn’t an option to cancel online and they said they don’t know how to do it. So I’ll have to chase a refund through my credit card company and now too late to order from anywhere else. Absolute jokers.

Delivery time given was 30-40 mins,waited 50 mins and rang. Was told driver had been and nobody answered the door....not true. Told me they had rang my phone....not true. Told me they'd bring it back so i told them i didn't want it cold and he said it wouldn't be. Finally arrived almost 2 and a half hours after originally ordering and the food had been reheated so it was hard and dry. They should have recooked it! Will never use Diamond City again. Disgusting service and food.

Order had items missing I called the shop they said they would send it but they didn’t i tried to resolve the issues before this review all they offered was the prawn toast delivered the day after no offer from of a refund of the 8 pounds frankly that’s not good at all Such a shame I regularly spend over 40 pounds on my order at least twice a month now will not be using this takeaway again.
