Jamila at Bakery Delights made two stunning cakes for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, and they were absolutely incredible! One was a mermaid-themed cake and the other a Minion cake, and both were decorated to perfection. The attention to detail was amazing – they looked so beautiful we almost didn’t want to cut into them! Not only did they look fantastic, but the taste was just as impressive. The cakes were moist, flavorful, and we had so many compliments on them. My daughter loved them too! Jamila was also a pleasure to work with – so friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. Thank you, Jamila, for creating such wonderful cakes that made my daughter’s birthday celebrations even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back for future occasions and highly recommend Bakery Delights to anyone looking for stunning and delicious cakes!

The food was very nice , the delivery was very fast.They have different type of food wich are Italian dishes,sea food dishes and Indian food. Very happy with the service.

The hotel is good, it has spacious and comfortable rooms. My complaint is that the staff does not want to work, a group of 20 people stayed for two nights and they refused us breakfast on the second day because they said we blocked their dining room, a shame.

Come here often but was made aware that the chef wasn't in so the owner Nick went out of his way when busy to cook a group of 7 of us a meal. We all loved the food we had which was a homemade curry and the customer service was exceptional as always. Good vibes and great atmosphere, the regulars always treat you as their own even when new to the pub. Thankyou Nick and the 2 lovely girls.

I normally come to Tesco for shopping, and was thinking i should give this place a try. The food was really nice the service was really good, we paid £18.00 for 2 mini cods, a small portion of chips and 2 drinks which i think is a fair price. The fish was really nice and so were the chips service was really good, the only issue was the tables were filthy, and nobody was cleaning them, floors were dirty had chips and bits of fish on it, we had to ask for our table to be cleaned, other than that would recommend.

When we visit after 6pm, the place is often empty. The young guy that serves is always friendly and helpful. My main issue with this branch is that, usually when the other female staff are working, they clean the toilets 30 minutes to an hour before closing, put a table in front of the door, and tell you to use the toilets in Tesco. You are selling drinks that make people need to use the toilet, this is stupid behaviour and is making us not want to keep coming here. Starbucks is only around the corner, maybe they would appreciate the regular custom instead!

When ordering food today the lady was preparing a full long chicken tikka for me I asked if the portion of meat wasn't too small she said yes it's a normal portion unfortunately I am a regular customer in Hinckley as I have a subway right next to my office and the sandwiches look much better. It looks like she wanted to save the meat for her sandwich. For the past two weeks they have been dripping water from the air conditioning of course the way to fix it is to put a bucket in the middle of the restaurant. This was my last visit to this place. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone even if they were starving.

The place stinks,toilets are disgusting and as for the staff , wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.

Foods not bad if you can get some. Everytime we go the wait time is ridiculous and we end up walking out.

The only rating I can give as I've never been there sorry
