Jamila at Bakery Delights made two stunning cakes for my daughter’s 3rd birthday, and they were absolutely incredible! One was a mermaid-themed cake and the other a Minion cake, and both were decorated to perfection. The attention to detail was amazing – they looked so beautiful we almost didn’t want to cut into them! Not only did they look fantastic, but the taste was just as impressive. The cakes were moist, flavorful, and we had so many compliments on them. My daughter loved them too! Jamila was also a pleasure to work with – so friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. Thank you, Jamila, for creating such wonderful cakes that made my daughter’s birthday celebrations even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back for future occasions and highly recommend Bakery Delights to anyone looking for stunning and delicious cakes!

This hotel represents the worst accommodation experience I have encountered. The safety and comfort of the room were severely compromised. Upon arrival in room 19, we discovered the room was excessively cold. Despite activating the heating system and leaving for the evening, the room remained frigid upon our return, with the heating unit emitting only cool air. My husband subsequently requested an alternative room due to the unacceptable temperature. A member of staff delivered an oil-filled heater; however, my husband, due to his professional experience, identified that it lacked a current Portable Appliance Test (PAT) certification. The staff member retrieved the heater, subsequently returning it with a PAT sticker; although, I feel it was the same heater. Further inspection revealed that other items in the room also lacked current PAT testing, raising significant safety concerns. Later, at approximately 4:00 AM, a heavy headboard detached from the wall, striking both my husband and me. I sustained facial and bodily injuries, while my husband experienced a near-knockout blow. We put the head borad on the floor and tired to get some sleep. I didn't want to move rooms at 4am. They would probably be cold too. We reported the incident to reception the following morning, receiving a complaint form and contact information. Never ever had this sort of problem in a premier inn ever!

Come here often but was made aware that the chef wasn't in so the owner Nick went out of his way when busy to cook a group of 7 of us a meal. We all loved the food we had which was a homemade curry and the customer service was exceptional as always. Good vibes and great atmosphere, the regulars always treat you as their own even when new to the pub. Thankyou Nick and the 2 lovely girls.

Was sent here to tip rearranged for a Sunday morning at 4am the security were brilliant they said as far as they were aware there was no one in intake until 6am They took my number and rang me at 6am to go in and go on a bay Which I did 1.45mins later still no one had touched my load I rang the security and he came up to me about 20mins later. We both went in search for somebody and eventually found a team leader who said they didn’t have anyone at intake on a Sunday morning. Lack of communication is a big thing here had to pull out after 2hrs
