Been coming here for the last 5 years, wonderful service.

Food was cooked to a poor standard, steak was overdone, chicken looked like it had come straight from the freezer and was rubbery. Service was also poor, staff were rude and demanding.

Staff were great. Always happy and food is always tasty. Saskia was great!

Decent place with friendly staff, good selection if drinks and excellent layout. Surprisingly there were 2 dart boards in decent condition with the right set up and spare darts. Also a pool table to play on.

The staff are full of smiles, friendly, caring. The food is nice, really qell thoughtnout combinations, and completely reasonably priced.. The drink are nice, especially the rose wine my partner said. Live football. Lots of nice local Beaumont leys people, proper people.. alot if older folk and younger folk mixing harmoniously. This is what life should be like. Lovely atmosphere and great food.

Been going to this place for a few years now for breakfast, and as always we're made to feel at home, staff are friendly and helpful and we get on well with all of them they can't do enough for you, certainly recommend it for it's friendliness and the food is second to none and I love my food, thanks to all that work there.

Great place , me and my family come here once a month for breakfast it's absolutely lovely breakfast, very fast service nice and hot and you wouldn't get anywhere cheaper. ALL staff are helpful and polite..if anyone puts a bad review on this place there must just be a very hard person to please so ignore negative reviews x

I thought I'd stop at this pub for some food on the way out of Leicester, unfortunately I would advise to steer clear. The food is so cheap and nasty that I just wish I'd gone to McDonalds nextdoor instead. I pointed out to the staff that there my burger was very dry and had no sauce as described on the menu. The staff didn't seem bothered at all and told me nobody else complained and that's how they've been serving that Burger. The clientele visiting this pub also let it down being a family friendly environment as there was a very strong smell of weed in the toilets. A much better place would be the Hobby Horse, over in Syston. That has a much better and safer family environment.

I ordered rump steak and chips which I asked to be well done with no salad and no onion. The streak came with mushrooms on top and a tomato at the side which they kindly took off the plate when i asked. When I started to eat the steak the first part was cooked ok but the second part was all pink I complained at the end and said it wasn't cooked properly and the lady didn't say a thing No offer to give me another cooked stake or refund 0 for customer service not worth £11 plus

Relaxed atmosphere, great selection of drinks and a good menu to choose from. Car parking behind pub and bus stops directly opposite.. Well worth a visit.

I am a coeliac and not only do they clean the table for me, but I get a large choice desserts which is most usual..

Come here every Monday and Thursday as have coaching with demonfort university, love the food Paul makes and the drinks and prices are great too great meals all around.

And only £3.95 between 10am - 12pm Best entertainment, food, drinks and staff - this is literally my go to place, its home away from home staff are always amazing and so friendly, food is always delicious and spot on and the drinks offer are amazing, we love coming here when all the amazing entertainment is on sabrina and her team do amazing we love it

Had another lovely meal, no complaints two adult meals and a kids meal was beautiful cooked to perfection many thanks. Staff was all so polite and friendly.

Excellent food , well trained staff and brilliant service , the you girl Courtney treated us brilliantly , no fuss always got a smile on her face. Also brilliant atmosphere, decent music and was nice and clean through-out.

Came for breakfast after shopping with the grandparents and the service was lovely, especially from the lady on shift Saskia. The food was also really nice.

Came in for a Sunday dinner it was beaut will b coming bk and they have loads of up coming events too that I will b attending

Where to start. The mix grill was average. Nothing much to say about that. The ultimate veggie burger was burnt, lots of unseasoned tomato sauce, burger bread was hard, hardly no taste to the burger, deep fried so you taste oil, chucked with cheese, no tasty cheese, cheap no depth. The atmosphere was dull, service behind the bar was slow even when food section had hardly no one in, which probably was a sign. The waitress asked us if we were enjoying our food when I said no, she just smiled and walked away and said Nothing!!, probably with embarrassment. Send in Gordon Ramsey to sort out the poor standards. Not worth the money or given reimbursement or discount ..Never ever will we eat here again.

Great pub. Have accommodated my football team fantastically for the past 3 years. Food and beer always good and a great price. Sabrina, Roz and the team have got a good place here.

Supported their local football team for the past 3 seasons and it’s been a brilliant relationship between us both. The food is spot on and so is the service from the team.

Fantastic service, staff were spot on and friendly. Cheap as well, brilliant value for money. Karaoke was on too, which was brilliant and everyone enjoyed themselves

My family and friends came to the keepers lodge yesterday after for karaoke and disco in the afternoon the atmosphere was brilliant everybody dancing joining in for was excellent service was speedy 💯 recommend the pub for family meals and fun days out

I came here for breakfast with my friend and my little one. Food was a decent amount for the price. A breakfast for £3.95, you can’t go wrong. Bar staff was ever so lovely and welcoming. Even took time out of their day to talk to my daughter. Will highly recommend to family and friends

Very happy. Went here for a late lunch and it didn’t disappoint. I went for the mixed grill in the end, with peppercorn sauce obviously, and everything was cooked to perfection. The food was beautiful, the staff were amazing, always there to help and nothing was too much trouble, and it was always with a smile, which I’ve noticed some places lack this but they don’t here at all which is much appreciated. Hats off to the chef, food was beautiful, hats off to the bar staff, beer was good too, cruzcampo on draught, not seen that before but a very nice beer, and hats off to the manager for running a wonderful team and a lovely pub. A very pleasant visit, highly recommend.. I will come again.

The full english breakfast at only £3.95 (10 am til 12 ) is amazing and they always do runny eggs, Kat always comes to check everything is Ok . Great music and atmosphere. Cheapest and best place for a brekky in Leicester and they have all the sports on too.

Such lovely staff. Brooke was so polite to me and definitely made me feel at home with the great service.

I went here in the 1980's and the Land lord was a total bigot. He did not like Indians at all. It was a Banks pub back then. I went subsequently and it is civil towards coloured people. The only gripe is the Banks bitter has gone. Marstons is not my favourite tipple. Too many kids too screaming and the TV just ruins atmosphere.

Emma was very helpful when I came in to get a breakfast, she was polite and offered to get a highchair also told me they had pencils with activities to do for my boy My boy seemed to love the breakfast and his fruit shoot would definitely come back again

I visited the keepers lodge yesterday for a meal with family and friends very friendly staff excellent service and well worth the money we all had different meals and all came out without a long wait and all enjoyed our food very good value for money will be visiting again thanks again to the staff for making is all welcome..

I'm a single female on my own and I know coming into the keepers lodge that I will not have any problems if I do they will be quickly dealt with this is always my favourite place to go
