Subway in Leicester

Unfortunately got my order very wrong!

Had my salad literally thrown in a box. I asked for all salad didn't get half of it. £5 FOR A SMALL MESS

missed item no ice cream with my order and delivery time kept updating and was 30 minutes longer than initially said

I ordered one of the new jacket potatoes but there was literally no filling and no cheese - very disappointed

Second time I've ordered from subway beaumount and Second time stuff have been missing never again terribly service

second time within aweek stuff has been missing from order wish I could give subway less than as I would terribly service

We came in after we went swimming, me, my partner, my daughter and my cousin! The staff who served us had no intrest in being there, didn't communicate, she seemed like she didn't want to do her job we went in around 4pm sat 22nd March 2025, place was quiet can actually see why, We got 3 footlong subs and a kids meal, 2 of the subs was the exact same just different bread now she didn't specify which one we was putting salad on so we told her what we wanted and she added it on to the wrong sub, my partner doesn't eat salad so I had to have his one but I wasn't a fan of the bread, anyway it made us all ill as the cheese and mozzarella wasn't melted properly and it was horrible. They were out of cookies, now we love going subway but we won't be going back to this one!

Terrible experience here. The member of staff who served had no interest what so ever. Considering they close at 9pm, got there at 7.15 and already out of ingredients. Given this mediocre potato which ended up in the bin.

Delivery driver was really good and timing was efficient, however we got the wrong bread from subway. Makes a big difference. Mistakes happen, life goes on.

Completely messed up order, to the point that it was completely incorrect. Drove to Subway for them to change it, but that could not be done as the order had not come direct to them so would have to be a new order. Also, the hash browns were cold

nacho bowl had no jalapenos or cheese!!! just a handful of stale.Doritos and a spoon of sauce chucked on.

Where do I even start… food is absolutely freezing!! Who wants to eat cold meatballs?? Having to heat them all up & take salad off. Not only that but what was supposed to be waffle fries is actually just mush & scraps of potato. Never again! Absolutely shocking for a £67 order!

One of the meatballs was black inside and outside like coal, cheese wasn’t even noticable, the tuna sandwich wasn’t even toasted and both kept just falling to pieces

My only gripe today was they forgot our foot long cookie. I can let that slide for the yummy food we had.

I’ve ordered a footlong meal as well as a 6 inch ended up with two 6inch instead can someone explain why please

Very poor food cold and missing items

Absolutely terrible service was ignored when came to collect order no communication whatsoever stood there for at least 10 minutes while serving other people finally I spoke up and they just pointed to a table ,let alone the food being cold, also once asking to be remake the food attitude was given and throwing the food away in anger also slamming equipment. Overall terrible service!!!!

2 items missing. 1 choc chip cookie and 1 waffle fries

Very bad service and rude staff. Haven’t clue as to what they are doing. Accept Uber orders even though they don’t have the food and then call us to cancel. Umm…… can’t cancel as you’ve accepted the my order and the driver is on his way. Have order for here a few times and it’s not the first time this has happened. Asked to speak manager, to be told there isn’t one on site. The service in this place had really changed a lot. Seems to be an on going issue with this place.

Why is the door closed @ 19:45pm? With them guys inside having a good laugh while I've fitted the locked door?!?...

One of the better subways we've visited, the took care when adding the filling and didn't just throw it in like others we've used

Got told I can't eat in due to closing soon, 90 minutes before closing time. They didn't even bother telling me before I ordered

Closed before they should be no coming to the door to apologies or anything change your times on google stay open or at least approach a customer at the door. Rated food and atmosphere at 4 star as not relevant to review. Very poor service

Asked for no sauce, and it was plastered in sauce.

Paid extra for cookies , and extra bits to salad of double cheese and poached Egg , which weren’t supplied. Also left a note for order which wasn’t taken into account.

Packaging was damaged. Literally did not send me any sauces despite me paying for them.

Worst subway going. Ordered online took an hour and a half and when it turned up it was cold. Half the stuff was missing and they gave us wrong stuff aswell. We ordered waffle fries and got about 4 in the box Avoid

Went into subway and it was empty but didn’t change his gloves after putting meat on my sandwich and went straight into the salad with those glove which is a health and safety thing not going back

they got order mixed up and no juice was delivered

Ordered some sides through app, arrived in store and said they are sold out and couldn't give me a refund. Wife had a chicken salad and gave her while chicken still frozen. The lad simply said he will take it out and add warm chicken in. They gave chicken dippers as a substitute and made in front of me and was still cold. Place is a mess half the time. Food quality standards shocking! A month a ago the same lad made a salad with minimum veg and swimming in sauce which made it all soggy. dont bother using the app and make them make it infront of you. When the manager is not there the place is in shambles. This used to be my regular but the standards have completely dropped. Will be using the subway at the service station from now on

Food looked as if it had been screwed up and bashed about, order was wrong!

pick up time was 13:16 restaurant is 5 mins away walking distance food delivered at 13:44 so an explanation of how it takes 30+ mins to drive a 5 min walking distance hot sandwich is now cold because of the late delivery

Absolutely disgraceful customer service sent the wrong sandwich and then rang them up and they said they didn’t have the item in stock and sent a completely different thing and sent the wrong cookie and they kept hanging up on me saying they don’t have a manager

absolutely appalling, every single item was wrong, in one way or another, or just missing completey, called the restaurant as just eat only allow one refund request, and their response was "it's not my fault"

Really poor service. Picked up a wedge of pepperoni, then a wedge of ham, then with the same gloves picked up a wedge of cheese before putting it all back in the pot. Asked if I wanted cheese after she put the cheese on the sandwich, then took it off and put it back in the pot after I said no. Fortunately, the vegetarian sandwich we ordered was made first although I suspect there would have been traces of meat in it. Then spent the next few minutes making up some online orders while our food was getting cold. Maybe focus on the customer in front of you rather than the one that hasn't actually arrived yet!

Waited an hour and a half for a delivery.

Everything was cold and my pizza slice was not even cooked

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they wouldn't get chicken tika out as they close in a hour kids messing with the drink machine spraying pop everywhere putting there hands where the drinks come out staff not wearing gloves and the saled box for the man infront of me wasnt even a quarter filled and when he asked to pay for extra was told no!this is my local and from now on will be going service station

Food late and only one sub delivered and delivery driver did not come back with the rest of order.

Items missing from order, contacted the shop, wouldn’t send replacement delivery and put phone down on me. Will not be ordering from Fletcher Mall again. Terrible customer service

Very disappointed with both my subs 25 pound to have missing crisp and hardly any meat and salad in the subs may as well have sent just a bread roll and drink

The staff did not change their gloves touched meat and then fish! Other staff wiping their gloves down their filthy t shirts. Staff are rude unhygienic do not make you feel welcome

Money grabbing ! £16 for 2 basic sandwiches is ridiculous when it cost £11 from other subways I have used ! All because they don't serve a basic Bacon subway anymore. Won't be using this subway again and have told all family friends to use alternative subways. Absolutely ridiculous that for a single meat and salad sandwich They charges £8 !!!! Don't use go else where.

If I could give Aroma the member of staff a minus 1 I would. So rude. She needs reporting to the manger who ever they are, I asked and there was no manager in.... Manners cost nothing.

Food arrived and there was not real care to how it was made. The order was meant to come with drinks we ordered 3 coke zeros non arrived. Not the best experience

I paid for double cheese and double meat but never get it!

I have been to this subway a few times, its usually OK. There was a lady in a black t shirt I believe she was the manager, she was pretty rude and trying to rush lots of orders through at once. Probably making it worse for everyone. (staff and customers). It looked like it was making the staff feel a bit awkward and it certainly made me feel slightly awkward the way she was trying to rush everything. I understand it was a busy time, there were a few deliveroo drivers waiting also. But she should he setting an example for the other staff. All in all she was definitely the worst behind the counter, all other staff were very polite and smiley as usual. Food was average but again she sorted out my salad and it was thrown in very willy nilly

There was hardly any meat or cheese 2 tiny bits of lettuce and they were drowning in mayonnaise aswell as being squashed even though they were in boxes also missing items from our order.

The store do not check contents of orders thoroughly enough and miss items . When speaking to the over the phone, the call handlers don’t seem to understand how to answer a business/customer call and just say “yeah” ?? Not sure why it’s so difficult to mark off a receipt as you pack a bag !

Delivery person waited outside for 10 minutes without ringing doorbell or phoning. Food was cold.

After been served they didn't let me have my sandwich in the store due to been clean and they will closed in 35 minutes 🙃 but still open so how it's not possible?? Never again in this place 😒

Don't go in this awful place with a £50 note. I just ordered my food got it made and then refused payment 😂 no signs saying we don't take £50 notes or anything making their own rules up.. its illegal to not take my legal tender. They made me put the money in a betting machine next door and collect instantly and returned and went mad at the lack of care towards me as a customer. Silly man cleaning oven iv just made your shop from a 3.9 to a 3.8 rating. The manager cleaning the oven patronising. 👌 so I made sure all customers heard

unfortunately i never received my food as I accidentally put the wrong address. when I gave the new address I was told that 3 miles was too far to drive to deliver it. I hope you enjoyed eating my lunch.

Popped in as McDonald's was really busy, tried the new HOT sub melt only to be really disappointed, the peppers and meat were fridge cold and the very minimal cheese was not melted. Was not a pleasent experience, had a decaff capachino that was not piping hot but was warm and was able to drink straight away. Over all a really bad experience that I won't waste my nearly £8 (6inch sub meal deal) on ever again, I will not recomend to anyone and will wait in the queue for my trusty mcdonalds.

COMPLAINED- MISSING ITEMS. NOT HELPFUL !!! Bag wasn’t sealed properly upon delivery and items were missing. When I called they told me I had to go down there when a manager was in to request a refund. Staff really not helpful on phone and very dismissive. Not interested in a workaround.

Ordered 9 piece chicken nacho bites got 6. Ordered a meatball pot and didn’t get that at all.

Asked for chicken and ham even rang up to let them know and left a note for them. And still got just ham. It was a waste of time ordering and wasn’t that nice. Would not recommend

MADE me pay for ice cream in meal deal as included cookies were unavailable and gen only sent 1 ice cream. Also just eat eat don’t list all items ordered to report. Just meal deal as a whole.

Ordered ham and bacon with salad got tuna and bacon, phone number just rang out, again let down by Subway Good job my partner has not got a fish allergy, please collect your order as we don't want !!!!!!!!!!! You could have killed somebody !!!!!

I'm not happy with this order. Mine wasn't toasted as I asked, but worse still, the meatballs I ordered for my 6 year old was missing, so I had one upset daughter it was my first order and definitely my last. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered

I didn't eat sub for a while but the one with meatballs is massive eaten in the morning and was full for a whole day and I am a big man

Decent subways place, menus give less choice on customising your meals than before. The people serving are friendly and provide good service, it’s not the most cleanest places to eat in so I’d always take away from here.
