The food is lovely very nice however they never seem to answer the phone I have been phoning for almost an hour and its just ringing and ringing

Honestly the best food with amazing, quick service. They’re always honest and happy to fix any mistakes within the same day.

Food was ok however, when ordering from a menu they sent to us a week ago (after ordering on just eat) we ordered some food (the burger meal 4 to be exact) from them directly and when trying to take up the option advertised on the menu (and also on just eat) of changing the bottle of pop in the meal for 4 cans if you pay £1 more we were rudely spoken too and told we couldn’t do that and when told it says on the menu that we can the man on the phone said it would cost us £1.50. We once again referred him back to the menu stating that it said on the menu that we can do this for £1 he refused to listen and said it was £1.50. Very disappointed as what’s the point of having a menu if they are going to change prices as and when they feel like it. I j is it’s only 50p but it’s the principle and for this ride and poor service, we unfortunately will not be returning and will go elsewhere next time.

I have ordered from Popeyes several times so tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread online at 17.23.They eventually arrived at 18.50 and they were surprisingly cold.I had phoned twice and they said that they were waiting for a driver to which I asked if the pizzas would be hot and he said they would.I then called again and they told me the driver was seconds away he was not.When the driver arrived he was very rude when we asked if the pizzas were hot he said they were made 2 hours ago and he just delivered.He then turned his back on us and walked back to his car.I then phoned to complain and asked for a refund but they said I would have to send the food back.I thought that this was unfair as I had been waiting an hour and a half for this delivery and I was most annoyed as the driver was so rude.I will not be ordering from them again.

Deliveries can take a while, even local. Had a few orders wrong but the food is nice at least. Love the donner wrap!

Have ordered from here a few times now and not had anything negative to say. Sometimes the burger bun is grilled and other times it isn't, we prefer it grilled its so much nicer.

Do not ever order from this place, delivery should be in 45min, well it was not delivered within 2h! When called about my order after 1h been told its will be delivered in 10min, then called after 2h and been told I have to wait another 15min because my order is not ready yet!

Delivered to work address in Kirby Muxloe. Pizza was brilliant. One of the best I've ever had. Kebab was really good too. Generous portion size and delivered early. Highly recommended!

Its very nice as the food is cooked to perfection and its so hygienic as you can see this from the hygiene rating of 5. I love the food there

I've had them before and I'd have them again. We ordered two chicken burger meals this time and mine was beautiful, my partner said hers was gorgeous too. Chips/fries whatever you want to call are fab and the burger was beautiful. Decent pricing and delivery time was earlier than stated. All round superb service and beautiful food.

Orderd my food for delivery of a total of £9.60 i jad a £5 note £4 coins a 20pence piece and 40 in 2ps the delicery driver said he would not except this change. Let i went mad at him what a joke i told him to take the food. Guess if you order from here the cant use change. I will never use these again and will leqve my stinking review of them on everwere i can so everome knows... joke

Placed an order after an hour nothing turned up rang back he said give it 10 mins gave it hour n half rang back n just ifs n buts. Food is nice if u can get it delivered but shocking service

Just tried the new hand made burger was beaut. Perfection would of been created if there was some pickles/gherkin.........also new on the menu the nutella calzone😍not a desert person but this was delish....thanks alex x

Avoid avoid at all cost I have been going to popeye s for few years not any more I had half of my order I phoned up to get told they would give me 10% of on my next order I said I wanted it straight away all I got if I send it out to you it wil make my driver late for the next delivery then i had the phone put down on me and the food I had was 1hour half late so they are robing you for your money never again im going there

Absolutely disgusting food please take advice the food is cold to warm i ordered last night and it supposed of turned up at 8.50pm it didnt arrive till 10.30pm please take not of peoples reviews how an earth are these still trading the place needs to be shut down before some one gets food poisoning there is no presentation its slapped in a tray i wouldnt even give it my dog waste of money staff so rude and put the phone down refused refund a call to trading standards is going to be a phone call monday morning STAY CLEAR

I drive a truck and I am sure you can all appreciate that it aint so easy to get parked anywhere so when I parked on an industrial area and rang for a delivery I couldn't have spoken to a more pleasent and helpfull lad that what I did and within 30 minutes of me calling the delivery guy was there outside my truck gorgeous food, warm a quick delivery and very freindly would recommend highly

Very bad what just happened . it's second time on the 2 months what them say 45 min - 1 hour . Pass 1 hour an half and nothing . I will not recommend to any one. Also forget to put all the SOS required what I'm paying for . Really bad .

Food was perfect couldn't find fault with anything my daughter usually moans about her food and even she eat everything

Orders always wrong, offer to rectify it and it turns up cold. Person on the phone is usually abrupt and can hardly speak English.used to be on point but after recent experiences I won't be ordering again

Service terrible had to phone 3 times for my order witch never came had to cancel and then it still arrived 2 hours later

Have ordered from here regularly last 12 months - they've been consistently good. Food is always tasty hot, fresh and as ordered with no mistakes. Impressed.

If I could add photos to a review I would I ordered a triple burger and pepperoon passion with no onion first they put onion on the pizza which I'm highly allergic to which was on the allergy report on the order aswell then there was ment to be cheese on my burger it was on my box not burger and then they came to replace order the pizza was then cold and half hour late I will not recommend this diner it wasn't the braunstone one as just eat don't use that one it's the welford road one

Completely awful, 15 minutes for a simple order of chips. Could not pay me to return. Avoid at all costs. Edit. and the chips were still undercooked and rubbish.

Used this takeaway for a few years now and have no complaints whatsoever, would highly recommend
