Tesco Cafe in Leicester

I got the all day breakfast and was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and the area was clean. Good value for money too

Popped in the cafe for coffee & brunch, we were served by lovely staff very friendly and genuinely nice. The breakfast was delicious very well presented and we really enjoyed it, I did tell the staff on the way out complements to the chef who I believe was called Simon. Clean, tidy and fresh restaurant. So thank you for a lovely visit.

It's not a bad cafe to be fair within Tesco. Friendly staff and decent priced drinks and food. I went there with my dad yesterday and it was a lovely visit.

Unfortunately for me it wasn’t possible to mix and match items from the menu into one dish for me. Mac and cheese wasn’t available for adults it was only on the kids menu and contained hidden veg. The assistant said he wouldn’t recommend it. I had a fishfinger wrap but the wrap was doughy and unattractive rather like the atmosphere in the café. I would’ve preferred the option of a wholemeal wrap or something I could get my teeth into. Although the coffee (latte with an extra shot) was good I am not in a hurry to return.

Service is good, place is kept clean and tidy. Nice decor, especially taken into account it's just an in store café. Quite spacious, lots of seating available. The only issue is the fact that food is well, mediocre. Soft drinks are so expensive, nearly £3 for a can of pop! The drink that I've ordered basically tasted as if it was just a bit of cordial from the store shelf mixed with water.

Great food reasonably priced arrived fresh and hot! Service was excellent by all staff at the cafe!

Sunday Morning Treat for us a cooked breakfast. Bacon, Egg,Sausage,Hash Brown,Beans costing £5.25 And a cup n saucer cup of tea. Great service, Lovely presented food, Friendly Environment.

I always get great service here from all of the staff. The food and drinks are tasty and hot.

Coffee was nice and tables were clean. Only complaint and its a big one is the service. In my opinion they are severely under-staffed. Overall clean and good coffee.

Excellent service. Provided extra butter for my 88 year old mother in law.

The food here is incredible. Always so fresh and tasty. Prices are good, staff are very welcoming..I'd rather come here for lunch than anywhere in the city centre because of how tasty the food is! It's proper restaurant flavours rather than cafe!

Came in for a hot drink to be greeted by so many flies. Landing on the ‘clean’ cups, coffee/tea machines and cutlery. This wasn’t a pleasant visit however the man on the hill was very polite

Had small fried breakfast, very tasty, not as hot as would liked.nice pot tea Friendly waitress very smiley. Reasonable price. Very clean.

Lovely staff, great food and good price, quick service, nice drink and atmosphere, all clean and very upmarket for a supermarket cafe, makes the rest of the Tesco cafes look shocking!

Went here one morning for a breakfast, was served quite quickly and the food was nice and to good a standard. The full English was a little small bit never mind. The cafe was clean and the staff were friendly, will definitely pop back in👍

I found the waitress Called Kuly very miserable and not helpful at all and she never said Thank you she was very abrupt in her behaviour towards my grandson and kept telling him off it’s not her job to tell my grandson child off I will do that

This is the second time I’ve ordered from the cafe where my order has simply not arrived. I left instructions for delivery to make it easier but again the driver has disappeared and nothing has arrived. The cafe was dismissive when I called to complain and told me there was nothing g they could do. They even inferred I was somebody else who calls them regularly to complain. It wasn’t difficult Food for one and a coffee! I’ll never be ordering from there again! absolute shambles They should t be allowed to take orders if they have no way of making sure you get your food.

I wound like to praise this Cafe I have a delicious breakfast their and hash brown takeaway every Tuesday the Staff especially Julie are brilliant as nothing Is too much trouble she is exceptional and polite and helpful the service is fast and efficient there Covid rules are spot on making me feel safe as I am vulnerable this is important to me. The food is so reasonably priced as well I would recommend this cafe with no hesitation

The awful noisy Costa coffee machine has gone,the coffee was so much better,had a latte and English muffin with smashed avacado and halloumi, absolutely loved it, also treated my self to a chocolate muffin, lovely and soft with a soft gooey centre, 1st time back since lockdown will definitely be going back. Service was quick and efficient and everything was clean too

Visited the cafe with grandkids and kids done some colouring whilst i enjoyed my lovley coffee, staff was friendly and chatty and even brought the drinks over for me.

Do not ever order an iced latte, it will be vile. They seem to just add a teaspoonful of Nescafe to a glass of water, then add Ice and a tiny amount of skimmed milk. If you want an iced latte, just buy one from the chilled food section of the main store, it'll be cheaper and far better.

It was shocking the chips were as black as my toe nails its dodgy there

I asked for a latte she said you want chips I said no what does she bring out pissing chips

1st visit & will be the last. A friend & I arrived about 1.30 - waited for 15 minutes to be served then another 20 for the salads we ordered only to be told there wasn't any chicken for the ceasar...Both had the quiche Lorraine in the end - served 'with salad' which was a bit of lettuce and a cherry tomato cut in half not very appealing and poor value for money. It is peak lunchtime and half term - both of these are no surprise to anyone so no excuse for such poor service & quality.
