rude workers and manager racist . I saw with my eyes more often 10 drivers waiting more often 30 minutes for pick up the food I saw too many packing on the table was redy and drivers calling the workers for pick up the orders but they are ignoring drivers. really The workers and manager there Annoyance the drivers and ignoring drivers. When i was there my feel so sad for drivers . Please take look to chenge workers and manager I wish they checking camera and understanding how your workers working there. really awful .(i take video from workers and manager there I want uploadon YouTube peoplecan see ...)

I'm delivery food driver from just Eat today is 30/10/2024 afternoon is here manager is really not good because can't managed here workers and manager very rude and evry times ignore drivers and drivers waiting more than 25 minutes for pick up order and food evry times going cold and customer not happy. Please chenge workers and manager. Thank you

In the car my hot chocolate spilled all over my leg burning me

We are not receiving what we are ordering.we just got plain hot water instead of hot chocolate.

Went to pick my food order .had to wait once I got there .busy as usual. after the wait got food it was stone cold .I am sure food needs to be a certain temperature before it leaves . certainly not here .would always check your food before leaving counter

Was difficult to use the app . It told me that some of my food i ordered wasn't available but not which one. I had to guess it was the wrap of the day and order something else which was disappointing

Great place for a quick snack when doing your shopping, but can get very busy at times

late lunchtime on a Friday. ordered table service. tried philly cheese burger basically two burgers in a bun with gooey cheese sauce. fries were stale and cold but that is generally normal for this one and ordered fanta but got coke. food came quick and the girls bringing food out are super polite and a credit

It's a mcds it's a good one though food comes out fast and the service comes with a smile from staff

Not perfect but you can get what you need.

Slow service considering over 7 staff members and still had to wait for food and I didn't like the way they were sweeping up behind the counter where the food (fries manly) are left open on the side so all the floor debris is be8ng swept up in to the air and landing in the fries etc

My recent experience at McDonald's was somewhat odd and frustrating. While placing an order, a staff member offered us a free ice cream in exchange for completing a short survey. Although my daughter was excited about the ice cream, I found it unsettling that I was instructed to give only 'highly satisfied' ratings throughout the survey, regardless of my true opinions. This made the survey feel dishonest and not reflective of my actual experience. It's disappointing that such practices are encouraged by McDonald's, especially after I had already made a purchase. This practice should be addressed and corrected promptly.

My food was left on the side to go cold. But I have to say what was really disturbing was not one member of staff seem to understand good food hygiene as no staff handling the food was wearing blue gloves.

Second time I’ve used the app to get food delivered and second time they forgot my burger best they can do is offer a refund for the one item which can take up to 15 days I only ordered as I had no chance to make food and hadn’t been doing well so this has only escalated my issues. Utterly useless

Very slow to get my single black coffee and definitely nicer sitting outside than in the noisy, busy restaurant

I ordered a McDonald's and it never arrived when I tried to get in contact about a refund I got completely ignored and got told I'm not entitled to a refund I feel like I've been completely robbed I want my money back McDonald's!

Lots of staff standing around in a "not my job" attitude while there are lots of customers waiting for food and food prep guys are clearly overwhelmed

I visited the McDonald's at Beaumont Leys Shopping Centre in Leicester on a Sunday at 1 PM. Despite it being a busy time, the staff managed everything efficiently. The dining area was impressively clean and tidied up immediately after customers left. My food was served quickly and accurately, with everything in place, including napkins and straws. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, and incoming customers were served promptly. The toilets were clean and in working order. However, the kiosk didn't print receipts, and the children's screens weren't working. Overall, it was an impressive and enjoyable experience. One star down for kiosk and screens for children

food it is the best mc Donalds in Leicestershire... we live 11 miles away but worth the traveling

Awful service, usually McDonalds are friendly, helpful and most importantly fast. After all it’s called fast food, but I can get a Nando’s restaurant meal quicker than a McDonald’s fast food meal. Don’t waste your time here, spend a little more somewhere else and save yourself the time. I’d recommend Abbey Lane McDonalds compared to this one, Abbey has drive through service which is much quicker than here.

Today we ordered a delivery from MacDonald Beaumont leys. The chicken wrap was cold, the cheeseburger did not arrive, the fries were also stone cold. Even the chocolate milk shake tasted like milk no chocolate flavouring at all. Absolutely disgusting. I will never order from here again. What a total let down.

McDonald is in fosse park and has good parking spots.

Had a person with a disability, no menu except to stand a d look at which they couldn't, staff didn't have a menu and we've never been so no idea what you can get so we left.

Second time I have ordered delivery through the McDonald’s app and both times the burger I had ordered was not in the delivery.

We love our local McDonald's and it's a great place to meet friends and family. Sadly on this occasion the experience was not as expected ! I ordered a muffin and jam and a cappuccino both was served at my table cold and no butter I waited over tens mins when I complained downstairs the manager kept me waiting for another five minutes even though he could see me waiting. I think I will wait a few years before I enter this restaurant again.😞

Basically been robbed more than once now not received my order and fobbed off when ringing up absolute disgrace and unacceptable not blaming the staff but needs addressing paying for something iv not received would not be acceptable in any circumstance it’s a joke

Never ever again order from Beaumont leys. Every time missing items, cold food, issue with the drivers every time can't find address however in descriptions/direction clear instructions provided. Paying money for horrible service.

Food came out very slow I had also ordered a vanilla milkshake which I waited an actual half an hour for and they gave me a wrong one instead and the person serving us was giving us attitude the whole time when we asked for it to be changed proceed to shout in our face and tell us it was the correct one when it really wasn’t took about 10 minutes to convince them to give us a new one only about 2 of the workers at the front were nice the rest were very ignorant all employees very young with a huge attitude problem about a job they get payed to do. Would not recommend

We go to McDonald's a LOT around Leicester. This is probably the slowest service-wise which is interesting as it is busy but not as much as other branches like Thurmaston, Loughborough, Dishley. The upstairs is depressing.

At the time I visited the restaurant was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful though with service definately with a smile.

STILL one of the worst ones in Leicester. Staff are in a youth club without adult supervision! missed out half of the order AGAIN!Place is a joke! They're lucky burger king isn't around there yet. Boo this McDonald's

Following a large renovation, this branch has been improved with a vast amount of restaurant seating. I would advise to sit upstairs unless taking away, as the ground level can get busy with folk waiting at the counter for their order. Lift accessible to the second level. If you order upstairs, a staff member will present you the food upstairs.

Took half an hour to be made and it was way too over crowded.

Always too busy and take nearly 15-20 minutes to get your food some times even more so i always try to avoid as much as i can going there.Its better to go to abbey lane where you get food quickly and you even come home and save time.

Big place so always some seats are available. Also it's very busy so keep that in mind.

It's maccys, not much to say really. They need to figure a way out to speed up when it's busy. Can't call it fast food when it took over 20 minutes to get 1 Mccrispy and a coffee. Needs much improvement.

Always seems busy, and food service is very slow. On the occasions we have visited, the order has frequently been incorrect. But they are happy to ratify any mistakes.

Would not visit again .could not get the order right after 2 attempts. Front of house staff great not sure about kitchen staff?.

My disabled wife was told to leave her scooter outside despite not being able to walk to a table. Not a great start. No table service stands available so ordered to collect. Ordered 2 x fruit shoot only given 1. When we eventually got the food it was OK.

Spend £30, only once order placed we were informed there are no jalapenos for the new McSpicy!? We asked for some sauces and were told it's 50p extra!? No receipt provided with food order, had to ask 5 times!?

Much better and improved than before, a lift to get to the loos upstairs, and the staff were great with little one. The burgers we ordered were cold when served, but we got new ones. But otherwise a nice lunch experience

Use this McDonald’s quite often after shopping, it’s a busy place most of the time. We always use self order service / order machine, it’s very easy and quick to use. Service is ok, I wouldn’t expect too much as it’s a fast food restaurant. Other staff - cleaners are always helpful and polite. Hand sanitizer in place, but never social distancing, staff wear masks which is nice to see, the restaurant is very clean. Upstairs is opened but not allowed to sit downstairs, and become delivery drivers waiting area. A lift and stairs to go upstairs, most customers don’t wear masks and it was before recently law changed (December 2021) lots of tables and the place is clean. Food is always nice and hot, never had a complaint. Free parking right outside, with disabled parking spaces.

3o minute wait from placing order to receiving food, this isn't how McDonald's made its name, the staff look un interested, have no urgency and dont seem very organised, the delivery guys are rude as they just push past waiting customers to the front of the queue as if they are more important, I've been using this McDonald's since it opened in the 80's and this was the last time for me, the management should watch the Founder, 30 seconds from ordering to receiving food, just not good enough

Have visited here a few times, tend to go upstairs where there's always a table and I order using the self-service screen and get table service. Never had to wait long to get food bought to table, staff always polite and helpful. The atmosphere can turn sour if you get people shouting and swearing at each other, which happens quite often there unfortunately.

Remember when mcdonalds was meant to be "fast food", well forget that. Too busy prioritising deliveroo etc orders over those actually there in person, they want you to use the app but it constantly crashes. Food is lottery, sometimes good, others you get tepid fries and cold burgers, it's not just this McDonald's. it's the whole chain, however this mcdonalds always 8s really poor on cold drink options

Sunday morning, not too busy. Food and service were good enough. Not sure if it's McDonald's fault but all the delivery guys for Uber and just eat all pushy, demanding rude. They've got their job to do but I just came in for a quiet breakfast on a Sunday morning. My respect to the staff who on the one hand deal with these rude quite aggressive deliverers and then treat customers with courtesy.

Food was normal McDonald’s standard. But the restaurant itself was filthy. A member of staff was walking around half heartedly cleaning tables, but only empty ones. The ones where people were sat waiting were completely left alone.

Worst McDonald's iv ever been to

My daughter ordered a Big Mac meal and a double cheeseburger for us to eat in the car! No word of a lie the food was still hot, the fries were crisp. I couldn't believe how fresh the meal was omg by far the best McDonald's meal I have ever had. Unbelievable thank you! I think my expectations of a McDonald's meal is just a burger warm, soggy fries and say no more! But today Sunday 16th July 2023 at around 12:30pm order number 96 the food was out of this world and thank you to the manager running shift your management is simply superb, your team also deserve alot of credit too. THANK YOU!

Only went for hot chocolate and didn't have to wait long this time
