3for10 Pizza in Leicester

Ordered pizza for a party on a Sunday evening from Pizza Palette. I ordered online but the shop was closed when I went at around 6pm... how in the world is their opening times till 2am?! Very disappointed... Also I saw the message about cancelling the order was sent only 10 mins before my chosen collection time.

Food was horrendous, chips was cold and soggy, garlic bread wasn't even cooked properly had to warm them back up, pizza wasn't very nice how it used to be & cold, coleslaw was a total different colour and tasted sour, and the chicken wings didn't even get 1kg, gor 12 small chicken wings. Won't be ordering from here again

I have tried it many times and it is a decent place. Economical pizza deals.

Order here a lot and today i was given the wrong order. I was told give the pizza back and they tried to drive off without answering where is my food? I gave the food back and called the restaurant. I was then told okay what am i suppose to do? We said this was no acceptable and so he said okay and if you dont shut up i will take longer to make your order. We was not happy with this at all to then find out apparently hes a delivery driver yet he told us hes cooking our food. We was told that he will be sending the order we received to someone else and so someone has food that was in my home and touched by us which is not food safety standards at all! We waited just over 2 hours for our food. Wont order again

idon.t like to leave a bad review but i ask him for one small price and i want to tell him on burger aswell but befor i ask the burger he just say only small price 😕 he don.t event let me to finish my order just street cat the line very rude coustmar service ....

Rang at 7:29pm to place a phone order. Was promised it would 45 mins including delivery. Rang again at 8:17pm and they said the pizza was in the oven. 8:55pm the pizza shows up and the delivery deliver was picking his nose. I’ve got ring doorbell footage to show this. Awful experience! Never again

Nice one, good food and well cooked

Ordered food at 17.05,was told it will be with me in 1.20hours, call back at 18.25 to be told its just being boxed up and will be on way, 1900 food still not arrived, called back to be told its with the driver and it will be hot when it comes as another 40mins has passed, checked food when it came and it was cold, no apology and when i asked for the manager was told he wasnt there, couldnt give it my children as it was cold and there was meat on the pizza which ment i cant re heat it. The food has obviously been sat in a box for 40mins going cold!! Wanted the food paying for in full when i asked why i should pay for cold food, to be told next time i order they will put in a few sides as extra, food has been sent back and i now have had to make my children wait longer for different food to arrive form some where else, this is not good enough!!!

Just loved the pizza. Made with freshly dough & well cooked ❤️ Prices are very reasonable. Just worth it

I didn’t even try their food because the guy who was about the take my order was playing with his belly and body and after seen this I asked him who is gonne make my pizza and he told me that he will make it I felt sick and left disgusting !!!!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Food was disgusting, cold. Was spoken to rudely on the phone! Asked for a refund and got told to basically deal with it! And they put the phone down on me! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

I really like the pizza. Frenchie is an odd topping combo but goes together like summer and ice cream (very good very nice). Only complaint is that its called 3for10 pizza buts it's not even 3for10 so idk what's up with that but it's gud pizza so idm.

Does anyone say pizza??? This place is good lot of variety and good taste, but the guy cutting ur pizza slices has a problem with his ANGLES. Check out the pictures. i feel for anyone sharing this pizza who is last one to pick up a slice

The only thing decent about this location was the fact the chips were crispy and the pizza was cheesy.other than that the location was more of a disappointment then realised

The worst pizza in Leicester and owner refuses accept any criticism in their reviews. Avoid.

First of all the customer service was atrocious. The staff have no manners and there attitude is disgusting when even asked “do you have any manners?” the response was “no”. When we asked for sauce we were told you have to pay, after the fact we had to pay extra for toppings. For a take away called “3 for 10” it’s most differently not 3 pizza for £10 it costs more! I wouldn’t recommend anyone stepping a foot in to this shop. Further more we asked for chicken tikka and it didn’t even taste like chicken and was pink in the middle god knows what it was. We wasted our money and time the vile pizza unfortunately ended up in the bin.

They are good service, and they have a great and nice test of lpizza.

Pizzas from this place taste nice according to personal taste palate. Pizzas are with thick base which is a down side. Otherwise price and quality is good. Family deals are good for house parties upto 6 persons.

Ordered 3 vegetarian pizzas but they sent one which was chicken. Whilst they agreed to immediately sent out another one, they did not offer any apology and said ‘these mistakes happen’. I would say that for food outlets this is one of the mistakes that really isn’t acceptable in this day and age and when it does happen you should apologise.

It was really tasty but in a sarcastic way I asked for two puddings one only what do you mean anyway you should go try here the pizza was lovely in a sarcastic way sorry just putting my words through

So first of all i would like to say that before we even entered the entered we say 2 different opening time to the one that is on google, secondly theyre were a lot of exposed metal and wires in the shop which is quite alarming considering of the risk to health and safety for both customers and staff and theres the bench well if youcall it a bench. Oh and while where on the health and safety risks they where no sign or no hazard tape saying mind the step which is a legal requirement i believe considering the steps are extremely high. And then theres the customer service which was absolutely atrocious first of all we asked if they did other options of a specific pizza and the response we was rather obnoxious, and then when it came to the ordering the food we received absolutely disgusting customer service for a start. During the ordering the guy kept throwing us dirty and aggressive looks and then when it came to paying they guy was rather aggressive and rude when he said are you paying by cash or card and then aggressively said that it would be ready in 10 minutes, amd then whilst we was waiting for the food we kept getting rude, aggressive and obnoxious looks which made us feel rather uncomfortable. Order number was 23:04 and order number was 96 If i could rate this as a -5 star rating thats what i would be giving considering the experience we received was extremely disappointing and absolutely disgusting does it really hurt people to give people good customer service, i would not recommend anyone to go here or order food what so ever from here would definitely not becoming back even if they offered me free food and £100 Edit: seems funny aye that in the 5 months that I've posted this I've not edited or changed it, yet here you are changing you response from what you posted on 27th December 2019 as you can see on the pics below. To me it shows that youre guilty of the truth in my post and as you said "Sir" to tell you the truth that are what reviews are for to let people know about experiences so they can decided on others recommendations, and to be honest your response was rather rude and aggressive. We never lied about the reviews that we left. I mean just come on heres the evidence that you have changed your response which just shows the how guilty you are of what our reviews stated. So question why change your response as now i have proved that you have and people will see it? I order pizzas with tandoori tikka topping and I paid extra for 4 pizzas extra toppings and they putted chicken thigh instead of chicken tikka. Terrible quality of service

So from the start of our experience we were most disappointed for the lack of décor in the place. There was a random sheet of metal covering one of the wall with exposed wiring. There was two signs in the window displaying different opening times that are completely different from each other and to the times on google. Despite my better judgement we chose to proceed to order, only to be stared at by the most rude and obnoxious individual I have ever faced let alone in customer service. Once we had placed the order we sat on one of the most rickety old benches that was unstable and clearly yet another hazzard. So this brings us to recieving said dough. We turned to walk out and about broke our necks going down possible the steepest of steps. These had no signs or tape warning us of the potential peril. With the order you would Imagen the saving grace would be the food. However this was definitely not the case Stevie wonder would have done a better job. Some things are cheap for a reason..... Steer clear, very clear .... Mexico would be too close

I had there pizza they was nice but last time I been there they told me we are closed now at 2 am before I get there I checked on Google there closeing time it's sawing 3 am and 2:30 they closed door they went only if your closing time is 2 can plz change the time on Google or your liflat

First of all the price has increased by over £3.00 now but not only that they now don't do deliveries until 22:00 PM. Furthermore the wait that people go through is unacceptable especially if there is not that much difference between where they are located and the area we are based.

Lovely staff and lovely food. My order was misunderstood but they immediately rectified it admitted the error and provided an extra pizza at no extra cost. Customer service and satisfaction is excellent.

We placed a work order for lunch the wait was 75 minutes, after 75 minutes the order showed as delivered we called to say we had not received the order, they had cancelled now we have to call another number to try and get our money back as they will not just return it.

Three pizzas for £10 - seriously! You can't really fault them. They're not tiny pizzas either. Toppings are a bit limited, but you'd expect that given the price. Pizza quality is pretty good. The place is really clean and modern. You can't really eat in there, but it's nice to be able to see where your food is being made. Staff are very polite. Service is really quick. Open until late.
