It's a dive bar essentially but it offers what you want and nothing more for being such. Staff were friendly. It's quite a large place.

Delicious vegan & vegetarian food. Excellent value for money. Expensive drinks but food is such good value. I had my birthday meal here again for the second year. I'll be back again as such friendly staff & tasty food.

We visit regularly (very regularly) - an absolute favourite in the City. Fresh, tasty and an evolving menu keep things interesting - you can even get Crafty burgers on the coffee shop menu now! Did someone say Crafty Poet at 9:30am?! Absolutely WILD! Prices have remained about the same despite covid, inflation, etc, providing really good value for money! Lost count on the number of visits, but we’ve never had a bad experience! Staff are always friendly, efficient and professional staff, even when it’s super busy!

¡Un restaurante tan subestimado en Leicester! ¡No puedo hablar más de este lugar! Mi novio y yo vinimos aquí después de que todos los demás restaurantes eran demasiado caros y tenían menús extraños para pizza (los estoy mirando zizzis) Me quedé boquiabierto por las porciones y la pepsi grande fue... ¡ENORME! £ 12 pizza siendo tan sabrosa y económica... es inaudito. También teníamos servidores increíbles, y cuando uno de ellos no nos informó sobre la escasez de existencias para nuestra pizza - se ofreció a cambiar la pizza y nos dio un sándwich de helado de galletas de cortesía para disculparse. It was such a great experience we've had. It was our friends bday 🎂 and we were lucky enough to get a wine and the grande board offer. We have ordered a bottle of Grillo, which is a great wine; it's refreshing and tasty. Firdous(I hope I am spelling your name correctly) made our time more special with her welcoming manner and attention.

Had a wonderful breakfast at Merchant of Venice with my friends! The food was absolutely delicious – we tried one veg and one non-veg breakfast, a panini, pancakes, iced latte, and hot chocolate. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The ambience was charming with beautiful Italian aesthetics that made the experience even better. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality meal with friends. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or even just a coffee break – will definitely be visiting again. A hidden gem!
