My son and daughter love this place! Delicious burgers, fries, vraps and milkshakes for a fair price. The service is amazing, they are not robots from chain restaurants. We are regular customers because it is tasty, cheap and friendly.

I never leave reviews. But after trying this place for the second time, I just had to leave a review. Best burgers and peri peri chicken in leicester for sure. It's rare for a place to do one item brilliantly. Moo Moo does everything brilliantly. One of the best meals I have had in recent memory. Lemon Hot peri peri chicken/wings is a must try, as is the American Cheese smash burger. Can't wait to go back to try the Raging Bull burger on my next visit! Keep it up guys, don't let the standards slip! I want it to my go to for a long time to come!

Excellent burger and peri peri chicken. Succulent and well flavoured with the sauces. Generous portions for the price. Service during busy period can be a little slow but certainly well worth the wait.

This is a review mostly about the service I recieved. The food was decent but it was the service which was a massive let down. I ordered the goument burger but instead was given the smashed burger. Honest mistake I thought but when I took it back to the counter, the manager initially started arguing that the burger was a goument burger . When I showed him the smashes patties inside, he changed his story and stated saying "we give all our customers smashed burgers" even when I clearly asked for a goument burger. When pressed further, he changed his story again and started saying the goument burger takes too long to make so we give all our customers smashed burgers as this is what they want anyway. When I insisted on having a goument burger, the manager literally snatched the tray off me and without saying anything further, went into the kitchen. The did eventually make the goument burger but forgot to give the chips. Again, I had to ask for this as well. I went to the manager to discuss this debacle but he was having none of it. Failed to apologies and persisted on his claim that there was no difference between the two burgers. Why would you not serve a customer what he's asked for and when challenged, maintain this radiculious position of the burgers being the same when your own menu differentiates them. Please provide your customer with what they have ordered and don't argue when you get things wrong.

The presentation of the food was good very. helpful workers. But the food did not bang as I would've thought it would. Got the raging bull burger which was OK. And also got the loaded fries what the cluck. I would say don't waste your money on that just get normal fries.

Overall it's a good place for food especially it serves what it claims to be 😊

One of the most satisfying delicious 😋 burger in Leicester and i have tried almost every item from the menu... everything is so fresh and on the top of that customer service just wow... SALMAN who's is the owner and very experienced guy burger 🍔. This man is not messing aroud and he is very careful with customer service and peri peri whole chicken is worth trying. Whenever i go there I see Salman brother always having good chat with the customer. Thank you for you service and keep up the great work 👍 👏

Best Loaded Fries and Smash Burgers in Leicester. Top customer service, food is served quickly and fresh. The place is small and pretty busy, so seating inside might be an issue at times, but it is definitely worth a try or take away.

Staff there are amazing especially the owner Salman he is a top guy. I had the food about a month ago and have been there every week now. The food is so clean and tastes amazing and each week it’s very consistent. Chicken just falls of the bone! Must go place this is!!! Moo Moos is the best burgers and chicken in Leicester. The peri chicken is juicy and saucy, and the smash burgers are simple but well balanced and delicious. Great sides, great sharing options too. Even better than the food is the service. The boss man always takes care of our order, never messes it up, is honest about how long the food will be and just sets a great atmosphere. Today because we had a lot of dishes him and his two staff served all the dishes together at the same time, which was a nice touch seeing it land on our table. I wish I could write a 6 star review for this place. It’s literally the best chicken and burgers in leicester and I hope it thrives for years and years. I live outside of Leicester at the moment and whenever I’m back I have to visit.

Amazing, authentic cheese burger. They keep it simple but it tastes so delicious. If you want a proper authentic cheese burger then this is the place to come. The owner and staff are really polite and provide an excellent service.

Had two burgers and six chicken wings. The burgers were fine, the wings were drenched in sauce which smelled off and tasted sour. Luckily didn't get food poisoning. Not going to order from there again. Update: Had a call from the manager this afternoon and he explained there have been a mix-up with the sauces and the used the hot lemon sauce which has a strong, sour aroma which he usually highlights to his customer when they order. They gave us the wrong sauce. I appreciate the good costumer service and may give them another chance in the future. Four start for the delicious burgers and attentive customer service.

Walked past five guys to get to this place and boy did I make the right decision. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, fresh high quality ingredients. Had the raging bull with smashed patties, cheesy peri fries and a Ferrero rocher milkshake and everything was spot on. If you like a good burger and you are in the area 100% give these guys a try, you will not be dissapointed.

It's a small place with just 2 tables inside. I was not very impressed with their classic burger and got a strong beef liver taste in the burger. The chicken wings were amazing and nicely smothered in sauce. There are alot better burger places in Leicester. Also there is no halal sign anywhere in the store or window.

Chicken was gorgeous. Food was lovely and hot. Down side is cheesy chips being nearly £4 and looking like a small portion of chips. Not the best.

Took a trip down to this fairly new joint to try out their grilled offerings! Five of us altogether and we all ordered burger meals and grilled wings at different spice levels. For a Friday night at dinner rush hour, these guys were on point. The lad at the till said 15 minutes wait once you’re seated, and we had our food piping hot at the table within 15 minutes. And we sent back empty trays with bones, no complaints! Owner himself served us the food and wasn’t pushy at all. He was there ensuring that the kitchen ran like clockwork and things went out smoothly. Would definitely go again. We all mostly went for the lemon hot baste, so not sure what the mild side is like. We’re definitely going to hit up this spot again soon! Thanks guys! Keep it up! You’ve got a good thing going! Ps. I do believe food like this can only be appreciated at the venue. It never tastes the same as a takeaway or delivered meal. It is a small joint so do bare that in mind when visiting. Parking is best found on the side streets nearby and it gets busy, but worth the wait!

Visited Moo Moo meat and grill today with the family. The food was cooked to an incredible standard. We ordered the burgers, wings and loaded fries (medium flavoured wings were a bit spicy) however very flavourful!! Finished off the meal with a kinder bueno milkshake to go which was very yummy as well! Will definitely be returning again!!!

We usually stop over in Leicester for food whilst travelling to The North and always try different establishments. This place did not disappoint. Food was served quick, seated and ate it all before we swiftly left to continue our journey. The burgers were spot on, well presented and tasted fantastic. The staff all seem great, especially the person on the front desk - real nice vibe from them all. I have to say, the small attention to detail were pleasant, e.g. their wet hand towels are not your standard chicken joint style - these were genuinely wet scented paper towels that clean up well! Well done to all!

I visited this place for the first time a rough twelve weeks ago. It was late, after work, I was tired and couldn't be bothered with cooking. After spending the good part of forty minutes browsing through Uber Eats I stumbled upon MooMoo. I was hesitant, there weren't many reviews on Google for the food except a handful. However, there were some very good looking photos. I put on my boots and decided to go to the shop myself seeing as I live in the city centre, it's only a ten minute walk. I thought I'd call up and ask a few questions to which everything asked was answered. This left me feeling pleased and I called back to order over the phone as they were closing soon. I ordered the Smooshed Onion and twelve wings, all for myself. I picked up the order, took it back home and started to dig right in. The burger was moist yet crispy (as a smashed patty ought to be) there were random specks of black pepper throughout each bite which I found pleasant. The caramelised onions bought a lovely sweet flavour running with the hot chilli mix I had opted for. The onion ring found in the burger was even more decadent in this. Bringing a meaty, peppery, oniony combination to life. Truly remarkable. My wings were moist, bursting with flavour yet a little cold (a ten minute walk would do that to anyone's food). The chips did needing to be warmed up slightly but as mentioned above. My own fault. I thought this was a bargain meal, a triple stacked patty burger oozing with flavour, moist juicy wings all under £20. I've gotta dine in... this must be insane. Fast forward to the present day... I frequently visit MooMoo on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week if time permits me always with the same order. I once did try the loaded fried, What The Cluck is what it's called on the menu. A well sized portion of loaded fries. Eating in you get to really taste what they're all about. And boy, are they quick with the food. The speed does not take away from the quality nor the taste. I hope to see you guys expand in the near future.

Where do I start. Amazing food! Portions are huge for the price and the burgers actually taste of meat instead of some gone off beef like boo burger. The chicken is always and I mean always juicy and cooked too perfection. The staff are friendly and even bring the food to the table (very rare). I wish the place all the best and I will be always coming down when I’m in the area.

I had a fantastic dining experience ! I ordered a wrap meal and was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary wings. The wings were incredibly flavorful and easily the best I've ever had. The combination of the wrap and the wings made for a delicious and satisfying meal. I highly recommend Moomoo Grill for their great food and generous hospitality!

Ordered online through Uber Eats. Received a message saying a Mr Singh on motorbike registration-------- will deliver by ----- time. Some ten minutes past delivery time I phoned to check and was told Mr Singh had left a while back and should arrive any minute. I live only 4 minutes drive away from Moo Moo. It was another 15 minutes or so before delivery arrived. Mr Singh had arrived on a bicycle. Strange when they said motorbike and quoting a registration number. Not at all impressed with the burger Ihad ordered and chips were moist, almost soggy. Edited after response from Moo Moo. I could have collected since Moo is is not far from me but a TV program I wanted to watch was due to start. I accept that if delivery from Uber was on time (delivered by motorcycle as they said quoting registration number of the bike and not by bicycle) then this experience would have been different.***** I have posted this review on Uber as well.

Took food for takeout. Really dry patties, and had a strange taste that you get when you burn very dry overcooked meat. Smash burgers being one of the easiest things to make I can't be very forgiving for how bad the burger was. Loaded fries just doused in cheap sauces. But that seems to be what a lot of places do and I'm not a fan. Won't be back I don't think.
