Moo Moo Meat & Grill in Leicester

Got the American Cheese and Smashing Onion Smoosh burgers and they were so delicious. The beef quality is 👌🏼and the sauce tied it all together really well with the fries. If you want to taste the actual beef and a classic burger American Cheese would be it.

Best grilled chicken and burgers with different sauce favour's. Very reasonable price.tick shakes

The gentleman behind the counter was very informative and very helpful, he recomended what we should have it’s was nice and we did enjoy it. Will be back again.

Been coming since early early this year.. I spend on averagely £40-£50 a week for my staff. when I go with my family then I spend about £50 in one go. now and again they even give me a 10% discount from the nice guy guy who’s normally at the counter in the evenings for my loyalty. Can’t knock the food because it is good quality. Went today afternoon and there was a miserable rude guy at the counter who firstly got the order wrong, and then charged me £1 for peri salt ! Yes for peri salt!! For this reason alone, I will refrain from going here again.. they’ve lost an average of £250 a month from me all because they want to rip customers off by charging £1 for salt for loyal customers.. I’m going to post this on a Leicester Facebook group as well to let everyone know..

The food in this place is just wow. I was visiting a friend in the city so he took me to Moo Moo recommend we have the Moo na -Lisa with sweet potato fries. I have to say it’s up there with one of the best burgers I’ve had the flavour was on point, the melting cheese was just perfectly running over on to the bun. We had some tender chicken strips which were lovely too, there a variety of drinks to select from. The staff are polite & accommodating, Salman a lovely friendly gentlemen great customer service. I will definitely be returning to Moo Moo next time I’m in the city..

We ordered from here for the first time today. The food arrived on time,fresh and piping hot. The burgers my partner and son had were both good quality moist and full of flavour. I went for peri peri chicken and that also arrived moist and succulent, with a well flavoured and spiced marinade on it. All on all definitely somewhere we will order from again. Highly recommended!

My son and daughter love this place! Delicious burgers, fries, vraps and milkshakes for a fair price. The service is amazing, they are not robots from chain restaurants. We are regular customers because it is tasty, cheap and friendly.

It's rare for a place to do one item brilliantly. Moo Moo does everything brilliantly. One of the best meals I have had in recent memory. Lemon Hot peri peri chicken/wings is a must try, as is the American Cheese smash burger. Can't wait to go back to try the Raging Bull burger on my next visit! Keep it up guys, don't let the standards slip! I want it to my go to for a long time to come!

This is a review mostly about the service I recieved. The food was decent but it was the service which was a massive let down. I ordered the goument burger but instead was given the smashed burger. Honest mistake I thought but when I took it back to the counter, the manager initially started arguing that the burger was a goument burger . When I showed him the smashes patties inside, he changed his story and stated saying "we give all our customers smashed burgers" even when I clearly asked for a goument burger. When pressed further, he changed his story again and started saying the goument burger takes too long to make so we give all our customers smashed burgers as this is what they want anyway. When I insisted on having a goument burger, the manager literally snatched the tray off me and without saying anything further, went into the kitchen. The did eventually make the goument burger but forgot to give the chips. Again, I had to ask for this as well. I went to the manager to discuss this debacle but he was having none of it. Failed to apologies and persisted on his claim that there was no difference between the two burgers. Why would you not serve a customer what he's asked for and when challenged, maintain this radiculious position of the burgers being the same when your own menu differentiates them. Please provide your customer with what they have ordered and don't argue when you get things wrong.

Excellent burger and peri peri chicken. Succulent and well flavoured with the sauces. Generous portions for the price. Service during busy period can be a little slow but certainly well worth the wait.

The presentation of the food was good very. helpful workers. But the food did not bang as I would've thought it would. Got the raging bull burger which was OK. And also got the loaded fries what the cluck. I would say don't waste your money on that just get normal fries.

Overall it's a good place for food especially it serves what it claims to be 😊

One of the most satisfying delicious 😋 burger in Leicester and i have tried almost every item from the menu... everything is so fresh and on the top of that customer service just wow... SALMAN who's is the owner and very experienced guy burger 🍔. This man is not messing aroud and he is very careful with customer service and peri peri whole chicken is worth trying. Whenever i go there I see Salman brother always having good chat with the customer. Thank you for you service and keep up the great work 👍 👏

Best Loaded Fries and Smash Burgers in Leicester. Top customer service, food is served quickly and fresh. The place is small and pretty busy, so seating inside might be an issue at times, but it is definitely worth a try or take away.

Staff there are amazing especially the owner Salman he is a top guy. I had the food about a month ago and have been there every week now. The food is so clean and tastes amazing and each week it’s very consistent. Chicken just falls of the bone! Must go place this is!!! Moo Moos is the best burgers and chicken in Leicester. The peri chicken is juicy and saucy, and the smash burgers are simple but well balanced and delicious. Great sides, great sharing options too. Even better than the food is the service. The boss man always takes care of our order, never messes it up, is honest about how long the food will be and just sets a great atmosphere. Today because we had a lot of dishes him and his two staff served all the dishes together at the same time, which was a nice touch seeing it land on our table. I wish I could write a 6 star review for this place. It’s literally the best chicken and burgers in leicester and I hope it thrives for years and years. I live outside of Leicester at the moment and whenever I’m back I have to visit.

Had two burgers and six chicken wings. The burgers were fine, the wings were drenched in sauce which smelled off and tasted sour. Luckily didn't get food poisoning. Not going to order from there again. Update: Had a call from the manager this afternoon and he explained there have been a mix-up with the sauces and the used the hot lemon sauce which has a strong, sour aroma which he usually highlights to his customer when they order. They gave us the wrong sauce. I appreciate the good costumer service and may give them another chance in the future. Four start for the delicious burgers and attentive customer service.

Walked past five guys to get to this place and boy did I make the right decision. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, fresh high quality ingredients. Had the raging bull with smashed patties, cheesy peri fries and a Ferrero rocher milkshake and everything was spot on. If you like a good burger and you are in the area 100% give these guys a try, you will not be dissapointed.

It's a small place with just 2 tables inside. I was not very impressed with their classic burger and got a strong beef liver taste in the burger. The chicken wings were amazing and nicely smothered in sauce. There are alot better burger places in Leicester. Also there is no halal sign anywhere in the store or window.

Took a trip down to this fairly new joint to try out their grilled offerings! Five of us altogether and we all ordered burger meals and grilled wings at different spice levels. For a Friday night at dinner rush hour, these guys were on point. The lad at the till said 15 minutes wait once you’re seated, and we had our food piping hot at the table within 15 minutes. And we sent back empty trays with bones, no complaints! Owner himself served us the food and wasn’t pushy at all. He was there ensuring that the kitchen ran like clockwork and things went out smoothly. Would definitely go again. We all mostly went for the lemon hot baste, so not sure what the mild side is like. We’re definitely going to hit up this spot again soon! Thanks guys! Keep it up! You’ve got a good thing going! Ps. I do believe food like this can only be appreciated at the venue. It never tastes the same as a takeaway or delivered meal. It is a small joint so do bare that in mind when visiting. Parking is best found on the side streets nearby and it gets busy, but worth the wait!

Visited Moo Moo meat and grill today with the family. The food was cooked to an incredible standard. We ordered the burgers, wings and loaded fries (medium flavoured wings were a bit spicy) however very flavourful!! Finished off the meal with a kinder bueno milkshake to go which was very yummy as well! Will definitely be returning again!!!
