10/10 experience i really loved the customer service and the food was absolutely amazing.

I had the worst burger there sorry but burgers is rubbish

Lovely experience overall, the team were very accommodating for our group of 22 people. However, we were given limited time for our table by the manager. Food arrived quick , presentation was good. Waiters were polite and respectful especially Amaani who supported our table with all of our requests kindly and swiftly.

Fabulous food and service. Great value for money. I love that's its alcohol free.

The food was undoubtedly delicious and the service from the servers were amazing and very nice. Definitely a place to have a nice savory dinner once in a while !

Came here yesterday with some friends for iftar and have to say that not only the food but the service was exceptional. Was attended to by a girl named Aisha who really went out of her way to make sure we had everything. I have to give this girl credit where it is due because now days in a lot of places the waiters are rude and very passive aggressive however I would say that the main reason why we had such an amazing experience at this restaurant was because the customer service was unmatched. A big thank you to Aisha, a lovely girl and a great asset to the restaurant! Will deffo be coming back

Typically a good experience, but arriving after 10 p.m. is hit or miss. I frequent this restaurant weekly, despite traveling from Newcastle. However, during my recent visit, arriving at 10 p.m., I waited ten minutes before anyone took my order. The service was lacking; my table remained cluttered even after finishing my first course no one attempted to clear my finished starter plate. The main courses were served without any inquiry about their quality. Unfortunately, the steak was dry, and the peppercorn sauce seemed old and lumpy. Even after I finished the waiter who was near my table seemed reluctant to clear my table. Again I had to promt him and advise I was finished. To top it off, when I requested tea, I was informed there was none available. Although the managers are usually attentive, their absence during this visit led to poor service and food quality. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the duty manager simply said he would inform the staff, which does little to resolve my experience of poor service. At a total cost of approximately £52, this experience falls short of expectations, and I doubt I'll be returning.

Had a meal at this restaurant last night before going on to a show it was lovely the chicken shish was excellent it was cooked perfectly my husband had the burger which he really enjoyed lovely complimentary bread and dips and and a nice touch of the complimentary Turkish tea at the end which I’ve not had in a Turkish before , service was excellent the restaurant manager was very good nothing was too much trouble overall a great meal out which I would highly recommend

The service was wonderful, food and drinks delivered to our table in a timely manner. Lovely kebabs, great quality pizza with a Turkish twist. I very much enjoyed the complimentary bread and dips, and also the tea at the end of our meal. The only downside was the loud music and the lack of toilet facilities.

Meat was undercooked and not how I wanted it. Service was very poor, all in all very poor.

Platter for two was pretty bland, steak was very average and the pasta must’ve come from a meal deal . Honestly ridiculously overpriced!

My husband and I had a wonderful valentines meal together here. He had been before with some friends and raved about the sharing platters. The food was absolutely gorgeous and presented beautifully! Unfortunately we ordered far too much for ourselves but we did take it home and had another delicious dinner the next day! The staff were so lovely and attentive. The decor was clean and modern. The way the restaurant ran like clockwork - it’s not often you see managers actually doing any work, but they were just as hands on this evening as the rest of the staff! We will be returning ASAP

Food is good, but quite expensive for what you get. We ordered the platter for 2 and our lamb ribs were over burnt and charcoal-y, while also lacking any meat. They did replace them after we complained, but it took a while and by then we were not that hungry anymore. We ordered the special lychee juice which was the most sweetest drink I have ever tried. We had to also return that and they just shoved more lemon in it to try and counter the sweetness. One thing I definitely recommend is the hummus. Our waitress was lovely and helpful though.

Nice place and good food. Ordered Adana kofte. Staff were kind and and welcoming. The rice wasn’t the best but still good. Would defínelo go again.

Had a great experience at Etci Baba! Incredible service both times I’ve been there and the food is exception. One of the best Turkish restaurants in the city. The Mixed Shish in the charcoal grill and the baba special (passion fruit mocktail) were delicious. Portion size is perfect.

Having been in Leicester for ages, my first trip to Etci Baba was a mixed bag. The flavors were on point, and the vibe was cool. But, here's the kicker – they ran out of some stuff on the menu, like the elusive Strawberry Mojito and the missing rice side, leaving us with just fries or mashed potatoes. Not exactly what we had in mind. On the flip side, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to the apologetic waitress, HANNAH. She went out of her way to make up for the menu letdowns, and that counted big time in our overall experience.
