Sky Lounge Leicester in Leicester

The sheesa was disgusting. I was there with my wife and because of the awful sheesa it ruined my mood and automatically my wife's. The guy was not friendly at all. We asked him to check the sheesa but it did not made any difference. That sheesa was not sheeshing lol. We left in less then half an hour. Also the heating wasn't working properly and it was soo cold. Overall i would not reccomend to anyone. Please choose wisely. There are mang option in the same area so go for those.

Great shisha lounge with lovely atmosphere and super friendly staff. I used to go aljumeria but now visit sky and it feels the same. Located in city center. Has parking close by. Seating is comfy. They do a 10/10 double apple shisha hence why i will continue to go sky lounge .

Lovely atmosphere, wonderful nonalcoholic cocktails and a great service at very affordable prices. Definitely recommend it.

I come for shisha. İt was wonderful. I recommend if you want to smoke come here to Sky Lounge Leicester. The member of staff was really friendly and helpful couldn’t get his name tho but am assuming he was the manager as he was really professional and friendly.He kept going to the customers and ask them if everything was ok for them . Which is very rare to see something like that at other shisha lounges . Best place I’ve ever been, top customer service . Well done guys keep it up with great hospitality. We shall see you again.

Staff is friendly. Place is not so crowded like others. Sofas (couch) are amazingly comfortable. Air conditioning is awesome. You do not have any chance to get cold during the winter season. All in all, nice place to go in Leicester.

Not great shisha and its expensive

Haven't tried any food but I could tell dishes were looking very tasty. We had a great night out there chilling out , listening to music and enjoying a shisha. The place is really select and chill. The view is also amazing as it is located on the top floor.

Great service staff, will be ready to make you feel at home. Good place to visit with family and friends.

Love this place; the food was nice and very tasty. Excellent customer service. The waiters were professional and friendly. Quality food takes time and I agree with this-everything that came on the table was fresh and nice. Great atmosphere with great shisha. Will definitely return! Highly recommended.

I usually live in London but I was visiting friends in Leicester so we chose Sky Lounge to spend sometime together, we had an amazing evening, we enjoyed the Shisha, food and desserts were so yummy, the team was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for this incredible experience, sure we’ll be back soon.

Spontaneously visited Leicester on Xmas Eve for some down time with a friend and discovered Sky Lounge on Google, thought to give it a try! The lounge itself has a very cosy & aesthetic atmosphere but the comfortable sofas where the highlight. There were heaters to ensure everyone was warm as if was a cold day. The shisha itself was flavoursome and kept on going for around 2 hours. We had the beef burgers which where home made and delicious alongside a generous pot of Mint Tea which easily gave us 4/5 cups each. Couldn’t fault anything! Big thank you to the two Syrian brothers that hosted us (sorry I’ve forgotten your names at the time of writing), they went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience, even letting us request music and very frequent coal changes. Will definitely visit again soon and in the summer for the full experience! £34 for 2 people, shisha, food and drinks, you cannot go wrong!!

Sky Lounge was great, the Shisha selection was impressive and the atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, which was good. A great spot to hang out with friends. The only downside is it is difficult to find parking in this part of the city centre so keep that in mind.

Excellent service. The Shisha was very nice, spacious lounge, a few screens around, not too crowded. Do recommend specially because of the service.
