The best restaurants in Gedling East Midlands

Tuvimos un grupo de 20 de nosotros para una salida a la hora del almuerzo un miércoles. Elegí algo básico del menú que era parte de una oferta de 1 plato 2 platos o 3 platos. Tuve el pollo con salsa de barbacoa estaba generalmente bien. Algunas de las otras brochetas de pollo se veían muy bien junto con la otra comida realmente no hay quejas

Mi pareja y yo visitamos The Nags Head en Woodborough, Nottingham en la noche de San Valentín para una comida. Estaba reservado. El menú era bastante amplio. Una comida de tres platos con canopes a la llegada. La mesa se colocó con una bolsa de golosinas cada uno, además de un boleto de rifa para más tarde, y la mesa fue decorada. La comida que elegí fue muy agradable. Comenzando con Brie, ensalada y un chutney de arándano seguido de lubina y verduras más un plato dulce, elegí queso y galletas, mi pareja eligió tiramsu. El personal fue muy atento , lo que hizo una velada muy agradable . Además, la comida era una buena relación calidad-precio.

Beautiful Christmas meal. Everything cooked to perfection and fantastic staff

We have been before many times and thought what good value the lighter bites were and staff friendly. However we decided to have a loaded omelette which was loaded , but it was no bigger than 4 inches in diameter, chips were hard and it cost almost £11 miserable staff, who when I complained she just said they are normally that size, she did apologise, but got the impression it would not be reported back to the kitchen!!

Smelly toilets and rude landlord

I didn't try their food so couldn't mark it highly. The bar was great, staff were absolutely brilliant and atmosphere created was very good.

Oh dear. What a let down. Ordered a take-away and was told 20 mins. Don't know what clock they use but it was way longer than that,more like 40mins. The food was not as good as expected. Soggy chips and chicken curry was like wallpaper paste and tasteless. Noodles were edible. Unfortunately not a good experience.

Went there, with my American born family to get a taste of "home". Not disappointed, big portions, hot and tasty. Will certainly be back during my upcoming trips this year.

Just changed hand I found out. Was amazing food before. Now salty cottage pie with tinned veg and spongy frozen broccoli 🤮

Tuvimos un mega desayuno y fue excelente. El servicio era muy bueno, la comida era de primera calidad y cocinado a la perfección. Tomamos dos perros bien comportados que fueron muy bienvenidos.

Have been to this cafe a few times before for breakfast with usually favourable results. So ,thought we would give it a try for Sunday lunch. Sadly we won’t be returning anytime soon. Although you do get a very generous amount of food, it was very disappointing - the veg was massively overcooked and wilted and the meat was very dry ( pork and chicken, 3rd choice was unavailable), couldn’t cut the Yorkshire pudding ,it was so hard. Also all of it could have been hotter. Staff were always pleasant and attentive. Quaysides previous 5* reputation will soon begin to slide unless things improve.

El más pequeño, y me refiero a la porción más pequeña de pescado que he visto en una comida para llevar, sin excepción. Ni siquiera hubiera sido suficiente para mis 7 años. Las patatas fritas estaban bien. Sabor promedio. Definitivamente no molestará de nuevo.

Este lugar apesta, hay mala comida. Es todo lo que puedo decir. No vengas aquí nunca. It had an unwelcoming atmosphere as all tables were reserved and the barman/ manager was preoccupied with his own friends.
