The food quality was brilliant, good portion size and very friendly staff too!

I cannot get my breath. For years I order online and in shop and never had any issue. Tonight I got the most rude, disgusting and ignorant on the phone at the shop. We ordered and on the app it said delivered, and it was not, as we have CCTV to prove it. The idiot on the phone was trying extremely hard you escape any responsibility for the error and said it was all just eats fault as they had no record of my address in store.. So how does the courier know where to deliver to? This man was rude disgusting and refused any help. He then put the phone down on me. So please, please before you order, think what will happen if there's something wrong with your offer, what will happen. Nothing he will just put the phone down on you. Don't waste your money here!

I went in to get 2 batted sausages and medium chips when I said 2 large batted sausages even though there were there the bald guy said they had none in and the chap with the beard said I don't know what you are looking at to say they had none but there were there in front of my eyes he did serve me the batted sausages in the end just the way they acted I reckon they wanted them for themselves or family or friends well you can cook more for themselves and family and I always check what's in the chip shops before I order so don't make me out to be dumb that's what they were doing I won't come here again

I popped in for small chips, peas and a fish cake which the server mashed together in a polystyrene container. When I got it home the peas has slopped out all over the paper wrapping. The fish cake was somewhere at the bottom but I gave up trying to eat down to it as the chips were so greassy and soggy and I ended up binning almost all of it. I had last visited this place a few years ago and so was surprised at how far it's quality had fallen. There were three staff behind the counter and no other customers besides myself which should have tipped me off that a chippy in a prime location was so poorly patronised. I have since learned it is to close soon which is probably just as well.

Had Pie and Chips, came in a tray. The chips were £2,30 for a small portion and the pie was £3.50. Not a lot of chips and not very warm. Won't go again.

Decided to give blue circle a try for the first time. Ordered two kebabs to take home, only live on coppice road, next to coop, so didn't take me long to get home in the car. Both kebabs were very cold, obviously they were sat in the hot hold for a while. We will not be returning and will stick with rollo.

I'm honest with my reviews hubby ordered chips battered sausage and small peas small gravy, The chips were hard in the middle the battered sausage was tasty but very very little batter on it, the gravy was nice however the worst thing by far was the mushy peas had such a horrible back taste and smell to them really bad never ever going to buy from there again it was a total waste of money.

Accepted order via just eat accepted order, waited an hour and half for them to assign driver, never happened. Tried to contact restaurant but was closed. Fuming

The worst chips I have ever eaten in my life and the owners of the shop really need to learn about manors. What do you want is not the way to speak to a customer. I thought I would try somewhere differant than my normal chip shop on Rolleston Drive. NEVER AGAIN

Only chippie local(ish) that does saveloys and well worth the trip out. You can sit in and eat although the space is limited. The staff are friendly and always appreciate it if you praise their food👍 Food is always hot and of good quality, the curry sauce is great 👍

As good as I remember. Ordered on the way home from work. Absolutely delicious. Used to come with the kids who are now in 30's and sit outside the library.

Enjoyed food here and had no complaints.Had the tandoori chicken as I've never tried it and it didn't even taste like tandoori.It was fishy and Saltley tasting.I won't be getting a kebab from here again the rest of the food is delicious tho.

Fast, low prices and the food was good. Not the very best, but it can't be unless you wait for it to be freshly cooked. And they are open when others are not. It's just what we wanted. Good selection on the menu too.

I have been a customer at this fish and chip shop since the 70's (under different ownership back then). Only drop in occasionally now, when in the area. Very different business now but convenient to local shops. Wouldn't buy fish these days as they batch fry. Fish should be eaten straight after frying. Decent enough chips and peas. Enjoy the gravy.

Was just okay. Felt a bit peckish but not full on hungry so decided for a fish cake. Well ask for fish followed by cake and here you get this small circular covered tinting food. breadcrumbs fried golden brown piece of fish tasting food. It was okay but it was no piece of fish that could have swum were it not dead dead bones and skinned and it certainly was no cake like gateaux ake. Still it was edible and about £1.10 so fairly priced I guess. Blue circle why the name?

Always find that the food and staff in the Blue Circle just keep getting better and better especially the staff with their well mannered and welcoming ways as soon as you walk through the door. May I also add that the staff at the Blue Circle always happy to serve you and do everything in their power to keep you happy and continue with their excellent service.

I couldn't wish to meet more friendly and welcoming staff. The best fish and chip shop and takeaway in Arnold who also now do a delivery service. Staff are always eager to help you best that they can.
