Lovly pub in the heart of kimberley. A very friendly place .

The smash burger was lovely. The added extra of chilli relish was a slight let down, it was some sweet chilli sauce in a small pot. Not really worth the extra £1

Went for along walk with Friends and came across this pub. I was surprised how good it was. Had 6 amazing real ales and didn't want to leave. There was also a barbecue taking place. Honestly the best pub I've ever been in.

If I could rate zero stars I would! Staff are disgusting, didn’t like us the minute we walked in and stared to make us feel uncomfortable. Got dirty looks from staff and got kicked out for no reason for accidentally knocking over a glass which my friend was cleaning up while getting abuse from staff then got man handled out the bar with out any provoking got abuse from staff for no reason. Would never go back there again it was dirty and disgusting in there, my friend is of colour and felt this was the reason she was victimised as she was the only coloured person in there! Disgusting! I’m revolted 😡

We’ve had pizza from here for years, I guess it’s changed hands or they’ve forgotten what to do. Pizza tonight wasn’t a fresh base, very dry and the toppings weren’t fit to give my dog! Leaving me feel sick. Genuine review. Avoid

This was recommended by another pub as it was full, reading some of the reviews we almost gave it a miss but been a sunday we thought we would be lucky to get a table anywhere so went thought we would chance it, well I am so glad we did, firstly the service was fantastic, even though they were busy the managed to fit us in, the staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for us, the place is spotless and as for the food, well it's good proper pub cooked food, the pie was huge and I had the pork that was cooked to perfection, sorry about the pie photo, by the time I remembered to take a photo my other half had already tucked in. If you are looking for a gastro pub then this isn't for you but if you are looking for good honest home cooked harty pub brub then this is defo the place for you.

Gone downhill This placed used to do really great food but has recently only produced tasteless over oiled meals that are largely indelible.

At times can daunting when visiting a typical local pub but the opposite nice friendly atmosphere. Gardners in Awsworth ... Great value for money at £9 for a Sunday roast it’s what we expected nothing more nothing less. Typical local boozer, friendly bar service and plenty of food on the plate, more than we expected definitely finished me off after the pudding.
