Awful service. Waited over an hour for the delivery only for the driver not to follow my instructions and ended up in the wrong place. Then tried to explain to him on the phone and he hung up. Called the restaurant who said they’d called him back because he’d been out too long. Never got the food and they didn’t refund it. Had to contact Deliveroo in the end who refunded it instead.

Ordered on Uber with 30 minutes delivery estimated after 90 minutes later still nothing and only just been able to contact them on phone, They cancelled my order but I was still charged!

Ordered a ramen to collect ended up with chips and a fu yung!

Chips didn’t turn up bag was open driver took them I called them they said chips went missing worse order ever never ordering here again and u shouldn’t and I had a giant hair in my sauce awful food and service u deserves prison time

Very poor, missed a main course off our order, it’s fine refunding, but how are we supposed to feed people. Completely messed our evening up.

Enjoyed the Korean food so much!

The meal was really bad and some of the order was wrong. Didn’t get what we paid for. We didn’t eat it till Sunday as we had gone past being hungry but the meal was terrible and the rice was more mash potato. Not the usual standard but it’s put me off for some time I’m afraid.

Went as our regular Chinese was closed, wouldnt return in a rush, the rice was so claggy I could have filled holes in the walls with it!

Not received order yet says delivered. Unable to contact them and left a voicemail.

Ordered at 7:14pm tonight, 9:10pm I called and no answer, called again 5 minutes later and they hadn't even started on my order, told them to cancel my order and got a refund. You have just lost another customer, you need to sort your business out otherwise you won't have one for much longer!

Ordered something different this time, Rapokki. Awful value for money. Effectively £10 for nothing more than super noodles, and a minimal effort at veg, and the 'fishcakes' can only be described as large completely tasteless gnocchi. Same portion size as the small chicken chow mein, but double the price!. However, on the plus side, the chicken chow mein & spring rolls were lovely.

had to collect myself which was disappointing even after being late but did get service charge back. been going here years but was waiting for 2 hours before having to collect and they usually was always quick and on time

Ordered spring rolls and got pancake rolls. Ordered steak hardly got any mushrooms or onions with it. There was brocoli in my sauce which was Rock hard,

really poor quality food, all hugely deep fried, could barely taste the meat inside. everything tastes the same. just greasy and unappetising. disappointing.

ordered a munchie box. most was very dry and far too salty. Also although on a second look, it doesn't state it comes with rice, I can't actually believe rice isn't included. another Chinese offers plain chow mein and rice for same price!

Food was excellent, very tasty and still hot. Much as it was a busy night (NYE) the time frame on Just eat was very optimistic . Had to call the restaurant to check where the food was and even had them call back as delivery driver couldn't find us (google map inaccuracy) Just a bit disappointing on delivery but overall an excellent Chinese restaurant and highly recommend!!

The driver was courteous and speedy, the food was delicious and plentiful, flavoursome and filling.

I was craving chinese and i got exaxctly that. Proper Chinese Food. It was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly! The Delivery came earlier than expected which put a smile on my face! The deliver guy was kind and pleasant. Had some leftovers which tasted as if it had just been cooked. I will surely order again!

Such a shame, had been using this place regularly but tonight was a disaster. 2 hours to arrive (45 minutes late). When it did finally arrive it was stone cold. Asked for money back through just eat and got a measly £3. You lost a regular customer tonight unfortunately.

Honestly if you like noodles get the beef ramen it’s the best ramen I’ve ever tasted the ribs was huge the salt and pepper chips was well seasoned and crispy best oriental take away in the area imo

The food wasn’t as good as it’s been previously. The crispy chilli beef was so dry and wasn’t chewy or sticky like it should be. The sesame prawn on toast was burnt and not edible. Overall disappointed.

I was a tiny bit apprehensive to order kimchi chige, was worried that it will spill with the delivery. But it was packed very well and delivered with care! 🫶🏻thank you as always for the good food! Until next Friday

Personally, chips and chicken were alright, though the curry was not brilliant and the rice was stuck together like a slime.. Food was delivered early so they either rushed it because i ordered near the closing time (which i can understand) or it just wasn't cooked properly. My parent especially didn't like it though and overall i feel like there are better Chinese takeaways

Delicious food, still hot on arrival

We’ve used China Panda a few times without a problem but not today…we found this clump of hair in some sesame prawn toast that my daughter was eating. There is obviously very little care taken to keep the food prep/cooking area clean. It has definitely put us off ordering from here again.

My fave Chinese in Nottingham. Addicted to Their Salt and Pepper munchy boxes but it's always perfect whatever you order!

Since the new management I’m in love with this restaurant! We always have Chinese on Fridays!! But now I can get Korean as well! This is the only place we’ll use for our Chinese Fridays from now on! You guys rock! ❤️

Had a horrible meal from here which I ordered on uber. Tool forever to come and when it got here was so soggy it had caused the packaging to break apart and the food fall out and tasted disgusting. Uber eats not interested in helping out at all.

Food was obviously prepared on time but left to sit 20 plus mins as it was only just warm when it was delivered 20 mins late

First time ordering from here after it was recommended to me! Order the chicken katsu bento box and rice cakes and it was amazing full of flavour! It was nice to have the choice between Chinese and Korean food which I’ve always wanted to try! Will definitely be ordering again! Also delivery was very quick food was still very hot.

3rd time ordering from here always fast delivery, nice hot food, pork balls were a little fatty this time

Great food but took over 1.5 hours. If we knew it was going to take so long would have ordered elsewhere. Would think twice about ordering from here again on this basis.

Really disappointed i have enjoyed ll food orders previously very much , Today I’m not happy inedible duck with pancakes all broken and fell apart before attempt to part them, no sauce with that , chips were pretty disgusting to even bag them nails up I don’t know who is responsible for that but most chips were it edible I’m sad as I was enjoying your food up until today 30 odd pounds down and still hungry all inedible it is not acceptable

Newish to the area, this Chinese was great had the peeking pork, tasted how I expect to to taste, delivered fast. Would order again.
