Love the pizza from here, been a handful times since I moved back up this way, on the two occasions I’ve had it delivered it’s arrived 20 minutes after I placed my order

First time trying here and wasn't disappointed, pizza lovely, potato wedges really nice and kebab very big portions will definitely order again all piping hot !

We just ordered from here and only live about a couple minutes drive from the takeaway food took over 1 hour to come and when it arrived it was freezing cold and rubbery The only edible part of the food was the fries the rest was honestly diabolic Delivery driver was very polite and proffesional wish i could say the same for the takeaway

First time visiting this pizza place. It has a great menu selection. Reasonable priced. The staff was friendly and had a laugh with their local customers. Order 16 inch Mighty Meaty and some cheesy fries. The pizzas were delicious and the cheesy fries were nice.

The 2 double cheese burgers we had last night were the worst we have ever had from there! I'm a regular customer I usually rave about their food but jesus this was bad! A massive waste of money for something simple like a burger! Really disappointed! If you like gristle you will love em!

Food quality poor! Pizzas are pale and taste bland Kabab portions are terrible. We called and asked for a refund or a new kebab. We called to complain they just put the phone down. We then drove to Mario’s and they argued with us and refused to weigh the chicken they claimed to be “250g” DO NOT USE

First time visiting this pizza place Great menu selection People in the shop are a little slow at acknowledging our presence and taking our order Order 12 inch Doner and the mega meat and garlic bread. Pizzas were awesome. However, the garlic bread was a letdown. Very dry and over cooked

Pizza was really nice and he also had the chicken sheesh which is one of the best chicken kebabs I’ve ever had cannot recommend highly enough

Very delicious food. Pizzas are 2nd to none in the wider area. Not just Eastwood. Would travel 5 miles to get one over the other places. Great service in house, very friendly atmosphere, good banter. Overall great experience.

Been going to Marios now for years. We all love their food. Everything from Pizzas to Burgers, Cheesy Chips to Strawberry sundaes. Chaps are always welcoming, and when they say something will be 10 minutes - it’s 10mins. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming to Mario’s for 3 years + I’ve had burgers,pizzas,wraps,kids meals plus other items off their menu and never had a problem with the food being cold or feeling ill after eating it. Service is always quick (collection) and staff are always very friendly.

Food seemed ok. However a couple of hours after eating my partner and myself both have symptoms of food positioning, nausea,vomiting, stomach cramps, shaking and high temps. Please do not eat here!!!!!

Delivery driver rocked up at the door with no change at all. spent 5 minutes in his car looking for change, before coming back saying he hasn’t got no change expecting to just keep it. Not the first time I’ve had issues with Marios customer service. Always decent food but the service is always hit and miss and only seems to be going one way.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!! Our food arrived COLD, soggy and rubbery!! I tried to call to explain the issue, the person on the phone was rude and obnoxious! They weren’t willing to resend the food order or give us a partial refund for food that wasn’t edible! Cannot believe how unprofessional these people are!!!

BBQ garlic bites is delicious. Chicken bites and chips is a huge portion. Really enjoy this meal

Ordered a donna on naan. The donna, salad and sauces were nice. But the naan bread was just a flat tasteless boring flat bread of some sort.

Don’t waste your time. If your shutting, shut. 20 mins before closing and nothing left. Fryers turned off so not even any chips…. Try changing your opening times rather than being open with nothing to buy. Overpriced pizza that was burned and inedible. O stars. Poor quality poor service.

I actually really enjoy Mario's food. Been ordering from there for several years now and never been disappointed. Their lasagne used to be really good when it was swimming in a proper spicy Bolognese sauce and lots of jalapeños. The calzone is top notch and their burgers are very good for this area. Overall is it S-Tier? Nahh, it's B-Tier with the power to make you feel like you just had A-Tier food. Service wise I can't speak but I imagine if this place has been in business this long it might be worth a visit someday after the pub.

Do not use!! Waited that long for food we cancelled it in the end, used to be good service gone down hill fast. Can’t even meet a reasonable delivery time on a week night.

Bought a meal deal from here when working near by, the pizzas where on par with domino’s, arrived piping hot, would definitely order again if I lived local 👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered 3 pizzas 27/10/22. 1 was burnt the order one tasted sour they was all horrible. I will never order from here again. Plus there is way to get a refund online and their not answering to phone even the dog turned her nose up to them what a waste of £18 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢

I ordered food yesterday and the driver couldn’t find my address when he turned up he was on FaceTime to someone my food was stone cold I phoned up to let them know they kept putting the phone down they have lost me as a customer

My son had a chicken stacker burger from here last night and has had a very bad tummy since! It was blatantly microwaved when I looked at it after he was half way through but it was too late by then. Not ordering again.

Amazing desserts and food takes a while to deliver though

Myself and my friend went in for a much anticipated takeaway kebab, I ordered a chicken tikka kebab, with chips. I was so bemused to be told that I had ordered a chicken donner kebab! I told them I didn’t and the reception I was given was like ‘oh you did’ I don’t eat donner!! Then I got my meal and I was looking for my fries… is this normal to have these in the bottom of the tray? I looked for my nan bread… not there! I had to pay a extra pound for that? Very unusual.. never had a kebab without a nan. Wow, what a disappoint! I thought the meal was expensive £5.60 plus the £1.00 for the nan.. what the heck??

On two occasions now we have placed online orders with marios in eastwood and they have sent totally different items.the last time we ordered two banoffee pies with ice cream and were sent two cheesecake slices and was just told the one we ordered was out of stock!if it's not in stock then take it off the menu......we complained to the establishment but have heard nothing back, this was three weeks ago.we will not be using again and would not recommend to anyone

Ordered dessert from here tonight. I ordered a kinder Bueno milkshake and banoffee pie. When they arrived, I noticed the banoffee pie was from 'The Cheesecake shop' company, and it arrived completely frozen and inedible. I rang Mario's and spoke to someone, who said they could send out another piece, however when I asked if this would be from the same batch he said yes. I argued then that doesn't resolve the issue, and they said they would make it edible. I asked if he meant he would warm it up, and he said "no we'd do it naturally"...unless I'm wrong, that would mean leaving it to defrost, which I could do myself with the frozen one delivered. Appalling customer service and terrible food. The milkshake I ordered also didn't take anything like bueno. There's no way to complain for a refund either. Definitely would not recommend.

Great pizzas made fresh to order.

Only ordered once tonight kebab and fries . The kebab meat was lovely and I am fussy . The fries taste and smell just like McDonald's but are crispier! Delivery said over an hour but was here in twenty minutes .

Awful kabab tasted like water and the pizza had no tomato base on it and the burger was stale don't go there only gave 1 star cause u have to other wise I wouldn't of put even 1

Took two and a half hours to deliver! When we complained they were not interested. Still charged full price and the food was cold! Delivery man said if we refused to pay the took it out of his wages! Never again for us. I advise others to avoid!

Love the Calzones and the garlic bread and cheese bites but the prices of the pop is ridiculous i can get a can of coke for 75p or even 3ltr for £3 from morrisons

Our favourite takeaway in the area. We have some of our orders delivered and collect the others. The food is awesome, the staff are friendly and helpful. We love their pizza's, burgers and kebabs 5* food and 5* service
