MARIOS EASTWOOD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I HAVE FOUND A FLY IN MY CHILDREN’S FOOD WHEN I CALLED THEM THE GUY ON THE OHONE TOLD ME TO STOP ACTING LIKE A CHILD AND SWORE AT! SO I WENT TO THE SHOP MY SELF AND REQUESTED A REFUND THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN ONLY MAKE THE FOOD AGAIN I TOLD THEM I DIDN’T WANT THE FOOD MAKING AGAIN AS I HAVE BEEN PUT OFF! WE ARE USUALLY REGULAR CUSTOMERS AT MARIOS BUT AFTER THIS WE WILL BE DEFINITELY STAYING WELL AWAY!! Only gave 1 star because that’s the lowest

Ordered pepperoni got a margarita, nice enough but not my order

Food quality poor! Pizzas are pale and taste bland Kabab portions are terrible. We called and asked for a refund or a new kebab. We called to complain they just put the phone down. We then drove to Mario’s and they argued with us and refused to weigh the chicken they claimed to be “250g” DO NOT USE

First time visiting this pizza place Great menu selection People in the shop are a little slow at acknowledging our presence and taking our order Order 12 inch Doner and the mega meat and garlic bread. Pizzas were awesome. However, the garlic bread was a letdown. Very dry and over cooked

Pizza was really nice and he also had the chicken sheesh which is one of the best chicken kebabs I’ve ever had cannot recommend highly enough

We just ordered from here and only live about a couple minutes drive from the takeaway food took over 1 hour to come and when it arrived it was freezing cold and rubbery The only edible part of the food was the fries the rest was honestly diabolic Delivery driver was very polite and proffesional wish i could say the same for the takeaway

Food is always good. Never have to wait too long, even on busy weekends whether for collection or delivery. One of my local go to take aways. Service is always with a smile.

Just been to Mario's for the 1st time,I had a stuffed crust tandoori chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn and onions. The pizza was really nice,and the 2 guys working there really nice guys thanks.

Very delicious food. Pizzas are 2nd to none in the wider area. Not just Eastwood. Would travel 5 miles to get one over the other places. Great service in house, very friendly atmosphere, good banter. Overall great experience.

I’ve been coming to Mario’s for 3 years + I’ve had burgers,pizzas,wraps,kids meals plus other items off their menu and never had a problem with the food being cold or feeling ill after eating it. Service is always quick (collection) and staff are always very friendly.

Been going to Marios now for years. We all love their food. Everything from Pizzas to Burgers, Cheesy Chips to Strawberry sundaes. Chaps are always welcoming, and when they say something will be 10 minutes - it’s 10mins. Definitely recommend.

Food seemed ok. However a couple of hours after eating my partner and myself both have symptoms of food positioning, nausea,vomiting, stomach cramps, shaking and high temps. Please do not eat here!!!!!

Delivery driver rocked up at the door with no change at all. spent 5 minutes in his car looking for change, before coming back saying he hasn’t got no change expecting to just keep it. Not the first time I’ve had issues with Marios customer service. Always decent food but the service is always hit and miss and only seems to be going one way.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!! Our food arrived COLD, soggy and rubbery!! I tried to call to explain the issue, the person on the phone was rude and obnoxious! They weren’t willing to resend the food order or give us a partial refund for food that wasn’t edible! Cannot believe how unprofessional these people are!!!

BBQ garlic bites is delicious. Chicken bites and chips is a huge portion. Really enjoy this meal

Ordered a donna on naan. The donna, salad and sauces were nice. But the naan bread was just a flat tasteless boring flat bread of some sort.

Ordered from here again and the last three orders I've had in a row I have not received what I ordered. Food hot and nice but more care needs to be taken to read the order

Don’t waste your time. If your shutting, shut. 20 mins before closing and nothing left. Fryers turned off so not even any chips…. Try changing your opening times rather than being open with nothing to buy. Overpriced pizza that was burned and inedible. O stars. Poor quality poor service.

I actually really enjoy Mario's food. Been ordering from there for several years now and never been disappointed. Their lasagne used to be really good when it was swimming in a proper spicy Bolognese sauce and lots of jalapeños. The calzone is top notch and their burgers are very good for this area. Overall is it S-Tier? Nahh, it's B-Tier with the power to make you feel like you just had A-Tier food. Service wise I can't speak but I imagine if this place has been in business this long it might be worth a visit someday after the pub.

Do not use!! Waited that long for food we cancelled it in the end, used to be good service gone down hill fast. Can’t even meet a reasonable delivery time on a week night.

Bought a meal deal from here when working near by, the pizzas where on par with domino’s, arrived piping hot, would definitely order again if I lived local 👍🏼👍🏼

Not great if I'm being honest, first time ordering here and probably the last. Garlic bread and pizza bases are burnt and not very tasty in general, very disappointing

Ordered 3 pizzas 27/10/22. 1 was burnt the order one tasted sour they was all horrible. I will never order from here again. Plus there is way to get a refund online and their not answering to phone even the dog turned her nose up to them what a waste of £18 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢

I ordered food yesterday and the driver couldn’t find my address when he turned up he was on FaceTime to someone my food was stone cold I phoned up to let them know they kept putting the phone down they have lost me as a customer

My son had a chicken stacker burger from here last night and has had a very bad tummy since! It was blatantly microwaved when I looked at it after he was half way through but it was too late by then. Not ordering again.

Myself and my friend went in for a much anticipated takeaway kebab, I ordered a chicken tikka kebab, with chips. I was so bemused to be told that I had ordered a chicken donner kebab! I told them I didn’t and the reception I was given was like ‘oh you did’ I don’t eat donner!! Then I got my meal and I was looking for my fries… is this normal to have these in the bottom of the tray? I looked for my nan bread… not there! I had to pay a extra pound for that? Very unusual.. never had a kebab without a nan. Wow, what a disappoint! I thought the meal was expensive £5.60 plus the £1.00 for the nan.. what the heck??

On two occasions now we have placed online orders with marios in eastwood and they have sent totally different items.the last time we ordered two banoffee pies with ice cream and were sent two cheesecake slices and was just told the one we ordered was out of stock!if it's not in stock then take it off the menu......we complained to the establishment but have heard nothing back, this was three weeks ago.we will not be using again and would not recommend to anyone

Ordered dessert from here tonight. I ordered a kinder Bueno milkshake and banoffee pie. When they arrived, I noticed the banoffee pie was from 'The Cheesecake shop' company, and it arrived completely frozen and inedible. I rang Mario's and spoke to someone, who said they could send out another piece, however when I asked if this would be from the same batch he said yes. I argued then that doesn't resolve the issue, and they said they would make it edible. I asked if he meant he would warm it up, and he said "no we'd do it naturally"...unless I'm wrong, that would mean leaving it to defrost, which I could do myself with the frozen one delivered. Appalling customer service and terrible food. The milkshake I ordered also didn't take anything like bueno. There's no way to complain for a refund either. Definitely would not recommend.

Great pizzas made fresh to order.

Only ordered once tonight kebab and fries . The kebab meat was lovely and I am fussy . The fries taste and smell just like McDonald's but are crispier! Delivery said over an hour but was here in twenty minutes .

Awful kabab tasted like water and the pizza had no tomato base on it and the burger was stale don't go there only gave 1 star cause u have to other wise I wouldn't of put even 1

Took two and a half hours to deliver! When we complained they were not interested. Still charged full price and the food was cold! Delivery man said if we refused to pay the took it out of his wages! Never again for us. I advise others to avoid!

Love the Calzones and the garlic bread and cheese bites but the prices of the pop is ridiculous i can get a can of coke for 75p or even 3ltr for £3 from morrisons

Our favourite takeaway in the area. We have some of our orders delivered and collect the others. The food is awesome, the staff are friendly and helpful. We love their pizza's, burgers and kebabs 5* food and 5* service

Very poor service. Over 90 min wait time which we was never informed when the order was taken!!

AVOID! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! COLD FOOD! INCOMPLETE ORDER! Ordered from these regular and normally its fine, ordered over £30qwids worth for the whole family this time and when it arrived the order was incomplete and cold. Phoned to resolve the issue and all we got offered was to send out the missing items from the order, thats no use at all waiting half hour for it to arrive as the rest of the order was already cold. They argued with me on the phone saying its not cold. How they know that is beyond me?? Clearly repeat custom must meen nothing to them. Will never order from here again.

Used Mario's quite a few times and never had a problem until tonight. Ordered a family mega deal and a half and half pizza, on arrival there were no chips to be told by the delivery driver he would ring up and bring us some more. I then rang Mario's to tell them they had forgotten the chips and that the Pizzas we had recieved were cold to be told that the Pizzas couldn't be cold, well yes they were. Then to be told the weather wasn't bad outside so the pizza couldn't be cold, then it was because the Pizzas were stacked on top of each other in the bag (surely this would keep them warm not cool them down) no offer of a replacement or refund just told they would send the chips. Told them not to bother with the chips and all Pizzas went in the bin along with the £32 I had just paid. Will not be using again!

Average at best pizza and over.done meat on a kebab. That at almost a tenner was served without any salad . When we called to ask about the salad they said we didn't order any even though the menu states served with salad and sauce. Terrible customer service and accused my wife of lying about the salad even though we ordered it using speaker phone. I will never use again. Avoid if possible. Only gets one star cos you can't give a zero.

They want you to order online but charge you an extra 40p for doing so. Plus a pound delivery for the local area. Food is generally OK, on the good side of average of average.

Over cooked pizza nearly no topping. Get better at Asda

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Ordered a few times from here and they have never been able to get the order correct, and when you ring to let them know about it you get the worst customer service imaginable! Ordered a 'sizzler' pizza off the website which clearly states is ham,pepperoni,spicy beef and jalapenos! It came with chicken tikka,mushroom and onion! Rang to ask them where they've gone wrong with it to be told 'you ordered sizzler its your fault' so when i then asked could you please tell me what you think a sizzler is they reply with 'tikka mushroom and onion' even though im sat there looking at the screen of THEIR website that clearly shows its not that description but the description of what i wanted to order! The manager then gets very high rate telling me he doesnt want me as a customer and to please stop wasting his time! Dont worry we will never be bothering you again, theirs a wonder your still open with an attitude like that! Maybe learn your own menu and go on a customer service course and you may get somewhere?!

What a shame! Have ordered from here multiple times. Nothing special, cheap takeaway pizza, standard you expect. However, tonight received a cold pizza!!! With soggy chips. Called to try to resolve... Oh my was the service bad. Told me no one else has complained, ok thanks for that but my pizzas cold. Blamed being busy, well all pizza takeaways want to be busy right! If you're too busy refuse the order, plenty more places I could of used. Then said would only replace if I went and collected... I ordered to be delivered mate! Sort your head out. I said how about you give me a free pizza replacement a night your not busy as compromise. Would not replace like for like, clearly don't want to resolve the complaint. Well lost my custom

Very friendly and speedy service. Reasonable prices and decent range of variety to choose from. Not the most tasty of pizzas I've had but nice and cheesy and does the job, would go back again but maybe to try something else there

Literally just bought curly fries with cheese, chicken burger with curly fries without salad chilli chicken wings and cheesy garlic bread. I got salad on my burger there was loads of salt on everything and the chilli chicken wings tastes horrendous with an after taste of broccoli not impressed

Normally good. Today ordered so it was delivered by 5.45 and at half 6 I ring to find out it will be another 45 mins.... no warning or phone call to let me know so I could arrange another dinner. So now it's almost bed time and my son hasn't eaten.... thanks.

Ordered pizzas for first time. Said would be around 45 mind came in 25! Order was slightly wrong (one pizza wrong) called them back to tell them and instantly they said we will make you the correct one and bring it. It was with us within 20 minutes, fresh and piping hot. The pizza was absolutely delicious, best we have had in Eastwood.

brought food from here and found a large piece of yellow plastic rang them and they wasnt willing to sort the problem out and tried saying it came from ourselves you can see where the plastic was in the food
