We've just spent over £70 on a work lunch. The ordering was great the driver was fabulous and on time. The pizzas were nice the chips were cool and the wraps were terrible look nothing like the pics on the website. Hardly any filling really dissapointing !

The pizza had no cheese on it and was over cooked very annoying but the wings were good.

Always an efficient Domino’s to collect from. The car park can be a bit awkward to get into as it’s a sharp left from the roundabout exit.

Service was very good-friendly staff and very helpful.Food was very fresh and delicious.Dough was crispy and the meatballs added a pleasant kick to the pizza.Definitely recommend!

I always get the £5.99 deal with 2 toppings , great value for lunch at work.

Has definitely gone downhill. The pizzas are poorly put together and lack taste. Service is slow and customer service is lacking.

Shop close at 11 pm unfortunately you can not order anything at 10.20pm

I ordered a pizza Tuesday evening for collection from Beeston Domino's. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was a mess. It looked like it had fallen onto the kitchen floor and shovelled back into the box. I ate the pizza hoping that all would be well but it wasn't. The following day I had to rush to the toilet due to a severe upset stomach (I won't go into the fine details). Turns out the pizza was as bad as it looked.

Been going years to domino's, but this time topping was missing and two slices burnt. Could have called but dunno what they could've done cause it was a collection. Spent alot of money so u expect it to be spot on.

This Domino's can be quite hit and miss, I've had stomach upsets from here before but then other times the pizza was amazing, with a good amount of toppings and no stomach upset. But, we keep going back because, in general, the food is nice, hot and quick. Can't beat it for convenience.

Not good. Ordered Tuesday get one free. I didn't order small. But large. Arrived with one pizza!!!. Called said u have to tick for free one. Of course I want a free one. There wasn't a option on line to do it. ALSO advert said FREE pizza any size!!!!!! People it's a con. You don't get free one on small . Medium or large. The only pizza u get a free one is the pizza called any size!!!!. Lol joke con

Very fast delivery and good delivery man. They do have a delivery cyclist. That very good! Pizza is nice as always too! Remember to order online and not call, as they are busy preparing orders.

Convenient food when you can not be bothered to cook

We normally have no problems, we have picked up and ordered for parties, but yesterday was just plain awful. The driver could not find us - despite postcode and descriptions, when I tried to explain talked over me and we finally ended up with just about warm pizza stuck to the lid. Given that Domino's is not cheap - even with discounts- this was not a good experience. .

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza this evening and it arrived COLD, hence the one star. Judging by the pizza tracker, it was prepared and cooked in a very short time period. Then it sat, and sat, supposedly being quality checked. About 10 minutes later it was apparently still being quality checked but I suspect we were simply waiting for someone else's order to be baked. Unsurprisingly, the pizza arrived COLD.

Arrived a few mins early and was piping hot. Absolutely delicious.....

This is my local Dominoes, I do very much like it more than my local Papa Johns. But here they seem to sometimes put less pepperoni on when I ask for a double one. But it's not that often though.

Length of time the guy took to actually come to the counter I could of cooked my own pizza to come out the room pickin his nose, to be told the system in rebooting at lunchtime?????? And got to wait another 20 min??? No the nose ting did it for me turned round and went somewhere else xx

Rude staff, they were busy talking when I walked in the shop. They'd seen me but still carried on talking for a few minutes till I started knocking on the glass and saying hello. No apology. Previously I had ordered a garlic bread from here with hardly any cheese on it and tomato sauce. I asked them to make sure it had plenty on this time but they didn't seem to care. The food was again disappointing as last time. For £4.99 for a tiny garlic bread, I wish I'd gone to the supermarket and bought one from there! They were on their mobiles and didn't seem to care about hygiene either esp with the corona virus about at the moment. Most did not wear masks and those that did had them pulled under their chins. I don't know why I bother coming here

Cheap meal deal was excellent, ordered online and ready to pick up in 10 min or select a time.

Food was cold and pretty bad cooked. Also we had troubles with the payments, they took it twice and the customer service was unhelpful. Not very recommended

I have ordered quite a few times from this store and every single time the pizzas are amaaazing!!! Food is delicious and hot and the delivery is so quick. The delivery driver was so friendly and helpful tonight. This is going to be regular go to place for pizza now. Doughballs have to be tried... yummm!!! 😊

Walked in. Order was quickly taken and served. Fresh piping hot pizza that was totally delicious!!! Whole waiting watched the delivery guys, omg. They do an AMAZING job. Fast and furious. Please never shout at them if they are late, or got lost. They literally run non stop!!!

There is other pizzas and then there is domino's. This particular branch seems to be always busy so had to wait a minute but otherwise somehow the pizza here tastes better than other domino's!!

I went there today and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, a guy in the back saw me but I wasn’t served I ended up walking out without being served. They have no interest in serving walk-in customers at all. Avoid this place

Conveniently located near free parking spaces, making collection easy, I have generally found they turn around an order fairly quickly.

Was a great place, a regular for us u until the stopped doing double decadence base.

I've never really liked domino's but since pizza hut closed I've had to resort to domino's and I must say I have found a pizza that I enjoy altho I still do prefer pizza hut bases as I find the domino's ones a little floury

The staff need to literary told to wash hands and change gloves while preparing vegetarian pizzas... Some of them even find that laborious and raise eyebrows...as if it is a fussy customer.... the thing is I can eat meat but halal meat however the pork puts me off..... also they don't even clean the surface (wipe clean) if the pork falls down on the stainless steel platform...on top the other pizzas which r being made r dragged along the same counter ... So I think next time I will seriously reconsider coming back simply because of these reasons...

Ordered a Meteor which stated "light portion of bbq sauce". The pizza was so sweet we found it inedible and sickly. Contacted the store to express our issue but the member of staff we spoke to couldn't care less and was very rude. Not impressed at all.

Was near by and ordered a lunchtime special. Small pizza, wedges and drink for under £6. Couldn't argue with that. Took 15 minutes.

Food was alright except for cheesey wedges (they were undercooked and the cheese was bland) also forgot 2 honey mustard dips and refunded me for them at the door but when i went inside he only gave me 40p so was ripped off, dont care about the amount its the principle

I ordered a pizza not a dog's dinner. Thing looked horrendous

Pretty ordinary Domino's. Lots of busy staff primally dealing with delivery orders, I felt a little lower priority collecting my order. They have a countdown tracker showing when your pizza is ready, but it did not correlate with when my pizza arrived! The pizza was tasted fine.

Ordered today and I know it was snowing but it said you can order regardless so we ordered our pizza waited an hour and a half so i called them 5 times and they ignored the calls and then after all that time just decided to put a notice up to say we can't order for delivery. It's been snowing all day and they only just decided to put up that notice at 11 o'clock at night. And now I am left with no food cause it's too late to order from anywhere else or even go to the shops cause everything is closed ! A call would be nice just to let people know earlier.

• They didn't deliver the meatballs, in fact they completely forgot them. Didn't get them until 30-ish minutes later. • When the meatballs arrived it was burnt around the edge and hard as rock. • Chocca lotta pizza had only half of it covered in chocolate, I had to spread it out with my finger to cover it evenly. • My boyfriend enjoyed his pizza. • My own pizza was okay, didn't have much tuna on though as a "tuna delight" • Relatively warm • Majority of food arrived promptly. • Didn't have Fanta as a drink, so they supplied us with diet coke, even though that's exactly what we didn't want. They could have rang up to ask.

We ordered pizzas from here recently and the quality of them was very poor, they were extremely thin and we had complaints about hairs being on the pizzas, dominoes are usually ok but something seems wrong with the management in this particular branch.

After being to your shop on derby road/wollaton vale I would like to put in a complaint about a member of your staff working at your branch as front of the house staff dealing with the general public and taking phone orders on 10th december around 5.45 and 615 pm We Placed an order via phone to your shop. He was very rude on the phone with no manners whatsoever with words coming out such as Yeah!, That It!, no pleases or thank yous I.e. missing basic common curtsey un like the young lady who is very well manners and polite. I turned up at the shop to pick up our order and waited 6 minutes as that’s how long our order had left before being completed according to your computer system which was fine... during this time your gentleman totality ignored me and served two other customers that had come in after me without asking me weather he can help e.t.c. after seeing that my order has been ready now for approx. Two minutes I must admit I lost it. I said to the gentleman can i get served here! And he replied we are very busy tonight . I replied but not too busy to deal and serve two people who has come in after me. He offered no apologises just ask what my order name was twice and got my order and i paid. His attitude was absolutely awful for someone to deal with the public , and if his face could tell a story then its wouldn’t be a nice one!, He really did look like he couldn’t be arsed! We couldn’t get his name as his badge was covered up by an apron Secondly One of your delivery drivers kept coming to the front of the shop to collect his pizzas for delivery when all the others as usual went round the back which I thought was normal practice! The reason I took a dislike is he kept squeezing between me and another customer to collect his delivery several times to and fro to his car. Surely this isn’t an approved practice? I surely hope the next time we use your branch that we get served by your usual helpful young lady that we normally deal with.

The pizza was made to an adequate standard however a member of staff ("steve" I believe was the name) was far from adequate. When I rang into place my order for collection I was rudely hung up upon.. Entering the store there was no greeting initially from the member of staff as he hectically ran around with the inability to take orders in a seamless manner. This is the first and hope the only time I'm given such service to a horrific manner as to say the least I was late for my meeting due the pizza not being made on time! Despite the chaos this one off occasion, Dominos staff members are all presented in a high standard! From me getting pizza delivered to me collecting staff are ALWAYS polite apart from this fiasco!! Dominos need to look into this as I'm sure he has caused issues for many on that particular day.

I order frequently online with Domino's and the pizza is always delivered between 20 & 30 mins, pipping hot and haven't had a wrong order in 2 maybe 3 years. The delivery staff are on part some of the friendliest staff I have ever had, I usually tip £1 per order and every time I do one of the drivers pulls out a free big dip as a thank you which is probably the best customer service I have ever got! 5 star! But after 11pm the West Bridgford store takes over and that is terrible for customer service so bad its a shame its associated with the Beeston store.

Got a long term affair with Dom's(!) Wasn't over the moon about my orders of late; I think the puddings could be a bit more exciting somehow.

Awful i know everyone needs to learn but every word put on held to ask someone what to do. Taken 30 minutes to understand my order...then wanted to put 10quid on my meal when it was 26quid!!! Absolout joke

Drivers and all are very good and have rather fast service however i had an issue once with the manager believe his name was steve and did not help me at all! What a joke! Another issue is that the "Tracking" On the app does not work. Presumably falsified my Dominos to look good.

Please upload actual hours, call diverts to West Bridgford is unhelpful between 11pm and 5am if you want to collect. When open, standard domino's and 3-4 stars.

This place is an absolute joke! Was told half an hour for delivery.... nothing... rang 50 minutes later asked were the food was, was put on hold while the guy on the phone rang the driver he picked up and said he had spoke to the driver and he would be half an hour... rang again afrer 35 mins asked were the food was. Told him my address and when I orderd he then said sorry I can't ring the driver while he is out... bear in mind before they had told me he has spoken to the driver on his route. I pointed this out to them. Then they pretended they couldn't hear me. But in the back ground I could hear them laughing as they obviously pretended they couldn't hear me and I had bad signal!!!! Anyway long story short never got my food. Delt with what was clear to me adolescent morons. And was given a fake managers name. "Henry" will not stop until I get my full refund and my adive to anyone else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! 👍

Ordered my food about 1:15am it's now 2am the pizza tracker said it was delivered so I rang them up and the man on the phone wasn't very polite and didn't apologise he just said it will be 10 minutes and then put the phone down I'm very disappointed.

Worse pizza I have ever had New Italian pizzas absolutely ridiculous, came burnt , chicken on the pizza was rock hard and smelled not fresh. It was missing some toppings aswell. Potatoe wedges soaking in oil... Never ever again order from Beeston Domino's !!!! Manager offered a free pizza and kept asking "what would you like me to do? What to do??" Not even apologise or reassure that won't happen again?? Just a quick free pizza. No thanks !!! Same crap for free??? No

We been going to dominos for 5 years from both beeston stores every week sometimes twice.we noticed the past 6 times we had the double decadence is basically just a thin crust its bad that you are charging for it when theres no cheese in the middle what so ever.and the taste just isnt there at all.dont know what youve done to the store but you pushed us into going poppa pizza which are much tastier and cheaper!!.bye bye dominos...
