Friendly welcome and good beer. Big print of a historical map covers a wall in the upper seating area. Very interesting for visitors to the area like us!

Absolutely fantastic night! Perfect mix of age groups and brilliant artist. Landlady and staff were wonderful, couldn't be better. Would definitely recommend looking their Facebook page out to see what they have to offer. I can't tell you how much of a good time I had. Great pint too :)

Went to this place couldnt believe the price came to 10.65 when I asked it was rite was told Yh that's right 6.50 for a single Malibu. I had a Malibu and a shot if coke with 1 pint. Rediculas price for 2 drinks could have gone to any night club and got it cheaper than that. Myself I would avoid this place seems like a rob to me hightest of paid any where else is 8.00 at pubs a lot nicer than this one Pub not really that nice decor eather. Wouldn't visit this place again

Landlady, or manager rather. Needs customer service training!! Or to drink less on her night off!! Insulting paying customers, unbelievable!! Beware when using the jukebox, she will tell you in no uncertain terms what she thinks of it and then proceed to change the music if its not to her liking!! Why have one in the first place then!!
