La primera vez que usé este indio y fue encantador y lleno. A todos nos encantó gracias Llegó muy rápido y la comida era agradable y caliente.

Tristemente no volveré a ir. Pedido Madras de Pollo (para llevar... recogí). Pregunté por Madrás medio caliente. Fue horrible... no como la salsa Madrás que solía sacar de allí... para ser Frank, varias comidas para llevar no han sido muy buenas en los últimos 2 o 3 años. Pero pensé en intentarlo anoche... comí un 25% y luego tuve que tirarlo. Había algunas especias con las que no estaba familiarizado... No me gustó el olor o el sabor. Me encantaría saber cuál fue... la cantidad excesiva usada. No hay problemas con el servicio o el personal. . excelente como siempre. Siento mucho dejar una crítica tan mala

Amazing taste wast it was closer

I definitely recommend the Simla Indian Restaurant, the food and staff here all amazing, i get compliments on things like my beard & even my reviews, i really appreciate the recognition, i forgot rice on my last order so they threw it in for free.

Simla is a good way to discribe this food, as it is similar to Indian food but not quite the same. I didn't believe the other bad reviews, but they were 100% correct. Currys were watery, rice tasted stale and microwaved. Missing Poppadoms, Beef used instead of lamb and a peshwari covered in syrup for some reason. I only ordered because it was 40% off, I will not be ordering again

Delivery driver polite unfortunately my food had spilled into the bag all over the cartons and rest of the food . My chips were cold and the cheese on my newarby was burnt so not nice . The rest of the food was not warm but I’m disabled and was too much hassle for me to go warm it up . Rest of food was nice though but not as good as it’s been in the past .

Clicked re order, but not made aware you charge £13.95 for curry only, but now have to order rice separate. So had no rice. Onion bhaji burnt. Order came very quick. Very hot. Don't expect a reply as you only reply to positive reviews

Order arrived late, the rice tasted like watery packet rice. Curry (chicken tikka ) was watery and had no resemblance of masala. Chicken like rubber, Naan breads were doughy and chips were cold. Unable to eat this, but too late to order anything else. Review left by two starving customers.

Honest review. Delivery time, spot on. Curries, decent. Portion size can't fault. Poppadoms not good, tasted stale. Chapatis, thick and doughy, not to our taste. All in all 7 out of 10.

The worst curry we have had from here. Wrong order and the popodoms tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Horrible the whole meal very disappointed

Popadoms smashed and tasted stale, food was pretty cold when arrived, peshwari Naan didn’t taste of coconut at all. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Comemos en Simla' regularmente. La comida siempre es excelente, el personal encantador y atento. O tengo las verduras Punjabi con paneer o el Dahl con paneer, ambos son fantásticos. Mi marido suele tener un plato de gambas. Damos la vuelta al mundo y, sin embargo, cuando volvemos al frío y húmedo Reino Unido, siempre esperamos comer en Simla.

Order was placed for 5.30. I called at 540 when the just eat app said it had been delivered and it hadn’t. Told 10mins. Called 20mins later and had to push to get them to call the driver to find it had been delivered to wrong address. Guy who answered the phone couldn’t care less just told me to wait another 10 mins and was told “what do you want me to do”. Driver arrived and said we were his first delivery. Hadn’t done to the wrong address they were just busy. Appalling service. Average food

The food was cold and the dhansak ordered was not a Dhansak it was more of Korma

Fried garlic on the top of both dishes is not the best idea… I couldn’t taste or smell any of the spices… only tasted garlic savoury (rogan) and garlic sweet (korma) dishes. Don’t get me wrong we ate it all but wasn’t your usual rogan and korma

Great place, good curry for a cheap price, also they’re very consistent, I’ve ordered curry from them for the past couple years and never been disappointed.

Order from here regularly and have always had good food,also very good value compared to others we’ve ordered from.

We have ordered from Simla for the past 20 years, we have ordered 4 times recently and every single time they have missed some of our order - to the point where I was asked to leave a note to remind them this time! Guess what ! They got it wrong again. These people are either ignorant or just clearly incompetent. When I called today the staff member even laughed and said “you’re joking” in disbelief they got it wrong AGAIN. They obviously think money grows on trees. DISGRACE

well i forgot my usual order of onion bhajis and they threw me a portion in with my order as I'm quite a regular customer they remembered what i like, i really love this place, it's almost like a family, everyone is so kind & the food is perfect.
