Honest review. Delivery time, spot on. Curries, decent. Portion size can't fault. Poppadoms not good, tasted stale. Chapatis, thick and doughy, not to our taste. All in all 7 out of 10.

The worst curry we have had from here. Wrong order and the popodoms tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Horrible the whole meal very disappointed

I love this place, you can tell they take pride in their food and their customer service is amazing, I'm always honest with my reviews and have been known to be quite brutal if deserved but i honestly cannot fault the whole experience.

Popadoms smashed and tasted stale, food was pretty cold when arrived, peshwari Naan didn’t taste of coconut at all. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Comemos en Simla' regularmente. La comida siempre es excelente, el personal encantador y atento. O tengo las verduras Punjabi con paneer o el Dahl con paneer, ambos son fantásticos. Mi marido suele tener un plato de gambas. Damos la vuelta al mundo y, sin embargo, cuando volvemos al frío y húmedo Reino Unido, siempre esperamos comer en Simla.

Order was placed for 5.30. I called at 540 when the just eat app said it had been delivered and it hadn’t. Told 10mins. Called 20mins later and had to push to get them to call the driver to find it had been delivered to wrong address. Guy who answered the phone couldn’t care less just told me to wait another 10 mins and was told “what do you want me to do”. Driver arrived and said we were his first delivery. Hadn’t done to the wrong address they were just busy. Appalling service. Average food

The food was cold and the dhansak ordered was not a Dhansak it was more of Korma

Fried garlic on the top of both dishes is not the best idea… I couldn’t taste or smell any of the spices… only tasted garlic savoury (rogan) and garlic sweet (korma) dishes. Don’t get me wrong we ate it all but wasn’t your usual rogan and korma

We have ordered from Simla for the past 20 years, we have ordered 4 times recently and every single time they have missed some of our order - to the point where I was asked to leave a note to remind them this time! Guess what ! They got it wrong again. These people are either ignorant or just clearly incompetent. When I called today the staff member even laughed and said “you’re joking” in disbelief they got it wrong AGAIN. They obviously think money grows on trees. DISGRACE

Everytime we want a curry we always come to Simla, the food is lovely they always go all out with delivering the best service and again the food is amazing the cheese naan is the nicest thing I have ever had it’s better than pizza!!

No te molestes, la peor comida de la historia. Acabamos de llevarnos a Simla Kimberley, qué carga de basura más cara. El pan de plátano no estaba fresco en absoluto, el saag aloo paneer tenía cero sabor, el korma era como comida para bebés con pollo barato, el arroz estaba duro, las patatas fritas tenían más grasa que una vieja sartén de patatas fritas sucia, y no es de extrañar que consiga los poppadoms gratis, deben haber hecho eso ayer, incluso el mango chutney había empeorado. Tiramos la mayor parte del sobreprecio de Luke caliente l, gustos, comida barata! Qué decepción. Deberíamos haber adivinado cuando vimos a una sola persona comiendo en el restaurante. Hemos estado aquí hace unos años y no podía faltar, así que es o nuevos propietarios o el chef nunca ha cocinado una especia en su vida. Comida asquerosa por un precio asqueroso. ¡Eviten a toda costa!

Food arrived early however tasted absolutely vile!! Korma was like soup and had a very strange taste.. sag aloo had cheese on it so my partner couldn’t eat it as she’s lactose intolerant so that went in the bin. Be cautious when ordering here. I won’t be back again!

The food was hot and had a nice consistency but very overspiced and not only looked completely different to any other time weve ordered it, but also tasted completely different and not in a good way unfortunately. Wont be ordering again im afraid.

Food was all very poor quality. Most watery chicken korma I have ever tasted. Delivery showed up over 45 minutes late and missing one of the items from my order. Definitely never ordering from here again, if I could put 0 stars I would.

The sides and sundries were very nice but both of our curries weren’t great. We had a korma and tikka masala (which I know are very basic curries) but they were bland, unusual flavour and odd texture which let the meal down. Wouldn’t order here again

The butter chicken had a massive layer of oils on the top of it which is usually expected but this was excessive. It didn’t taste like a butter chicken and it wasn’t very thick… didn’t enjoy this dinner at all. The garlic and cheese naan was also a massive no it was more like a cheese garlic bread which wasn’t what I asked for. In all honestly, I would like to request for a refund as it wasn’t what I expected and wasn’t pleasant. I’m not usually one to write a review but deffo wouldn’t recommend

Ordered online Just Eat. The chicken tikka was fine, more sauce than chicken. Potato bombay looked like it had been thrown at a wall before it was packaged and was a cheesy, salty mess of flavours. Nothing Indian about it. A beef curry had so much vinegar? in it, it was like eating pickles. £30 for one-awful, won't be going back.
