This was the most vile meal I have ever bought. We had a toasted sandwich with an extra side of fries. The fries were cold the sandwich was only tasted slightly on the top the underneath side was soggy limp bread I had a cheese and tomato only to be given cheese and tomato paste… 🤮 I would advise anyone to avoid this cafe

Increadibly long wait, staff were rude and rather pricy. I'd recommend you look outside of the hotel in the morning.

Comida encantadora, servicio al cliente encantador. Entregado a tiempo. Tuvimos un problema pensando que una comida no había sido incluida en nuestra entrega. El restaurante accedió a suministrar una comida de reemplazo a pesar de que sabían que lo habíamos tenido. ¡Encontramos la bolsa en el suelo! Teléfonos para disculparse y eran encantadores. I went today for afternoon tea with my 3 year old daughter (Peter rabbit afternoon tea ) the tea comes out ascetically pleasing however that’s as far as it goes . The sandwiches came out slightly stale meaning my daughter refused to eat them with a slice of cheese in and a slice of ham & marge . The one cake you get each was fine slightly dense but that is as expected when cooking in mass & a small biscuit each and a tasteless pot of moose. No fruit or crudity's for children and the children’s is charged at the same price as adults £19.90 even for the adults this is seriously overpriced for what you get.. I wasn’t asked how the food was once while there or when I paid . I was embarrassed that I had to leave with my daughter who was so hungry I had to take her Macdonald after paying £40 for a lunch we never ate . I emailed the owner who said all she could do was apologise as no one else had complained but the proof is in the pudding and we left after 20 min of being there as I needed to feed my daughter and had travelled 40 min to get there . Overall overpriced and under delivered. There other food looks fab but the theme afternoon teas are a waste of money and time .

Me encanta la hamburguesa de pollo con grano de pimienta que forma parte de la selección gourmet Kings. Lo he pedido varias veces en el Meridian Park Burger King y siempre es un beso de chefs. Lo pedí una vez a Uber eats y no me di cuenta de que lo entregaban del Leicester Forest East Burger King hasta que decidí pedirlo hoy. Esa vez lo tuve desde la primera vez desde Leicester Forest East fue horrible. Honestamente pensé que tal vez es porque lo había pedido para la entrega. Esa es la razón por la que fue horrible, entonces regresé a Meridian para ordenarlo a través de la unidad. Fue increíble. Acabo de pedir otra de Leicester Forest East y es la peor hamburguesa que he oído que está seca. Although it was a welcome change from the usual fast food outlets, it was still overpriced and overcooked. Why do we just accept that motorway services will overcharge on everything without delivering any kind quality at all?

I was waiting to pay cash for over 15mins. Ended up going to the Chinese instead. Rubbish service when your on 45min break

Ordered for delivery from Uber Eats. Double beef.. came as just a wrap with rice and beans. No beef, no sauce At least in store you can complain. Uber Eats only refunded half of an inedible piece of wrap

Had many pizzas from here. Today's was of poorer quality than usual. Cheese a bit dry and pepperoni shrivelled up. However giving 4 stars based on other experiences and the fact that I got a large pizza for £7. Staff very friendly so definitely recommend.

The order never arrived to my address. I rang the restaurant to see if they could help by possibly sending the order again. I was told by a member of staff that they didn’t have enough cheese to fulfil my order. The customer service is terrible and entirely unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened to me when ordering from this place.

EL REINICIO ME PUSO EN RIESGO ESTA NOCHE Vino al restaurante esta noche a comprar algo de comida mientras iba de compras. Ordene lo siguiente ver imagen. No pedí mayo porque también reacciona mal también yo. Solo queso y salsa fría dulce. Cuando obtuve mi comida después de esperar la mesa también ser limpiado. Lleva salsa de mayo extra. I love a good garden centre cafe. They're normally such bubbly, relaxed, lovely places, full of middle-aged people enjoying a cake before buying another aspidistra. But not this one. This is the garden centre anti-cafe. The staff could not be slower - the queue for ordering food was more than twenty minutes despite staff standing about chatting. Then, they ran out of most vegetarian food options, including chips. But nobody had told the person taking the orders, so they happily took payment, which then needed refunding and re-ordering. It's a total mess. To add insult to injury, though this place is dog-friendly, my dogs were made to feel much less than welcome. A member of staff loudly and publicly berated me for feeding mine a sliced-up sausage roll.

SERVICIO ABSOLUTAMENTE TERRIBLE! Los pedidos ni siquiera llegaron a su sistema, así que terminé pagando por mi pedido dos veces e incluso entonces TODAVÍA SE EQUIVOCARON! Vino a tomar café temprano por la mañana y rollo de desayuno. Hubo más de 25 minutos de espera en el tocino cocido y el personal detrás del mostrador (aunque había 3 de ellos) parecía agitado y desorganizado. El punto de venta en sí estaba sucio con una cuña de patata debajo de la rueda de los refrigeradores y una loncha de pizza debajo del mostrador para la leche y el azúcar. Teniendo en cuenta que esto era temprano en la mañana, esto parecía estar allí desde el día anterior (al menos) y el mostrador para sentarse era muy pegajoso y en general sucio. Los contenedores de almacenamiento para llevar baguettes al mostrador eran groseros en general y no aptos para llevar baguettes abiertas que habían sido recién horneadas sin envolturas. Tiene que haber una limpieza profunda en esta tienda. He visitado esta sucursal antes y ha sido mejor - pero con mejores cafés disponibles y puntos de venta de café en Blaby no me apresuraría a volver a visitar este.

Tried this place soon after opening and it was dreadful. However tried recently for breakfast and in fairness it was very good and £3.49 for breakfast wrap, hash brown and a bottle of coke zero it is much cheaper the Macdonald’s. What I was very impressed with, inside the restaurant and the toilets were absolutely spotless - unlike Macdonalds Yes I would go back
