Pizza was very tasty, but the vegetarian margarita pizza came with a piece of ham in the box. How this can happen is unbelievable and put the vegetarian diner of there meal. When we phoned to complain the guy said they couldn’t refund the money and either have another pizza or a pizza when we next ordered. We also didn’t have the soft drink we ordered with the meal deal. Perhaps a refresher course in customer service would help?

You know that film Honey, I shrunk the kids? This is what they have done with the fillet in the fillet burger. Then they put it in a stale bun and served it with a miniscule portion of fries. I think I'm done with KFC, certainly at Leicester Forest East.

Blaby RoadShocking customer service. Ordered food and told within the hour for delivery. 2.5 hours later and still no food. Will NOT use again unfortunately. Not one apology. Shame as it has always been amazing.
