Domino's Pizza in Blaby

Vomit inducing cardboard with a topping of dust, all for a semi-extortionate price, I genuinely don't understand how people keep falling for the advertising, have we become that dumb?

Terrible branch of Domino's. Food never arrives hot, this latest time it was not even luke warm and had to call them. They sent a replacement meal within 20 mins but obviously thought it funny to make the thin and crispy base so thin it was basically just held together by cheese. Biggest waste of money ever and am finally done with this place.

Pizza's were not warm when they arrived But as we were hungry, we just ate them !!

I cannot fault this place, we never had issues with them either collecting or delivering pizza. It's seems quite a clean place, nice staff, good pizza. We have tried the new carbonara and it's OK,but not fantastic ,we have tried carbonara in other places which was better. Overall we luke Dominos.

Was great as always. I went busy time, so I did wait a while, but well worth the wait.

You get what you pay for. Dominoes is a nice pizza, the only problem for me is they dont accept cash, why is paying instore cash a problem?deliveries understandable, here is my issue, if somebody that is in homelessness, are given cash for food by somebody and there is only a Dominoes... They cannot eat.

I ordered the deal on where I can get a large pizza for £12 and £2.45 delivery and thought that was it order completed I then checked my bank noticed I was not charged for delivery so I called this store and told them and the first person told me to cancel then reorder so I did, but then tried to order again and it would not let me so called I called the store to get the most unhelpfull deputy manager who was not only ignorant but refused to give me an immediate refund and then told me there was a minimum order of over 17 quid which it did not state on my order Deputy manager needs retrained in customer service such a poor excuse of a human being So now have to wait 3 to 5 working days to get my money back Will never use again

Ordered online and the app wrongly sent the order through to blaby store. Contacted blaby who said they'd refund. But to wait 5 working days. It's now the end of the 5th day and no refund. Terrible service.

I phoned to order food for delivery but was asked to do it online. I tried but was unable to as what I wanted kept coming up with collection only so I phoned back. The same girl I spoke to was very rude and seemed annoyed that I'd phoned my order through instead of online. I explained what had happened when I tried. I answered her question about my phone number,postcode and house number. She was huffing and puffing all the time as she read them back to me like it was an inconvenience that I'd phoned. She kept saying there wasn't a house number for the postcode I'd given! I kept telling her there was as I live here. She was really rude with her responses so I said I'd leave ordering and I'll find something else ...she slammed the phone down. No communication skills what so ever!!! Won't be trying them again!

Best Domino's pizza I've tasted! Always fresh and cooked to perfection! Always get the Ham & pineapple & wedges! Delicious!!!

Absolutely appalling, several times now my pizza has arrived over an hour late and on top of that, when I call the place they pick up and hang up on me straight away, pointless trying to get through.

The service is this place is the worst i have ever encountered. Will not return. Papa Johns and Pizza Hut do better pizzas. The manager is rubbish, with zero customer service skills

one of the worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. The manager is absolutely useless. No idea on how to provide customer service nor to run a business. Clearly the franchisee is just interested in saving overheads.

They removed the garlic spread as a topping from their menu other domino's have it as an option on the menu , when I asked Domino's originally they said it was because of covid. But now they are saying as they are franchise they can put whatever they want to sell. I think its a shame really because usually I used to order every week when I lived in london, but upon returning here I haven't been able to enjoy a pizza with my favourite toppings. Don't think I will ever order again, I have in the past been able to order a pizza from here with my favourite toppings but I guess those days are gone

After an hour of placing order get a call to be told some items weren't available. Would i like alternative said no can you refund... they cancelled whole order. Will not use again terrible and disgusting service no attempt to resolve the issue when called back didn't care just wanted me off the phone.

Went in store to order told it would be 15 minutes half an hour later gets my food. Had a hot and spicy pizza well if you want to call it that hardly any topping very disappointed. Rang to complain was told that the manager would ring next day still waiting two weeks on

Clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. The store is very clean and Covid safe. This store offers takeaway and delivery service with no eat-in option. There is plenty of parking available at the rear of the store in a shared car park with nearby Iceland and Greggs amongst other shops too.

Great pizza. Prices are over inflated, but if you can't be bothered to cook...so be it.

The shop was extremely busy and although served had to return one hour later to collect my order and didn't receive my Blue Light Card Discount. Girl Server was polite and well mannered. Pizza a bit overdone.

Ordered a pizza online, said would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Txt would confirm when ready, 30 minutes later still no txt went in and asked and they had no record of order and I wpuld have to wait another 10-15mins. I have a taxi waiting so had to leave with no pizza. Hopfully i will get a refund.

Don't even bother. Everything takes forever. It's chaos in there whenever you go in. They frequently get orders wrong.

Diabolically bad. How can following a recipe rolled out across the world be done so bad? So, life happens but this is the 2nd time that the order has been wrong. 1st time wrong wing type which was a mild annoyance but a credit was applied however the second time, their "traditional base" was so overdone that one not one but two occasions, I had to check I hadn't picked up a piece of the box and was eating that. Result, 3/4 of pizza thrown away. Why didn't I call? After two attempts it's the equivalent of having a dicky stomach and standing in front of a fan. Perhaps poorly trained staff or young management that haven't had a crack at understanding business and how customers and their satisfaction keep the business open. Yes, even Dominos. Hopefully the branch will pick up...probably not. Stick to a £3 shop bought pizza instead of paying £20+ for cardboard in a box.

The pizzas from this domino's are great. Definitely the best pizzas in the area. Shame about the sides.

Hit and miss with this dominos butchered my order a few times but then sometimes can be very good... clean place and friendly staff

made an order on the website. claimed 20-30 min wait. took over 90 mins to arrive. called for an update, on the first attempt they answered and immediately hung up the phone. second time didn't even answer after about 20 rings. good food but shocking customer service.

No customer service, eight of them just stood and looked at us as we entered the shop. Wedges were raw and the pizza was awful, should have just cooked one ourselves from a boxed frozen one. Won't be returning to this one or any other.... Mass chains are all the same :(

I love dominoes pizza!! It is far better than its competitors in my opinion. This particular establishment is okay with delivery times generally but can subsumes be REALLY slow. They have delivered cold pizza to us before but we got our next order free because of it so can't complain! The pizza tracker is not accurate, it often says the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't. There are also some pizza makes here that can never seem to get the stuffed crust right and it spews out, which is quite annoying!

Awful service!!! Waited over 2 hours for pizzas to be delivered in the end we cancelled the order as half of us had to go work and we had to go out. Shocking explanation (on no explanation) as to the reason why. Attempted to phone the store multiple times to find out what was happening but no one answer will never use again

Ordered a large pizzas 13.5 got a medium 11.5 have photo also only like warm. Called them and they didn't want to know and just told me to contact HR.

Ordered a pizza at 8pm for delivery at 10pm on New Year's Eve - they called me at 22:45 to say my pizza had been delivered but no payment was taken - I had no pizza ? Did not say sorry just said they will re do the order and get it out to me at a discounted price - eventually came at 11:30 ... Not good - avoid - would give no stars if I could

Absolutely disgusted at this store i blaby ordered about 5 pizzas which was obviously to much of a big order so it took them 2 hours and ten minutes...No sorry no nothing when we rang an hour and a half after placing order to be told we would have to wait another 40 mins and got shirty because WE wasn't happy!!! rude and such a shame!!!

Couldn't be bothered to phone and complain at 10:30 at night but you'd think they could get a two pizza order right, apparently not.

Generally dont like Dominos so have refrained from getting them. However tried our local one for the 1st time since moving and i have to say.... One of the best cooked pizzas ive had in a long time. Not burnt at all, perfect amount of cheese/toppings.

Had to wait over an hour for a pizza. I know it is busy on a Saturday, but considering the distance between myself and the store. Over an hour is too long. Pizza arrived cold. Not impressed.

We had stopped using Dominoes because the Narborough Road office were absolutely awful and very rude. We have ordered about 4 times from the Blaby one now and every time the food was delivered in good time and very hot and tasty. Last night they gave us one wrong pizza (delivery man mixed it up with an order a few streets away). We rang to ask for the correct pizza and an hour later heard nothing, so we rang back. Because of the mix up in orders and then they still hadn't resent our missing pizza they apologised and sent us the whole order again within 35 minutes of the second call. Human errors happen- but they handled it very well. Thank you for giving such good service, we will definitely keep using you

Had my first delivery last week, it arrived quick and was hot. It is much faster than getting them delivered from Wigston which we did before this opened.
