Missing half of my order and the food that was delivered was wrong

New machines that don't work. Staff who cant read a simple chart. Well this is turned in to a right joke of a place takes you half hour to finally get your meal to get it toasted when stated not didn't get my number from machine because you have got to be telepathic to know it no receipt the staff ain't helpful at all I ended up asking for refund. Oh and £10+ for something not even made to my taste go away too expensive lose plenty customers like this guaranteed won't be going here again I used love subways now to expensive like Ms ds!!!!!!!!! Lucky I can't give 0 starts disgusting

Simply don’t eat here!!! From reading the reviews and experiencing this subway for myself, wow. Just wow. You couldn’t ask for more disorganisation if you tried. They allowed people to continuously use the self service screens despite a waiting area full of maybe 20-30 people. Not only did me and my partner wait for 50 MINUTES. For a simple order, but an order that they still managed to get wrong with barely baked bread, missing condiments and shocking safety for allergens. This subway needs to close or a serious review made, but considering similar reviews date back over 2 years ago I doubt much will change. Pathetic.

This is the slowest and worst service I’ve had from a subway! Avoid this subway at all costs. I will not be returning!

I don't understand why they have stopped serving at the counter will only serve you if you use the terminal or the app joke !!!

Visited this Subway at Welcome break on my way to London. They had new item on the menu Veggie Breakwich and it was clearly stated 6” sub + Drink 3.59 as you can see in the image. Manager denied that offer. The lady who was making sun didn’t know what the recipe was, we kept pointing at the board saying we want veggie breakwich . Eventually she managed to make the sub in stale bread and greasy. Mr Ash, the manager said their system wasn’t working but it was clearly advertised on the board that Sub+drink for 3.59. He was very rude to be a customer assistant position. I recommend you save yourself from anger and never visit this place.

Worst subway experience of my entire life, wouldn't accept any of my rewards or deals from the app. Yes the store should accept all deals. Mr Kam was one rude manager. Don't even bother with this restaurant it's an absolute shambles.

Don't come here if you value your time or sanity

Shocking customer service, women was annoyed with me because I kept asking for more salad because she kept putting in 3 tiny bits of lettuce, 3 jalapeños etc. It’s a Subway, you’re already ripping me off with extortionate pricing, at least give me proper filling portions.

Dreadful service, awful food. Waited in the queue and was told to order from an assistant who was busily replenishing the stock. She said "just a minute" and walked off, returning with more stock and continued to restock, completely ignoring me .The first assistant then seemingly annoyed at her,took my order. No engagement, no customer interaction. The food was not worth the £7.08. A sad reflection on the company who clearly aren't bothered as they have a captive audience. If you're reading this and wondering whether to order from there, don't! I'd rather go hungry than experience such poor service and awful food. If there was a negative star rating I would have given it. The one star I've given flatters them.

Turned up at 19.50pm for a quick sandwich on route sourh. Was turned away and told they've closed. All the food was still available, till was open and was told to go away by the manger called himself 'kam'. I showed him the opening times stating 20.00 close and he said not tonight. Last time I use this subway!!!

Possibly the worst sub I've ever had. Greasy with oily pesto just dripping out of it. Drinks and crisps all depleted. Slow moving queue despite staff numbers. You don't expect much in a service station, but I wanted more for the price

I was not given an option to pick the salad for my sub. Defeats the purpose of the franchise.

It was horrible on another level. I ordered a sandwich no vegetables and the manager served it so imagine the employees. I told him he didn't do it correctly and he said thank you. It wasn't a good time but it has lots of other shops nearby.

Ordered a tuna sub and bread was stale. Oven wasn’t working either so they microwaved my sub making it soggy. Not eating here ever again!

I ordered subway on Deliveroo, lettuce was was brown, my sub wasn’t toasted like I asked for it to be, they put sweet corn in it and I never asked for sweetcorn, the bread was soggy! Tried to ring a numerous of times but no answer!! Not happy! I would not recommend.

There were flies In bread and food area

Went on Sunday 24th July after 8pm. Staff looked not interested and like they were forced to be there. Tons of flies sitting everywhere!!! Didn't look or feel hygiene at all. I'm not expecting 5 star Michelin restaurant, but this is the only Subway I'd avoid eating from.

Rude manager, no customer service

Just ordered through deliveroo. Order completely wrong. Not a single sandwich correct. Tried to call but no one answered. Send all steak subs when one of us doesn't eat meat! They did get nachos correct, but they were soft and damp. Utter shambles

Ordered chicken & bacon footlong (paid extra for that) with toasted cheese. Delivery took extra long and I recived sub without cheese and bacon. Not recommended

Ordered off of deliveroo, they had most of the order completely wrong, hash browns were cold, subs were cold overall terrible quality

After 20 minutes in a que with 3 people in front of me, I received an almost empty sandwich and an Latte which I didn't order but I paid for it! (I thought will be a meal from them, not to charge for something which I didn't order). It's not the first time that's why I have to make this review!

Terrible experience. Subway food is always good, you know what to expect. However the team was rude. Especially the one who was serving the veg and taking payments by the till. If you don't like your job quit, don't take it out on the customers.

They want to save money they put less ingredients then in other Subways.

Says its open, get here at 17:15, and its closed.

Opens at 7... Doesn't have bread ready until 8.
