Had a Texas BBQ wrap first time I had it was really good the BBQ is alot lighter then the pizza so was a very nice change and the customer service was lovely. Helped me alot

Went with friends and family for my daughters birthday. The meat skewers were amazing. They cook the meat in a special way where it is smoked and is perfect. The chips were off the scale especially the cheese and chicken ones. Great variety from 4 different kitchens types. Will be going again soon. Very underrated restaurant. Looks busy at the weekend. Now in my top five places to eat 👍

Thank you for accommodating my request for vegan cheese on a gluten free base. Struggled a little to communicate with one team member but they past me on to someone else and they sorted it all out. Ordered through app, spoke to them on the phone and then they delivered within 45 mins on a busy Saturday. The quality of the food was excellent - you would expect them all to be the same but some dominos can be appalling- this was clearly prepared with care and generous toppings, cooked just right and delivered promptly, nice and hot. Thanks to the team - much better experience than bulwell.

Mi familia (5 de nosotros) vino a almorzar hoy, ninguna de las comidas era tan caliente, chaqueta de patata estaba fría. Pedí que nos dieran una patata caliente, tomó más de quince minutos para conseguir esto. Se quejó al personal del bar se le dijo que reembolsaría, pero luego se negó a porque empezamos a comer la patata chaqueta nueva cuando llegó. Ni una disculpa. Atención al cliente impactante. Muy disgustado.

Placed an order via JustEat for delivery and was accepted 8:45pm, multiple texts came through stating that the order had been delayed- 4 in total. The final time frame for delivery was 22:50-11:20. Rang the restaurant and asked where our order was- the man on the phone explained that they had been extremely busy that evening due to the ‘big game’- England had in fact defeated Denmark the previous night and so there was no ‘Big Game’. He then went on to explain that the delivery driver was delivering a takeaway to an address in Newark - some 24 miles away from the takeaway/restaurant. Looked on their website and typed in a Newark postcode- it stated it did not deliver to this area. Staff could not give us a guaranteed time that it would be delivered by- as he changed his time 3 times- so we decided to cancel the order given that is was past 10pm and he couldn’t guarantee it would be here before 11pm. We now have to go through JustEat to get our money back- which doesn’t look likely. Would not recommend this place at all and will never attempt another delivery from their again. Zero stars if possible would have been given. Awful service and poor customer service on the telephone.

Always have from here… just got back from there.. I watched him put the kabab that I ordered, with the pitta bread int he microwave to warm up even the white tray it comes on! No salad was given for it. I wa that shocked I just had to get out there! Chips was poor! Bear in mind it was 12.30 so expect it to be fresh! Was definitely last nights food! Safe to say we won’t be back.

Food was cold and tasted bad ordered a mini flame snack box meal and didn’t receive the wrap. I then politely said I didn’t receive a wrap and the worker said u did when I didn’t .

Had a large mixed kebab delivered £14 !! Very poor not a patch on what it used to be. Soggy salad , hardly any meat. Waste of money !!!
