Love the new menu and restaurant keep up the great work

Nothing dairy free on lunch menu. New McDonald's style order system which was not easy or helpful will not be coming back

Fui a desayunar. Traté de salchicha. La mazorca estaba grasienta. Me hizo sentir mal. No la comí. Hija tenía gruñidos. La mantequilla no se extendió. Estaba muy molesta.

Great space on upper floor, good choice of food and drinks to relax.Fast friendly service

Worst panini I l have ever eaten. One small piece of processed ham and a smear of melted cheese. Poor value. Will not return.

Went in looking forward to a cuppa and cake only to find that it is pre- order on a display screen just like MacDonalds . I don't do self check out or touch screen ordering in any shop, so won't be going back!

It's great that they have extended the cafe but why are the prices so extortionate especially when it is all self ordering?! You can't customise items for allergies and they want almost £10 for a coffee and breakfast roll! Service was basic with the server plonking my coffee down without when so much as a grimace, and the toasted teacake was anemic. The cafe itself is a barren affair making you feel like you're in a warehouse. Please, Tesco, not all changes are for the better and you've got this wrong!

Came into the new cafe with my 2 children. Very helpful staff nice atmosphere and kids ate free as school holidays. Will be coming back here again.

I was disappointed to find that it is card only and I can only order by the machine. If you scan your club card you get a free kids meal if you buy an adult meal. That’s a positive. I scanned my Clubcard at the end of the transaction I noticed on the receipt it did not take off lewis’s meal. I asked one of the ladies in the Tesco café if it could be refunded and she went back to the machine I used and she was struggling to refund my money. She said can I just get you a free side to compensate? I said no, I want my money please. She said, are you sure you just don’t want to take the side? You’re causing me aggro. I couldn’t believe she said that! I said no I want my money back please. She rang the IT department and they told her it was the customers responsibility to make sure the club card is scanned properly. I thought it had scanned. She managed to do it in the end, but I will be checking my bank. It’s safe to say I will not be going back there again.  . . 

Sobreprecio, especialmente comida fría de abeto! Tuve que pedir en una pantalla! No me importa usar una pantalla, pero esto no es fácil de usar, no conseguimos lo que queríamos, pero terminamos con algo que no queríamos! Probablemente por eso solo había un par de personas allí. Tostadas, tocino y salchicha estaban frías como piedras y claramente se habían mantenido! Sin embargo, los huevos escalfados y los frijoles estaban calientes. Abra una caja para pedir y servir la comida caliente y tal vez más gente lo usará! ¿No es ciencia de cohetes?

Just had a breakfast was absolutely mouth watering and lovely staff so cheerful and warm. Will deffo be having another cooked full english again.

I Came To This Cafe And The Breakfast Was Amazing Bacon Was So Soft And Not Overcooked And Hard The Eggs Was Beautiful Hash Browns Tasted Amazing The Whole Breakfast Was Stunning The Staff Was So Polite And Good Communication Aswell Absolutely Loved it Thank You Be Definitely Coming Back Here Again And They Don’t Give You The Saucers Sachets Instead They Have The Bottles Which is Great Thank You So Much 😁😊

The coffee's at tesco. just lately are very watery, I've always thought that Lattes & capochineo was supposed to be nice and frothy and hot, but there not as ive said. Staff are very nice and helpful. Please take note of this because I like going to tesco for my coffee.

Grumpy staff and very poor value for money. My panini contained a tiny slice of ham and barely any cheese. Certainly not worth £4.50.

Absolutely disgusting. Been before and everything was fine. Ordered breakfast this time and didn’t noticed until two bites in that the bottom of the cob was mouldy. Tried to call and couldn’t get through. Uber eats pretty much fobbed me off as well even with a photo.

Had a lot of nice experiences before here with one very friendly member of staff. Served by a young woman today and disgusted at being told I can’t sit at a 4 chair table incase a family of 4 came in. While she was saying this an old couple which is only 2 people sit at the table I was told I couldn’t sit at but yet she never said a word to the old couple! Talk about discrimination!!! Ordered beans on toast with 2 sausages which cost £6 odd. Mate had a breakfast which was £5 something. Where is the maths in that???

Wont be visiting again for breakfast .egg was like you got from a joke shop .bacon was scrag ends .beans dry . Spoke to the chef (.if he was a chef ) doubt it very much .he had the cheek to say.when you order again. just let me know how you would like your egg cooking ...really. avoid breakfast at all times. Oooh watch out for the cons the staff dont.... tell u about wen ordering ..I.e mushrooms ash browns.etc .your bill never ends up the price on the menu .I queried the bill .I was told by the not so pleasant staff you have to state what you would like .otherwise your automatically charged. .what a joke Tesco hucknall cafe.

Well visited hucknall Tesco today .for breakfast never again bacon was all scrag ends.beans dry ..I thought my fried egg was from the joke shop hard & like rubber . I complained to.the chef .? He had the cheek to say .on ordering the nxt time could you let me know if you like your eggs soft or hard ..I was gob smacked .(I ask are you really a chef ) avoid .

Went in this week to do my weekly shop while browsing got hit full on on my right hand side by a full crate being pushed by a member of staff by some miracle I did not fall over but it jared my whole body giving me an instant migraine the member of staff begrudgingly said sorry and walked off not happy with the treatment from the managers who were more concerned about their own welfare my point is what if an old person or a child had been hit are we safe shopping here I don't know if I dare shop here again still waiting for a phone call four days after the incident even though I was promised a phone call from the management on the day it happened very poor treatment if you do shop here hold your little kids incase this happens again

Friendly staff and very accommodating when we realised that the melting Santa hot chocolate had marshmallows that my partner's son couldn't have, they immediately exchanged it for a regular hot chocolate. Would highly recommend

Nice clean tables and staff really helpful and polite, we had a breakfast (£4.14) staff was lovely and accommodated me when asking for a wrap they only thing negative id say is that the mushroom, sauage and hash brown was really greasy, maybe looking at cooking these differently would make this more enjoyable.

They do very nice breakfast and dinners there and it is very cheap and reasonable prices and it's very clean and tidy the staff are so very nice and helpful and the drinks are nice as well and it is very good and sit and relax but there's no good scenery to look at it's just a shot of course it's not that good for cinema relaxing if you want to see good scenery but if you don't it's nice and the food is very good and reasonable and see the price is very good as well

Alright place and does a decent coffee

Often go in the cafe before shopping but increasingly disappointed with the food. Poached eggs and scrambled eggs overdone and dry baked beans today.

Good value food, but they start limiting the menu long before closing (more than an hour) which is frustrating.

Rude staff, cluttered messy sticky tables, sockets that didn't work. Avoid for work purposes at all costs.

Good place for a bite, bring kids or family members
