McDonald's in Ashfield

Came in for a order pickup, and when I approached the worker who seemed to be the manager (dark brown hair, wore a skirt, not glasses, no name badge, and wore a black cardigan) for assistance with my order, she bluntly and very rudely said "I don't know, don't ask me", and provided no assistance whatsoever, I ended up waiting a whole HOUR for my order, none of the workers in this McDonalds actually care to work, they've got a whole que of people waiting and do not come to serve or answer a simple question as to how long the order would be! When I finally got my order from a male associate, I was told the lady's name was Dawn. Cannot believe Mcdonalds has people like this serving and as a manager. So disappointed!

This restaurant is an absolute joke the manager was so rude talking down to my partner. Ordered food and most of my food and the drinks was missing so had 4 kids that were hungry. Went up to McDonald to get the rest of my order and never gave us the food no refund nothing after paying for delivery . Manager saying we was being rude and aggressive ( we wasn’t ) we just asked for the missing food. Not the first time we been missing food or drinks it’s nearly all the time now it’s just a joke. Get your act together McDonalds

Said they were waiting on Chicken selects so to park up and I was waiting 30 minutes. I thought it was a fast food place? To busy serving the delivery people and when I did get my order it was cold and the burger was sloppy

We’ve lived in the area for many years, this used to be a fast and efficient McDonald’s, unfortunately, now it’s the slowest one, we frequently wait over 20 mins for the food, and it’s generally cold. It doesn’t matter whether you order inside or in the drive through. We’ve stopped using it now, it’s always a disappointing and frustrating experience. Not at all what you’d expect from McDonalds.

Got kicked out cuz I went Burger King before absolute joke and manager telling me off had coffee breath

order was delivered nearly 2 hours after ordering. could not cancel as wanted to go sleep

no sauces delivered even though we ordered extra due to us being in a hotel

As always most of the time now with Mcdonald, the fries are always dry,cool as they have been over stacked under the warm lamps. They always do to many fries to prepare for a rush of customers that most of the times doesn't come. Cold fries seems to be the norm now. Order fries with no salt.

Yet again no dips with anything, so whatever you do, don't order dips, you will be charged for nothing.

Ordered 2x Big Mac meals and 2x mozzarella dips and 2x toffee latte's. Received 2x cheeseburgers instead of mozzarella dips. Both latte's were stone cold. Both Big Macs were cold and had hardly any special sauce in them. I received 2x sweet and sour dips instead of two tomato sauce dips. One of the medium chips was half full, so one small and one medium. At least the chips were warm, though. I'm looking forward to Burger King opening up soon in the same location area. At least at Burger King, food is cooked freshly, and they get the orders right.

Missing items yet again, you roll the dice every time you order from here - The bag is sealed so its obviously just not been put in despite it being listed on the bag sticker, they really need a checking process in place because its obvious the staff can't be trusted to make sure all the items are actually in the bag before they seal it, ridiculous...

No happy meal! Had the drink and veg bag but not the happy meal. One disappointed 5 year old. Did get refunded but the restaurant really needs to double check orders are correct before they leave…it is not that hard to do.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This is probably by far the worst McDonald’s. Went to the drive through with my son and ordered told to park up and wait, popped in after 25mins and told won’t be long, another 20 mins later someone appeared with an order, checked it and surprise surprise not my order. I’ve also ordered twice on the app, 1st time it got cancelled so no food. 2nd time half the order missing! Staff try and blame uber, but uber has done their job it’s the incompetence of the staff at this store and the rudeness just tops it off! Don’t bother visiting or ordering go a bit further to somercotes or Sutton, better service and you’ll receive your order.

Once again the food was pretty cold due to it being delivered, without a warm bag to keep it warm. it was in the brown bags macdonalds put it in. it should be delivered in a bag which keeps the food warm and this ruins the food when it's not done correctly.

I ordered a duo meal and half of my meal was missing . The bag was just filled with sauces and straws instead . When no drinks were ordered

Not been to McDonald's for sometime. Drive through Ordered a breakfast wrap. Was told to wait in a bay. Server very nice and polite. Waited about 15 mins but thought going to be nice fresh and hot. The tortilla bread did not seem to of been warmed and the items inside were warmish . Dont know why the sauce was all at the bottom. I would not rush back for a breakfast wrap. SORRY .

Order was incorrect on 1 burger - ordered Philly cheese stack with no changes, received Philly cheese stack with no sauce or gherkins so clearly changes were made without request. One burger correct but overall disappointing as we paid more for the burger for the special sauce and basically got a double cheese burger. To top it off, food wasn’t very warm either.

Ordered a mcdelivery and took over one hour to arrive. The staff are rude and the food is always cold, they never get the order right and never give you the correct sauce. When you complain they just offer you more rubbish food! Cant wait for burger king to open 😋

I had no food delivery what so ever and wherever it did go I hope they gave you the code for it. Waited 2 hours and absolutely nothing. Not very happy at all.

Good service but slow at busy times with you waiting up to at least 20 mins at whether dining in or taking out even if just ordering a coffee. Could do better in some areas especially in counter service etiquette but overall satisfactory.

Terrible McDonald's. Always something wrong with my order. This time no cheese on my cheeseburger no onions on my burger that I requested extra onions on and I got a plain Big Mac instead of a normal one. How can they get it wrong every time!

Probably 1 of the worst mcdonalds about. why is it so difficult to read someone's order and pack what they order? Missing dips, no straw, wrong desserts. No wonder they get a bad name for themselves.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered a 9 nugget meal and a nugget happy meal and McFlurry’s. Went through the drive through, gave us the drinks and McFlurrys then said we had to park up and wait for food. Food took 15 minutes to come, gave me the wrong drink, the McFlurry’s had melted by the time the food came and the food was completely cold. Horrendous McDonald’s!!!

Awful service. Paid for drive through, told to park up and wait. Food left sitting to go cold inside whilst I was waiting in my car as asked. Went in after 20 minutes to find it sitting going cold. Hopeless. Terrible service. It wasn’t busy. It’s meant to be fast food, what’s the point of a driver through that takes 20-30 minutes.

Always super busy due to its location but the staff are great at getting orders out. They did miss an item from our order last time but a quick phonecall later and that was soon sorted for next time
