The best restaurants in Sutton in Ashfield North Ashfield East Midlands

Ordered afternoon tea for my sisters birthday. Both her and her husband were highly delighted with this and especially the sausage rolls . Second lockdown birthday and I wondered what I could do to brighten their day and this really did fit the bill.Many thanks .

I have visited on numerous occasions and can honestly say that i have loved every item that i have ordered. The food is always so full of taste, there is a great variety on offer and the food is reasonably priced. There is also so much variety of options to choose from even when you are following certain diets. Everyone at the Deli are so friendly that it is always a pleasure to visit. Would and do recommend to anyone!

We have been coming here for years, they do a very nice tasty donner kebab and the chips are always good. Never had a complaints.

A nice little hidden gem. Not many traditional pubs left. Highly recommended

Nice space to sit and watch the world go by. Extremely helpful staff when I visited with small baby, they carried tray to table without being asked and didn't rush us even though they were closing up. Coffee and cake were excellent and good vfm.

Friday lunchtime visit. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pleasantly surprised to see some seafood on a pub menu, we opted for the Moules Marineres which were good. Timothy Taylor ale was in fair condition. Very handy for a walk/Cycle on the nearby Teversal trail (and connecting trails) - didn't see any bike racks at the pub though. Overall very good.

Amazing meal and dessert for myself and my family can not fault it at all Classic meals Gammon and inapplicable Fish & chips l very well presented bargain 👌 Always served with a friendly smil not be disappointed 5 stars 💥

The food wasn't the best, with the chips being very disappointing.

The food was good and the asian staff serving was very good. There were other two staff inside. Don’t know what they were doing at the back of the shop - one was holding/glancing at her phone often. Felt like they were avoiding to serve customers. The other girls (blonde hair and black hair) were just chatting to her companion only. Left the poor asian lady on her own to deal with long queue of customers’ orders and preparing food and taking the money. Eventually, after being 1/2 hr in the shop they came to the front to serve. Never encounter such service at other subways.

Arrived 11am. Food was pre warmed at an early time. Strange, chicken was dry the skin on the chicken was hard. The staff was really nice. Not a great experience. The man sorting the not working self ordering kiosks smoking outside says alot.

Had a large mixed kebab delivered £14 !! Very poor not a patch on what it used to be. Soggy salad , hardly any meat. Waste of money !!!
