Always a lovely lunch, I had Salmon Fish Cake, and Roast Lamb. Piano player is fab, a little loud if your table is close by. Lovely, funny young waitresses! Gorgeous interior and very comfortable lounge to finish your drinks.

would love to see a delivery service to long sutton and sutton bridge in future.

You get varieties of naan, I pefer kheema naan.

The cakes are delicious and prices are really reasonable! Nice peaceful atmosphere. The staff are very friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The 3 courses were excellent and it was great to have seasonal choices of such a high standard. There’s always something different on the menu . Gourmet dining in a village pub….superb! We will be back

Food was delicious good company lovley staff.

I had Sunday lunch here with my partners ladies group, we had pre booked our meals, they offer two and three course options, we opted for two courses each and shared the baked brie starter with Sourdough bread, we both chose the roast beef with extra cabbage peas on the side and we shared a cheese cake dessert. Everyone loved the food and and most of us struggled with the generous portions. We met up outside in the the garden where there are picnic benches and a covered area. We ate inside at a pair of long tables, service was polite friendly and responsive. We agreed we would go there again. A really lovely place with great food. Staff are friendly and chatty , which helps to make it a great experience .

Called in as it is in the CAMRA GBG. A tad disappointing as several hand pumps were dead. The Ashover Littlemoor Citra was in good order though.

No finer value anywhere, all food freshly cooked, good portions and excellent prices.

Tasty curries for a reasonable price. Excellent samosas too. Friendly service. Will be back!

Great little pub. We didn't eat there as we went for a pub quiz. Really friendly atmosphere. The pub has a pool table and dart board, plus a beer garden area for when the weafher is good.
