What a lovely place this is, with very friendly staff and some tasty but not too expensive wines, and they do some very tasty food as well.
Happy to recommend and can't wait until we are back in Worthing so we can go here again.
Celebrated my Birthday meal at Dilli’s in Haslemere and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was outstanding! All five of us chose something different from the menu and we all found the dishes delicious. The service was excellent, with a special mention and another big thank you to Rihan who went above and beyond to ensure our dishes were cooked to our taste and that we were well looked after throughout the evening. Would highly recommend and will book again.

Without a doubt the best coffee in town. So pleased to have found proper coffee in Eastbourne! Great breakfasts, the Amalfi is especially good, and the soups! . Love the Italian 🇮🇹 vibes!!!

Was an absolutely amazing night. Was their to celebrated 110 years of Favourit foods and for fav to award the bursey. Food was amazing as well as the service and the company couldn't have asked for a better social event.

I have always looked for good authentic jerk chicken. Gabe's made that quest simpler. The lamb curry and jerk chicken were incredible.
I am definitely going to visit here with other people.
Very friendly little cafe
Very reasonably priced and freshly prepared sandwich and panini.
Very accommodating of our 4 yr old grandson
Only minus was no toilet facilities
The best steak pie in this area by a country mile. You must try this gastro pub if you like freshly cooked British food. Good berry crumble served with cream or custard.
We didn’t get off to a great start. We were asked today to move our 730pm to 7pm
booking as they were now planning to close early. We were the only table and sadly I felt like we were an inconvenience throughout.
Food - Sadly my chicken was bland and the potatoes were rock hard. I tried to catch the attention of the waitress for some time. Eventually she came over. I explained that the dauphinois potatoes were really dry and hard but no alternative offered. In my humble opinion it was heated from frozen. We had one drink each. No checking back to the group for other drinks / more water/ anything needed.
Then probably about half nine the lights were brutally lifted up to ‘ inform ‘ us that we now needed to leave.
We didn’t make a fuss .. paid the bill and left. … it’s a shame because the restaurant itself is beautiful but cutting corners and really poor customer service will probably mean only there will be one table in there again … and it won’t have us sitting there.
Tim and Bev, who run the joint, are incredible human beings to be around. The fact that their spot is as popular as it is, is frankly no surprise. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is always gorgeous, and the courtyard - simply divine; a testament to their impeccable taste and their hard work. Yes, you may have to queue occasionally to squeeze in, but it’s worth every moment.

Exceptional service from Charlie's on the hill, big thanks to both Charlie and Deborah who supplied the sandwich platters for our dad's wake.
They also delivered to the venue which saved us a lot of stress on a difficult day for us.
Sandwiches exceeded our expectations being very fresh and plenty of varied fillings which suited vegetarian guests also.
Very good value for money, would certainly recommend.
Thankyou, Lynn, Karen and Chris
