The best restaurants serving Turkish food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Absolutamente increíble comida sabrosa. Grandes porciones y muy buen precio. Probablemente no es un restaurante en el sentido tradicional, pero puede sentarse dentro después de pedir en el mostrador. El personal es muy amable. Pero sólo en efectivo. ¡Volvería otra vez!

Our first visit yesterday,we were in dewsbury and did a quick Google search for a locatioion for breakfast. We both chose The Turkish Breakfast and it was delicious,really tasty,and the portion size was just right. My partner brought home some of the sweet teats and they were lovely too. The husband and wife couple who were running it were polite smiley friendly folks who gave us great service. We will be going back again

The experience at Konak was excellent. We were welcomed to the restaurant by wonderful staff, who sat us down, took our wet jackets and allowed us enough time to settle in and order. The service was fantastic and the food was incredible. The atmosphere was perfect, not too loud or quiet, the restaurant itself was very clean and a nice cosy place. All in all every aspect was perfect, I would recommend Konak, whether it's friends, partners, family, colleagues, it suits all parties. Also there are offers almost every day at certain times, so do look out for these and try and attend at offer times. We saved about a third of our bill by ordering at the times, which was a happy accident but very grateful for.

Got to be the best Turkish restaurant around. The atmosphere and ambience so welcoming. Owners and staff make you so welcome.

Ordered on just eat before 9pm still not here at 10pm I called saying I'll jump in car and collect it but they said will be with is ASAP it's now 10:30pm no food absolutely shocking.

It was excellent, both food and service.

A great place to be for a night out with either couple, friends or family. We have been as all three, each time we have been welcomed by friendly staff. The food is authentically Turkish cooked by experienced chefs. Well worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

Ordered a takeaway and was thoroughly disappointed. Ordered a dinner kebab on naan and two kids burgers - what I was given definitely was not naan, was really thin and greasy. Kebab meat bland and the garlic mayo like jelly. Burgers bland and my notes on the order were not listened to, so I was having to scrape mayo and lettuce off them. Also it wasn’t in the description that they came with fries so I spent £4 on fries that we didn’t need. Kids wouldn’t eat the burgers - even they said they were tasteless. Total waste of money and will not be ordering from here again.
