Dolopy Food in Kirklees

Ordered a takeaway and was thoroughly disappointed. Ordered a dinner kebab on naan and two kids burgers - what I was given definitely was not naan, was really thin and greasy. Kebab meat bland and the garlic mayo like jelly. Burgers bland and my notes on the order were not listened to, so I was having to scrape mayo and lettuce off them. Also it wasn’t in the description that they came with fries so I spent £4 on fries that we didn’t need. Kids wouldn’t eat the burgers - even they said they were tasteless. Total waste of money and will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered via just eat. Hawaiian burger came with no pineapple, grey meat, soggy bottom bun and a spicy sauce all over it that wasn't mentioned in the description. Chips had a random short black thread in them. All over disappointing and will definitely never order from here again. Update: just had a phone call from the takeaway offering us food tomorrow if I took down the review and picture.

Horrible doner meat, ordered with chicken and salat but both were missing and its expensive £7 for mix chicken doner wrap , ridiculous

I'm new to the area and this is the only takeaway I'll use. The Donner kebab is amazing and there fries are the best I've had in ages. The staff are friendly. Very good takeaway is Dolopy.

Me and my partner have just come it to get a pizza the staff were exceptionally polite and they have the best pizzas going presented beautifully on a wooden swivel plate very clean no grease no nothing and the flavours are Devine defdinatl going to come again and would highly recommend dolopy to anyone in the huddersfield (fartown area)

Stumbled across this place. Only wanted a light bite, so opted for chicken shawarma wrap & chips. Menu has enough selection and not overall busy were its difficult to make a choice. Firstly, I noticed how fresh the food tasted, even though the texture of the chicken didn't have the artificial texture or taste of fakeness. Premises were clean and space available to sit indoors, even only small. Staff was friendly and attentive to customers. Overall, it was a good fast food experience 😋

I went today with 4 of my children on the 10th of November, I literally live around the corner from dolopy and have never been here,, but today I went and I have to say the man that served me today who was behind the till was the most friendliest person MashaAllah,, the food was amazing MashaAllah I have to say, I ordered the chicken sharwarma in anaan and it was 10 out of 10 my kids got garlic margarita pizza and that was one of the best pizza I have ever tasted, All I want to say is I will definitely be visiting again In Shaa Allah, also the baklava nd hummus was the bomb loved it So thankyou once again for being very sweet, polite and very professional

Cleanliness in restaurants is very good

Food never arrived, dont order from here and if you do pay cash because they took the card payment and closed shop.

Some items were salty. The starters were good and fresh. The items are not ready on time. The takeaway was clean and looked good.

Worst place in Huddersfield. Awful service. Went to order Lamb Shiah and the guy behind the till said we don’t actually sell it because it’s expensive. So why have it on the menu?

Ordered from website, got confirmation email, drove down to collect and it was closed !! Luckily I was paying cash so they didn't have my money. Replied to confirmation email asking what was going on, got no reply until 6 WEEKS later got another email saying my order was DENIED, no explanation. LOL.

Ordered via Just Eat- Philly cheese steak. They never confirmed the order at their end so Just Eat got in touch to nudge them and they rejected my order. The first time in history my food order was rejected, they did not want my £18, not worth it for them! I will never ever try to order again from here.

I went here tonight for the first time with my wife and two children and we ordered a pideh and three chicken burgers. They were so good! All really fresh and tasted amazing. We will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and they even gave us complimentary tortilla chips and hummus for our first visit which was a nice gesture. The prices are also very reasonable. We will be back next weekend!

Tried Dolopy for the first time this evening. The staff were really friendly and attentive and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Ordered chicken steak and a veggie burger, absolutely delicious. The food was really fresh, the meat was cooked to perfection and all the ingredients were top quality. Will be my new go to takeaway. Highly recommended.

best take away in huddersfield olive and green chutney are great . Nice clean food cooked freshly and both staff are very welcoming going to try lampchops and seabass next

Me and my partner ordered a sharing box for two from here which in itself on first impression was very reasonably priced for what you received and looked very delicious! On receiving the order we were blown away with the kindness and happy nature of the delivery driver, made a bleek day brighter! When we opened the food we were happy to find a complimentary portion of Doritos chips and hummus! And then tasting the food we were again transported to a highly plesearable euphoria of which we may never reach again! Safe to say we recommend!

Fab food delivered by lovely driver. Only niggle was my chips although were scrumptious, for me they were too salty, would have liked to put my own on. The packaging was sustainable and food delivered hot. Complimentary dip was much appreciated and delicious and went well with the little chicken and rice rolls . Looking forward to exploring more of your menu in the future.

We called in on a Friday night to get a burger for the kids. Whilst waiting for ‘sex on buns’ the name of the burger, we were offered mouth watering olives in sauce made by God! The kids loved their burgers and chips. Can’t fault the place at all

Went with my friend. A few tables inside so decided to eat in. Didn't want anything too heavy so opted for a few starters to share. Three cheese chips were on point. Chips nicely seasoned with skin on so not the standard fries. Also, got the hot wings, nicely flavoured. Don't be put off, if you think they might be too spicy as mild. Lastly got Sujuk Borek, which looked a bit like spring rolls, filled with feta cheese and small pieces of their traditional sausage and again. We also tried the baklava cake, something different. It wasn't my cup of tea, but my friend loved it. Overall, a good experience. There's so much on the menu I want to try and definitely will be back.

Easily the best lamb chops in Huddersfield, (and I've practically tried them all). Friendly staff and excellent customer services. I regularly go at least a couple times a week now. I would highly recommend!

I got suggested by a friend to try this new place called Dolopy and GOD! We weren’t disappointed. My husband ordered their classic Dolopy’s cheeseburger and I opted for sujuk pide( Turkish pizza) .my husband was totally wowed by the juiciness and flavour of the burger and my pizza was just out of this world, even the crust was so crunchy and flavoursome. The spicy beef sausages combined with melted Turkish cheese, just WOW! We needed more places like this in Huddersfield. I will be ordering again. Thank you, guys.
