The best restaurants serving Turkish food in England

Very poor service paired with ignorance. After not even one hour we were told that our table was booked . The manager was rude and ignorant. He was not prepared to listen when I asked to speak with him. It was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

We had a really nice meal here, the food was very plentiful and the service was very good, despite it being extremely busy early on a Saturday night. We all enjoyed our food and had a couple of nice cocktails. The bills was reasonable for what we had, 3 of us cocktails wine, two courses each £160. We enjoyed the DJ, it did get a bit loud as the evening wore on but we appreciated it starting quietly and then ramping up, too loud and you can't talk. When it reached that point it was time for us to go anyway. A very pleasant evening and the restaurant has personality and life which we really enjoyed.

Visitamos 7 . 30 pm el 28 de septiembre y se sentaron rápidamente y se ordenaron sin problema - pero la comida luego tardó más de 50 minutos en llegar. En ese tiempo otros grupos que habían llegado y pedido antes que nosotros todavía no habían recibido comida. 3 mesas diferentes se levantaron y se fueron antes de pedir o mientras esperaban la llegada de la comida debido al muy mal servicio. Cuando llegó nuestra comida le faltaba pitta y pan plano. La calidad de la comida era bueno para ellos - pero el servicio y la velocidad eran horribles.

This is our fourth time back to the restaurant. This evening when we arrived the restaurant was extremely busy with three big parties. We were concerned about how long our food would take to come out. We did not need to worry as they coped extremely well. Great atmosphere, fabulous food and super smiley service. We will be back soon :-)

Son: First i am kindly welcomed by the very polite male manager and female manager, making me feel welcomed and like i belong here 😄. In a very short amount of time i am kindly asked what drinks i would like which was great 👍. Slouching in my unbelievably comfy seats, making the experience 10x better. My starters arrived within the first 8 minutes of ordering, the presentation/ taste and smell of my starters were outstanding and delicious. couldnt get enough, service was actually amazing, even asking me if im done with my food so they can take it away 🤩. - deserves 100 stars - staff very polite and well mannered - great hygiene - very comfy seats - flawless experience Highly recommend this Resturaunt !! I will rate it as 1000 stars Restaurant the gentleman maniger and the lady Manager They are absolutely accredit to this restaurant because of the way they make everyone feel welcomed and show the true love and the care for every single one customer in the whole restaurant and This the staff waiters they all work hand in hand which no Order gets confused and whatever you order it is at your table within a minutes The communication is spectacular. The chefs are unbelievable. The taste of the food immaculate the meat is fresh so well done that you cannot get enough now guys this is down to you. You read the reviews and you come and see yourself. I feel so comfortable. I’ve been here since 7 pm till 11 pm to be honest. I don’t really wanna go home because the staff is like FAMILY they are so lovely friendly they actually don’t rush you to leave. You can take all the time you want and even if you decide to sit until the restaurant shuts once everyone’s gone they’ll come and sit next to you and have a lovely conversation with you Even when you leave the restaurant they watch you and make sure you get into your vehicle safely and they even act like security guards and bounces so what else can you guys ask for? I tell you one thing guys I can never ever stop coming here in my life because it is the high standard class Restaurant I have ever been in. I will definitely be back towards the middle of June for a beautiful surprise meal for my husband that’s going to arrive in the UK. Servitören Emra skötte sig väldigt bra. Han var en väldigt pratglad och härlig människa med service som första prioritering.

Best kebab shop in Harpenden. Great food at a reasonable price, with lots of option. Staff are always super friendly and polite.

Went there with a friend of mine for her birthday. Lovely staff very friendly , the food was very nice and not expensive for the good quality. Definitely will go back!

I can’t believe we stumbled upon this Gem!! We just got off the early morning train from London and my family and friends were hungry for a delicious breakfast!! But we were sick and tired of coffee and pastries. For those well travelled you all know that the best breakfast is a Turkish breakfast!!! Well lo and behold in this cute little town overlooking a flowing stream of water we come across Arman’s !! This breakfast has given a great start to our day!!!

Very good until Semih left then the service went down. It’s a shame because it does good food , but it is also important to get great service.

So so good. Really tasty kebabs. 4 of us well fed for less than £50. Quick. Complimentary houmous. Always really friendly and welcoming. Definitely the best in the area.

Como hacía años que no comía un kebab doner y estaba esperando fuera de este en el coche, decidí que ahora era el momento de una cena de kebab improvisada. Excelente decisión. La gama que se ofrece es masiva y el doner kebab (opción obvia para una introducción) era bastante espléndido. Una porción muy grande de cordero húmedo pero no demasiado grasiento vino con pitta y ensalada fresca y fue todo lo que este plato debe ser. También estaban disponibles pollo shawarma, Adana kebabs y toda una gama de otras delicias. Sin duda volveré pronto.

Horrible, comida muy pobre, Muy mala relación calidad-precio, empezaron a cocinar pollo crudo tocando el Cordero sobre cocinado que había pedido en la misma parrilla, ensalada miserable, pequeño aburrido e insípido, ¡una decepción de tantas maneras!

As always here in London, you come across places you’ve not seen for a long time and want to try them again, this was a night like that. I had a large Kofta (enough for 2 people) and it was awesome, both in terms of quantity and taste.

The food was ok, slightly above average. Great presentation, fresh and tasty. However, my concern since I visited it twice is the handling of meats. Both times, they were not good as expected. Having 4 cooks and possibly a chef in the kitchen... it should be outstanding food-wise, it is just above average.
