The best restaurants serving Thai food in Kirklees Yorkshire and The Humber

Wow I have found them again, I did not know where the cafe had gone since the market closed. So pleased they have a new venue and as usual the food was just as good as ever, tasty, fast service and friendly. I will be visiting again often now, the only reason that I would visit Huddersfield town centre. The cafe suits everyone with low cost meals and plenty of seating.

Was recommended by a friend who lived locally as we are not from the area but were meeting up with family. I only wish we lived closer as we would definitely be regulars! The service was fantastic, such warm friendly people with great sense of humour, and the food was delicious! Such depth of flavour and spice. I couldn’t fault it. There wasn’t a morsel left behind. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Always a “bring your own drink” Restaurant, it is now selling all drinks (alcohol/soft etc) so our total meal for 4 the price increased approx 25% so def not as an attractive dining out option going forward. My curry meal was returned and the price deducted from the bill. Thank you. I advise not eating seafood here. Will we return as often as previously? Definitely not.

Ordered a takeaway for collection last night from this restaurant. My partner travelled out to pick up the food up and on arriving home and removing the lids we were very disappointed to find that they had given us the wrong order. I rang the restaurant to inform them what had happened however received no apology for this. We then had to ask for the correct order to be delivered instead of us having to travel out again as this was their error. With a lot of reluctance they agreed. When the driver arrived to our house he turned up empty handed and wanted the incorrect order back which had already been in our home, which really makes me question their hygiene given the current covid-19 pandemic. The driver was very ignorant and unhelpful. When I called back to the restaurant they said it was a different driver that had to bring our correct order back to us which we then had to wait a further 25 minutes for and on arriving the food was cold and had to be microwaved. It was also the same driver. After all this I had to ask on the phone for some form of compensation after what had happened, I would have like to think they would have offered it to us considering this was their error. Overall negative experience, will go else where in future.

Amazing food and service. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Lovely little hideaway place. If near Denby Dale you must go.

Takeaway and food appaling. Worst kebab in the uk. Mixed kebab don’t bother yourself. And delivery driver doesn’t even get out his car. You get a call to come out into the street where he puts his window down and passes the food. However resistive serious needs to look at other takeaway offers. And the taste doner meat has zilch flavour nor does there tikka. Mint with chilli sauce ain’t happening with the taste buds either. Sort yourselves out please. You could have the monopoly in the area.

This is the first & last time I order from here. I had a pizza & sownt the whole time on the loo afterwards with DV's. It's not always easy to identify what my hand caused the stomach upset but I didn't eat all the pizza in the same sitting but the results were just the same. If you're not wanting to spend a fortune on Andrex & Imodium tablets, do yourself a massive favour & avoid.

The food is amazing from here! It’s always earlier than expected too we always order from her! We order so much that they know our order and address 😂 one of the nicest takeaways in Huddersfield 🙌

Definitely give it a try! You won’t be disappointed! We recommend you pay to park in the town if driving, as there is very little parking on the main road.
