The best restaurants serving Thai food in Southend-on-Sea East of England

We order food from Sopa Thai Westcliff. Salt chilli and pepper calamari was tasteful. Chilli basil chicken stir fry was oily and too watery. Sopa Thai special fried was let down. The chicken was uncooked so had to only eat chicken n waste the rice.

The food was delicious and the menu was varied. The portions are very big however, and most people on our table couldn’t finish the food. would come here again :)

Good service, can be a little slow sometimes but polite staff and food is amazing. Been here a number of times, recently brought friends for their first time and they loved it.

Not had a Thai meal for a long time and was not disappointed, food was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. We did have 4 courses which made it a bit more expensive but was worth it. Special mention for the banana fritters, the batter was light not heavy and not swimming in syrup, perfect way to end a excellent meal.

We have been coming to Manolys for years and the food is always fabulous the staff are always very accommodating and go above and beyond to cater for our every need. Our favourite Thai restaurant The Best .

We have been a few times here now for Sunday lunch and the food is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We went with friends who also really liked it and have been back with us twice already. We usually stay on for the band which are generally excellent. A great day/night out at a great price. I will miss the current owners when they leave and can only hope the new owners keep it the same and don't try to fix something that's already mended.
