The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Thai food

Absolutely amazing! Abit confusing that the sign is still that of the old owners ‘Boston Spice’ but the food was unreal. So reasonably priced as well with a 3 course meal each for both of us and alcoholic drinks, all priced just over £50. Customer service was also top notch. If we weren’t just visiting Boston for a mini break for a few days this restaurant would definitely be a regular! Nothing bad to say whatsoever. 100% worth a visit.

My then girlfriend and I first ate at Chada when we were students in 1986. We didn't have much money, so we would share a starter and sometimes a main, and restrict ourselves to one beer each. Even so, the owners were unfailingly kind and welcoming, and the food was always fantastic. Fast forward to 2002 and as a now married couple, we revisited Chada to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. It had been a few years, but the restaurant was as good as ever. Shortly after we moved to Wales, but in November 2022 we visited once again to celebrate my sister in law's 70th. Every dish was absolutely delicious and the owners were so gracious. With our grown up son now living in London, we hope to resume visiting Chada on a regular basis.

Relaxed, friendly, casual and tasty.....red bull chicken is a winner. Will be returning, great place if you like authentic

Fantástica comida, particularmente impresionado con el Kuay Tiew Pad KeeMao (gambas) y la salsa del curry Massaman - tan delicioso!

Мы пришли в этот ресторан вечером, было очень много людей, сильно понравился интерьер. Официантка показала все варианты столиков, которые мы можем занять. Она была очень милая и приветливая. Обслуживание было потрясающим. Еда была очень вкусная. Наверное, это был лучший Пад Тай в моей жизни. Также мы заказали карри, рамен и курицу с рисом. Все было очень вкусно и граммотно приготовлено. Формат ресторана - тапас, официантка сразу предупредила об этом. На самом деле порции оказались внушительными, а потому курицу мы забрали с собой. Пространства в ресторане было не очень много, можно даже сказать, что было тесновато. И мы переходим к главному минусу - было очень шумно. Прямо слишком, было невозможно разговаривать. Конечно это не вина ресторана, но это немного подпортило впечатление. Но нужно учитывать, что мы пришли туда в пятницу вечером. Подытожим - это место с отличной кухней и прекрасным обслуживанием. Советую к посещению, но выбирайте время с минимальной нагрузкой ресторана.

What a lovely lovely restaurant. The staff were so very welcoming and friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Fresh and full of flavour. Cosy atmosphere. Can't wait to go again!!!!!

Hasta ahora el mejor restaurante tailandés en el que he estado en Londres y he probado mucho! La comida es realmente deliciosa, auténtica y muy bien presentada. Encantador ambiente cálido y acogedor y el personal más acogedor y amable. ¡Me encanta este lugar!

We booked here for lunch with our 3 year old son. I found the whole experience exemplary. The food was amazing, drinks were superb, but I would like to highlight the lady who served us. She was excellent with my son and very engaging. Whilst we dined she also had to deal with a stupidly petty complaint by a customer, which I would have got angry about, but she was calm and handled it superbly. This place is really worth a visit.

We followed the reviews on Tripadvisor and ordered a take away. I found the telephone interaction positive and helpful as I'm not from the area. We got our food but we didn't enjoy it. Mine was a little bland and needed salt and the lamb was tough. My wife's was the same, tough chicken. I guess each kitchen cooks differently and we didn't enjoy it. Clearly others do.

Simply delicious, excellent portion sizes, incredible flavours, best Thai I have had in a long time and Thai is my favourite food!! Very highly recommend!!!

New location on Union Street has facilities for hotpot, which is great for families and get togethers. Have been hoping that Aberdeen would get a hotpot restaurant as my family really enjoys it! We had the set combo C, which was perfect for three of us at lunch with some extra noodles (marketed as a set meal for 2 and I can imagine it’d be great for dinner!) - it had a great selection of meats to try and LOADS of vegetables. The service was excellent and the owner remembered my face from visiting months ago, which made us feel very valued! Highly recommend - sadly forgot to take photos as we were too busy eating!

Been here a few times and food is always good, no different this time although the red snapper was excellent. Always enjoy the cosy atmosphere (despite a very loud/gobby table behind us) and the service was prompt and efficient. Will be back.

I highly recommend the nail services offered at Bangkok Palace (BIAB, extensions, gel and acrylic, regular manicures). Eve is very professional and great at what she does! She’s incredibly attentive and accommodating and always does my nails are exactly how I’d like. The salon itself is very cosy and homely, and the prices are very reasonable
