The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Northern Ireland

I loved the food when i was able to get it. I grabbed takeout when it first opened but have struggled to catch it open since. Hurry back!

Beef is tender , hot stone is fun & can cook as per your preference.

Wow! The fish and chips supper meal was, sensational, tasty quality food

I visited this place only to find that the older gentleman behind the bar was extremely abrupt verging on rude in the way in which he told us that our custom was unwelcome, as it was a private members club. Needless to say this does not engender positive feelings to this establishment.

Great food, early delivery but prefer that to waiting ages on a Friday night.

Absolute top notch burger 🍔 . The beef chips and and onion rings were great as well. Server was friendly and attentive. Excellent work.

Pros: the food is fresh, crisp and delicious, probably the best cod I have ever tasted. The staff were polite and the whole place has an old timey charm. It was also very clean. Cons: The prices are high, A cod filet on its own will set you back a tenner, more if you want chips. the waiting times are longer than average. my order was small but i was still sat there for about 20 minutes at peak time. Conclusion: Expensive, but well worth the money if you have it to spare and are not in a rush. This is a very proud Chip shop and they have the awards and health ratings to back it up.

Great spot, clean,friendly fast efficient service. Recommend the burgers and veggie curry, great value food. An extensive menu with drinks. Staff and owners very customer focused. Fully recommend

Today was my second visit to John Long’s on a rainy Good Friday with not so many people on the streets of Belfast. Not so in John Long’s though - the place was packed and people were queuing to get in and no wonder - the fish and chips were incredible and the staff were amazing. So glad I went back.

I come from a cheffing background where I worked my way up to double award winning for best contemporary cuisines in Armagh last year and part of the team that won it the year before and my sous chef stepped up the game and won it again. So I know my food. Customer service is top shelf , I’ve tried every chippy in portadown and between chips direct and TFM. Chips direct do it best. This restaurant is a jewel hidden away in Belfast. The oysters were as good as any we have had anywhere. All the food was superb. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I can't praise it enough.
