The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Doncaster Yorkshire and The Humber

A fabulous night for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration. Where do I begin? From start to finish, what an awesome night. So friendly, welcoming and geniunely enjoyable. The taster menu is excellent, do not miss out on anything, pick the extra course, Marcus’s semi final special, share the two mains and please try the cheese dish. Not only is every course a taste experience but the wine flight, presented by Tom, the sommelier takes you from 40m deep in the ocean to the mountain peaks of Switzerland. We embraced it all and it was exceptional. There is no comparable restaurant for miles around and the sooner the Michelin guide recognises that, the better. You did and continue to do Doncaster City proud, I just hope you get the culinary recognition!

Hemos tenido varios para llevar de esta tienda de chips y el pescado y las patatas fritas son consistentemente de primera clase. Cada Orden es fresco, sin duda, mi preferencia a esperar unos minutos y comida fresca caliente. El mejor de la zona.

Ate here 2 years ago and it was fantastic. Today it was the absolute opposite. Waited 30 minutes before being offered a drink or menu, when there were only 6 other diners. Cheap crap rose wine that was £27 a bottle. Took a further 30 minutes to be served 6 oysters then waited over an hour to receive 3 mediocre starters, it was shocking and honestly it wasn't busy. What's happened? £90 for 2 was definitely not worth it, such a shame.

Food was superb!!! SIA WAS AMAZING!!!!! She made our visit brilliant, she was just smiley and super helpful! The only things were bent crockery, a young kid listening to stuff on his iPad at max level and paying £4.60 for a can of Carling in a pint glass!!!! 😱 luckily, the food and service made up for it! Will definitely visit again but not buy any beer!

Excellent quality fish and chips. Had the large cod and medium chips. Delicious 😋. Very friendly service. Would definitely recommend xxx

Recommended this chippy to my friends as I had bought fish there Monday 6th sept which was amazing . W ell cooked and golden crispy batter. On the Saturday 11th the chips had obviously been reheated and the fish was slimy and batter not cooked. Like we had been to a different chippy. Won’t be recommending and won’t go again

Was the only punter in the shop but still took 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered a small fish and sausage special. Didn’t get asked if I wanted a battered or unbattered sausage. The order was also plated up in the box backwards with the fish at the bottom. Then the sauce then the chips. Where I usually come from a decent chippy has specials flying out and your in and out the shop quicker than the shampoo is in and out your hair. Been here 3 times now and is like this every time. I wouldn’t recommend the plaice.

Excellent service again, 6th February for lunch, pleasant staff and excellent customer service by lovely lady, showing us to table taking order and serving within minutes 😀 👌.

just had fish and chips here ,the worst I have ever had .fish and chips twice £20.00 never again .chips cold fish cold.

Ordered two mixed meat kebabs came with just donner meat, salad was just grated cabbage.

Great menu, Order was prepared very quickly. Also have the option of ordering in advance via their online menu. Recommended

Excelente comida y servicio, buena selección de comida y cócteles en el menú. El personal era excelente, especialmente Sam que era muy acogedor y amable. Sin duda volveremos a visitar pronto!
