Food was prepared fast upon ordering portion sizes are decent and the staff are lovely

Been a couple of times in the past, the service is fast and friendly. I always order the kebab house special. It’s the biggest portion I’ve ever seen. Well worth the money. It fed two of us and had left overs for another day. Would recommend.

I travel to Armthorpe to see my fiance I travel from Tavistock in Devon and use Queens quite often always good food and service and I think good value for money at least £2 pounds a portion cheaper than anywhere in Tavistock

Good food but expensive and really filling. Used to go there every Friday but haven't been since I turned vegetarian ❤️. The food leaves a weird after taste. Because it is expensive my children only get it as a treat

First visit in a good few years...wow! Best cod and chips we've had in ages! Great curry sauce too. The other food looked great so will want to try that in future. So good, this will be our go to chippy from now on.

Absolutely shocking iv used this chip shop for nearly 20 years an they are seriously gone down the drain chips kept from the night before and re cooked the morning after iv just bean for a stake pie and chips get home to find no pastry on the top of it and looked like it had bean kicked round the shop its worring when Paul says to his to his staff get a pie out the back even thoue ther in the hot serving hatch just gone back to change it and the new one got microwaved some chip shop there selling Pollok as cod the lot oh and fresh fish don't smell fun fact for ya

Only the first time I've used this chippy, but will be using again, I got a fish chips, mushy peas and a fishcake for £4! And the meal was very tasty, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, plenty of choice on the menu, the shop is very very clean and well lit. Highly recommended.

it smells awful and is very overpriced the people in there smell of sour craut the play around and talk bad about the customers the kid called angelo plays in there aka aac vlogs subscribe on youtube the walls are mingin and the place itself looks like poo

Best fish and chips in Doncaster, light flakes oh cod. Oil nice and hot to cook the chips with a bit of bite. Not greasy, no after taste of oil. Don’t go anywhere else in Doncaster for fish and chips, full stop.

Once again lovely food and lovely staff. It's not the closest chippy to us but it is the one we choose to use.

Friendly staff, plenty of chips to a portion. Open on a Sunday and your can pay by card. Can't go wrong!

Went for my lunch today I walked in first then a guy walked in after me, turned out the guy behind me knew the cook so he asked him what he wanted... turned out he pushed in front of two people all because he knew the guy. So I walked out I will not be spending money each week at a ship shop that puts other customers first when they don't pay more then anyone else. Will be going elsewhere 🖐

Amazing place would definetely recommend.

Food is great every time, BUT I have just called Paul the owner for some advice about slush syrup and he just didn't have the time and was very rude and asked to have to conversation another time. I have been a customer of queens for 17 years now and found Paul to be ok until now, how rude.

Too much! And I don't mean the price. I bought the special fish dinner, the large one for £6. I was working in the afternoon. Stuffed. Fish was massive and really nice and flakey. Highly recommended.

Disgusting service. Bought through Uber eats. Paid £6.50 for a Cod and chips, website shows a cod and chips. When delivered only get Cod. I called them they said £6.50 is just for the cod!! Told me I should call uber eats and it's nothing to do with them and hung up. No customer service skills and false advertising.

This must be the best place to get a fish from. It’s tasty and meaty with great big flakes of fish. They also do a lively kebab with usual fillings but they really do fill them. Fabulous
