The best fish and chip shop, clearly those who had a bad day just give bad reviews because they think they are important, can’t wait to see the camera over what REALLY happened. They are lovely people and the best fish and chip shop in our area. Not greasy, fresh and stunning .they are the busiest in the area , amazing customer service and great food. Please don’t listen to idiot reviews, I wish we could review the idiots, reviews are supposed to be honest not some idiot throwing a hissy fit because they feel like kicking the small businesses in my area.this is the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, I’ve travelled all round Britain and around the world, it’s a wonderful experience to have such a great takeaway close to home. Enjoy.

Freshly cooked and excellent as always.

This used to be our regular chip shop every Thursday night. It was the one time myself and my family enjoyed dinner together. Curry sauce was the best by far chips were always fresh and the batter on products was astonishing! However sadly, I wouldn’t eat here again after it has been taken over under a new ownership. The curry sauce was watery, bland and flavourless the fish was overly wet and the batter not sticking to it and as for the chips you could squeeze them out and reuse the grease for frying There was that much of it. Sadly, will never eat here again. I will now only go to zoutorias in Blackfield!

We had heard that there were new owners at this fish and chips and lots of positive comments Visited tonight and purchased fish and chips. Asked if they had any scampi - but was told it is not on the special menu. Now this is when I was impressed. They said let’s us just check and came back and said they could do some. All good quality, fresh and great test. Will defo return.

Classic fish and chips, crispy batter, amazing chips, cooked whilst we waited so felt super fresh. The staff were also really smiley!
