Stumbled upon this amazing place on a Monday evening - what a find! Forget the tourist traps on the front - this is the real deal! So much choice and you can choose to have fish battered, crumbed or grilled. So friendly and the woman who served us started working there over 50 years ago as now owns it. Just fabulous. Don’t hesitate - you won’t be disappointed! Thank you.

Visited Riley’s fish shop with my girlfriend on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday and could not recommend more! Staff were unbelievably hospitable; food was beyond amazing (we shared oysters, scallops and the monkfish); and the wine selection was exquisite! The atmosphere was so inviting we were hoping the food wouldn’t come so we could stay for longer! Thank you to the team for making this such a memorable night, we cannot wait to return!

Went for lunch and dinner as we were in the area for a few days. Lunch was ok👍. Dinner not so good, over cooked salted potatoes, salad drenched in oil and the bread was under cooked. We were the last table booked so I guess they let the fire run down hence the under cooked bread. Overall we were disappointed.

fantastic view food very dissappointing, seafood soup couldnt find seafood, roast beef very poor, thinly cut, veg luke warm. staff hovered and took plate before finished.It was my 40th wedding anniversay thought it would be good very dissappointed.

Thank you to Laura and Kris for making my 60th birthday party so special. Fantastic food as always and a wonderful atmosphere. You couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. I've already been asked about my 70th birthday!

Popped in for a Birthday cake and cocktails, bit stuffy, perhaps our giggling was not suitable for the expected clientele x

Great place and worth a visit!.

Absolutely furious, ordered 4 pizzas for a children’s party and they arrived an hour late after the party had ended. No apology. Totally unacceptable
