Ordered fish and chips but the fish was dry the batter was soggy it taste bad was home delivery will not order from them again

Once again excellent fish and chips, all freshly cooked, Staff very friendly and helpful, been many times before and always leave extremely satisfied.

Ordered online at 19:48 Called at 21:00 to ask if our order was going to be much longer. Was told they were doing it now & wouldn’t be long. Been calling since 21:30 - no answer Time 21:42 no food and they close at 22:00 2 hrs for 4 simple meals!

This is a great takeaway fish and chips establishment with a fantastic atmosphere and great staff .4£3 chips are the best I have tasted anywhere. Excellent value and always very welcoming

Nice freshly battered f&c from Wong's, I always call in advance so I'm not waiting for it to be cooked. Beware of the spring rolls and battered sausage as they are inedible

Used to be a regular here, but once they got taken over we stopped as the attitude of the staff was appalling and the food became horrible. We stopped on the way home last night and order Cod and Chips and a portion of Chips, when we got home we had been given 1 portion of chips and 2 pieces of cod, so they couldn't even get a simple order right! The fish was ok, but very greasy, the chips just went straight in the bin, most were green and tasted rotten. Having not been in there since 2018, we will never return...I am confused by the positive reviews as our experience was one never to be repeated!
