Bloody nightmare i came in the other day and couldn’t find the drinks machine the person who served us could’ve pointed it out

Me and my family went to Nando’s in Parkgate, Rotherham for lunch and had a great experience. It was very busy, but the staff handled it really well—service was still quick and friendly. We’ve been to various Nando’s over the years, and this one really stood out as one of the best. The food was hot, well cooked, and absolutely delicious. Everything arrived fresh and on time, and the staff made sure we were well looked after. We all enjoyed our meals and had a lovely time. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

We went for dinner last night. Had noticed it had taken a little longer than normal (but not long really), the manager came over to us to apologise and gave us free starters and desserts to make up for our wait! They really went extra mile when an apology would have been more than enough! We really appreciated it

First time in this place, food was ok (nothing wow) but because the high price most probably was for last time :)

Really upset after visiting Nando’s today first we got there the table was dirty had to ask to get it cleaned. Then the knife and forks where dirty got more also dirty had to ask for clean ones then sauces had hair on it the seats where dirty food came 10 minutes apart asked to speak to manager who eventually came after asking twice she was called yem said she would give us dessert to apologies sat for about half an hour and they we asked they didn’t have a clue gave it to the table next to us instead so upset with the service today

Had a lovely meal with my partner and chicken the cat. Adam served us and was absolutely lovely and super helpful. Will be back again.
