Nando's - Sheffield, Meadow Hall in Sheffield

I went Sunday with my son and really enjoyed it we will definitely be back soon.

Simon (wearing a denim shirt) was very thoughtful. He could see I was feeding my baby and asked if we wanted our meals put back under the heaters until we were finished. Small gestures like that stand out!

As a delivery coming to collect an order which was clearly ready but was asked to sit down and wait 2 minutes as she served the customers thought she would pass me the order when she served the one person but no she wanted to serve all 3 I wasn't having it they number of staff flying past me i just asked one the staff to kindly pass me the order now you guys ask yourself how long was that order waiting there how many delivery drivers declined that order because meadowhall is not worth the hassle and then when a driver does come you just wanna be awkward and pass him cold food which is going on a 5 mile journey to get even more cold most time staff are fine here but i do think twice when i accept meadowhall jobs but after this experience maybe will think 3 or 4times we drivers are fed up of this.

I visited nando’s yesterday. the staff were friendly and helpful. however, me and my partner order starters yet the main meals and starters arrived together. our food was also cold and tough like it had been re heated. I also ordered rice as an extra side and it was half full and hard. Nando’s is one of my favourites so I was disappointed.

The cutlery was absolutely filthy. Even after having it replaced, the replacements were dirty. Clearly they need to invest in better dishwashers. Food was good, but the hygiene really lets it down. The hyg raters need to pay a visit it seems.

We had a pleasant time and really appreciated the customer services provided by Mubarack .

We went during peak lunch time during school holidays. Big queue outside but we waited no more then 10 mins. Once ordered the food it was very quick to arrive and within 15 mins and it was hot. My previous and only experience at (a different) Nandos wasn't good but I am happy to say this was a very good experience.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos probar Nando's, ya que nunca hemos estado allí antes. Nos dieron una agradable bienvenida por un servidor en la entrada, mostrado a nuestra mesa. Los dos seleccionamos nuestra comida y los dos tuvimos la nueva hamburguesa de pollo y yo tuve 'chips' y maíz dulce con mi hamburguesa. Entonces tenía que ir al mostrador para poner la orden. Ayudé a mí mismo a bebidas sin alcohol ilimitado. Tenía demasiado que recoger nuestros cubiertos después de seleccionar los cubiertos, tuve que volver y buscar a través de las ollas lo que se puso en, ya que los cubiertos todavía tenía marcas, ya que no se habían lavado correctamente. Un sirviente compró nuestra comida, ahora pedí que la comida de mi esposa fuera muy suave en especias. El mío es muy picante. Es una gran comida encantadora agradable ponerse al día con los amigos y un gran servicio. Todo se hizo rápidamente y tubería caliente cuando llegó la comida era preciosa y todo lo que pedí fue lugar en sin duda recomendaría venir aquí.

My son and I had A Nandos meal at meadowhall today and she staff were fantastic especially the adorable Ruby she was friendly kind and very professional also Mubarack very friendly also , i will definitely visit here again thankyou for the lovely experienc.

After a heavy night in Sheffield, I woke up and fancied a cheeky Nando’s. Meadowhall was the closest one to the way home, arrived at 11:45 the food arrived at 11:50. Dry plain and disgusting. Did they use the food from yesterday? I feel like they did. I absolutely love Nando’s and I’ve never had an experience like this ever. Won’t be coming back to this Nando’s again, heartbroken isn’t even the word.

I have eaten at Nando's and Nanda's at the airport in the past two years, and I feel that the quality of their grilled chicken is getting better and better. The corn doesn't look too hot, and it's dry. It's not as fresh as when it was just taken out in the past. It feels like it was cooked first and then roasted and heated casually. My husband ordered the grilled chicken burger. The muscles didn't look like they were grilled, but rather poached. I am becoming more and more disappointed with Nanda's. My daughter's grilled chicken wings were delicious.

Fuimos a comer temprano con mi pareja, el personal era acogedor y servicial. Particularmente el joven señor (Morgan) de cabello rubio que felizmente nos trasladó a una cabina ya que mi pareja tiene malas caderas e incluso llevó mis bolsas para mí. El gerente entonces procedió a venir y comprobar cómo estábamos, comprobando que teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos con una manera profesional y positiva. La comida era preciosa! Muy sabroso. El personal alrededor estaba trabajando y manteniéndose ocupado, y eran amables entre sí.

It wasn't nice at all today. Drink was forgotten and had to ask twice for a glass (despite the resteraunt not being busy at all) even showing my receipt as proof. The chicken came and it was two bites of the blandest chicken I've ever tasted. (I ordered hot) it was mild at best. The drinks here are disgusting, flat and almost just pure water and foam. I don't think I'll eat here again.

It's nandos - exactly what you'd expect and much like any other nandos just conveniently placed in meadowhall. Good if you're shopping and want a more substantial lunch or if you want to grab a proper meal before or after the cinema. Often very busy. I find nandos hit and miss but the burgers are consistent so I stick with those.

Meadow hall always busy if its Saturday. There was queue in nandos but it's not a long wait. Quick service. Food still nice but too crowded for me.

It was Father's Day when we went so a bit busy. Ruby, one of the front of house, was very attentive. Food was good as per.

Lovely food, probably the best out of all the Sheffield Nando’s. I tried the Caesar salad which was amazing- it was probably the most delicious salad I’ve ever had! The one thing I will say though, is that it was really busy and loud but I am not surprised, as it IS Meadowhall. The staff were also really lovely and made sure we were taken good care of ☺️

Nando’s is usually a safe bet as you know what you’re getting. Not the case this time… We ordered 3 meals. 2 fully loaded wraps with the absconds removed and a kids chicken breast and chips with an ice cream The first piece was that they aren’t offering bottomless drinks as they have no gas, so everyone has to order an expensive alternative or get a small glass for tap water. Sadly this wasn’t stated when being seated or even a sign or similar The two wrap meals came, there was no avocado which is good, but for some reason the took everything else out so it was just dry stodgy shredded chicken and some lettuce. They also didn’t put the cheese in one of them even though it was paid for The kids meal, the chicken was very very dry like it had sat under a hot plate for a long time too The chips on two of the meals were really dry and hallow of any potato filling and a weird after taste The the ice cream, someone had put the machine together incorrectly resulting in someone having to come and fix the machine before anyone could use it None of this is the staffs fault and they were perfectly pleasant. Just a lot to go wrong in an ordinarily safe place to eat

Just visited during a shopping trip for our 2nd wedding anniversary and it's the best nandos we have eaten at. We had a boneless platter for 2 and it was just enough. I also had a sunset slushi and it's now my new favourite cocktail. Highly recommend

They have serious issues with cutlery cleanliness and hygiene. All knives and forks were absolutely caked in food, that bad, that I thought they were used ones. I asked one of the waiters to bring some clean knives and forks and they still brought dirty ones. I can't imagine how dirty the actual plates were. I don't go to Nando's much, but after this experience, I highly doubt I will be going again. I found the whole experience really disappointing and has serious hygiene issues.

I thought Nandos in SA was losing the product standard BUT this one was worse. The chicken was flame grilled but with a blend taste. I had to get home and spice the leftover chicken with Six Gun spice to give it taste.

Hot decent food, nothing to moan about. Everything you need it to be.

This was a lovely experience and me and my friends had an incredible time and the manager was attentive.We visit Nando’s locations across the country frequently, and their customer service was truly outstanding. With our regular visits to Nando’s, averaging 6+ times a month, we had a wonderful experience with the staff members mentioned.

Service girl was rude which ruins the atmosphere. Be careful of the cookeries, the forks and knifes are not clean at all.

If i could have given zero stars i would have, i had visited this place a couple of days ago. the presentation of this restaurant was absolutely appalling and the service was mediocre. I had asked for my glass that i had previously paid for and was refused it, being accused of not paying. I also noticed the chicken had multiple hairs on it and was undercooked. I was disgusted. The staff at the front had absolutely unbelievable attitude towards me. I was im absolute shock and disarray. The manager Louis failed to assess any issues with my food and service which was overall very disappointing.

I was served by a lovely gentleman called Junior, he showed us to our seats and when I got my food and informed him I wasn't happy he immediately tried to rectify the issue, but unfortunately due to no fault of Junior's the food hadn't changed it was more or less the same as it went back. So after sending the food back again I was then approached by a man called LEWIS who's attitude was very hostile and asked 'what is the problem'. Which made me feel rather uncomfortable. When my food was brought back, along with cold sides, as they did not change them, nor did they offer. I opted to take it home with me as I was underwhelmed with the whole experience. I will stick to going to valley centertainment as they always give great service and food.

I visited here for a quick lunch and break while shopping with my 7-month-old. The team were so helpful and showed me to a big table with room for the pushchair and close to the drinks. I was able to order via the QR code and the food came quickly and was really good. One server kindly got me some cutlery, as I couldn’t leave my little one, and a few times people checked on whether I needed another drink etc. There are also great baby facilities at Meadowhall.

Worst place I've been to this year literally!!! The girl that lead us to our table was fabulous and the manager who took our complaint. Out of 5 meals mine was the only ok one, but really it was a salad so who can mess up a salad. Quantity rubbish, didn't act on intolerances and value for money absolutely awful.

Enjoyed a nice dinner, despite the music being an night club volume, but made more difficult by the toilet situation. Why is the baby change behind a radar locked door?! I don't have a radar key and the queue to speak to a member of staff was round the tables, how am I supposed to take care of my toddler's needs in the ladies toilets when there's only 3 toilets and hardly any space in the cibicles. Hilarious to see "not all disablities are visible" printed on the door and then LOCK the door, suggests you think people are abusing the use of the toilets...perhaps they just have an invisible disability!!! There are also lots of disabilities that include an urgency to use to the toilet, making someone queue for the key is not as accessible as you think. Please consider leaving the door unlocked so that everyone who needs it, disabled people and families, can access it quickly.

this nandos was like no other, this was the first ever time i have been so unimpressed with nandos, this is due to the fact that my chicken was undercooked, which then led me to have horrific food poisoning the following day, will not be attending the meadowhall nandos again.

Went in to have a quick and cheap meal with friends. Everything looked normal until I bit into the chicken and saw pink. I decided just to not eat the chicken but the next day I had horrific food poisoning and felt horrible throughout the whole day and that was when I decided to leave a review. Most definitely won't be returning the chips looked microwaved and the chicken wasn't even cooked. Save your money and do not come here

Always enjoy a good nandos, we was seated very quickly and served very quockly to. Although we did order via the app.

Even though they were really busy the waitress had a laugh with my young nephew at his first trip to a nandos. We were seated promptly and the food/service were brilliant as always from this nandos.

Went here for food after a disappointing walk around Meadowhall. Service was great, food was good and everything was spot on except how cramped it was, not much space in between tables but that is literally it. Other than that everything else was spot on.

Always busy here so dont be put off by the queue to get seated, but food is served promptly and is consistent in terms of quality (dissapointing that there isn't an opportunity on the app to ask for starters to come at the same time as mains).

Food was good service was okay however management wasn’t good paid for 3 meals however only got told I paid for 2 so I paid for another meal and then they realised that I did pay for the first 3 meals In return they refused to give me a refund.

Understaffed so waited ages for a drink and for food. Mains came as we were still eating starters.

Where do i start? We were shown to our table given menus and told to order online.i did mine and so far so good. A glass was plonked in frount of me. As i was getting my drink cutlery napkin 2 waitresses were stood chatting "cleaning" the sauce bottles. My meal arrived. The garluc bread was hard and the chips were cold.what on earth do people like about this food chain? £21.95 for something i didnt enjoy. To top it off the waitress said my names abby please do a review. Well here you go....abby took our plates And what is that stench on the way to the ladies?

Went here 3 times in my 7 day stay in Sheffield. Being from the Cayman Islands I was happy to try out this place. I had the 1/4 chicken, medium spice with mash potato and long stem broccoli - it was a great meal. I gave this place a 5 star rating for its category of restaurant, which is "quick meal spot at the mall". The eating area at Nando's is fabulous for being in a mall eating hall. If you love hummus and pita - this is the spot for a good one! Prices were also nice.

Nandos clientele are already pretty weird. But when you combine it with the kind of people who frequent meadowhall it becomes the hills have eyes.

The food was lovely, but the service was the worst I have ever experienced, in any "restaurant". The staff don't do anything other than hand you a menu and point you to a till. if you want to order anything, you have to leave your group of friends/family and try to remember everyone's order . Unless you walk around with a pen and paper in your pocket. Such a bad way to serve people, that are out for a nice dining experience. The tables either side of me though the same way too.

Visited for lunch with my wife and two children, 7 and 2. Was taken to a table by a lovely chap, unfortunately we didn’t get his name, but he was extrelemy helpful and took our pram to a safe place so it was not in the way! The food was lovely as always, and the kids really enjoyed their Nandino’s meal!

It's been a while since I've tried a Nandos and it seems to have improved since I last went. The menu also seems much larger. I had the butterfly chicken, rice and broccoli. It was nice to seem veg as an option but it wasn't really cooked properly. The chicken was nice as was the spicy rice. The last time I went I recall there were 4 heat options and I used to go for the spiciest. This time there were 5 and I went for the 2nd one down and it was pretty spicy. There were loads of sauce bottles so my recommendation would be to go lower than what you think you can handle as you can always add more. Staff were very friendly and incredibly fast. The pirce also seems about right. Will come again to try more options on the menu.

Great food , good location but sometimes slow service. Friendly staff and quite large seating area to accommodate people
