This has got to be the slowest Nando's I have ever visited, the service was ridiculous and it wasn't even that busy (no more than 30 people).

My wife and I decided to try Nando's, as we have never been there before. We was given a nice welcome by a server at the entrance, shown to our table. We both selected our meal and we both had the new chicken burger and I had 'chips' and sweetcorn with my burger. Then had too go to the counter to put the order in. Helped my self to unlimited soft drinks. Had too fetch our cutlery after selecting cutlery, had to go back and search through the pots what they was put in as the cutlery was still had marks on, as they had not been washed properly. A server bought our food, now I asked for my wife's food to be very mild in spice. Mine to be very spicy. I could not taste any spices at all in fact it was very bland and tasteless. The chips should be called French fries as they were to thin to be called chips and they was greasy. A server came and asked us if everything was ok, didn't give us time to reply. Will not go back again.

Everything you'd want from a Nandos. Good tasty food. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

would not recommend sadly, the staff was nice however they lost my order and i was sat waiting for 45 minutes with nobody checking up, i only received my food once i asked where it was as i’d been waiting so long. not idea after work, ruined the experince

Luci was so helpful! I have never been to a Nando’s before, so I came for dinner on 21/08 and I have been returning just for her! Her customer service was exceptional and I truly cannot find any faults! GO LUCI!!!!

Friendly staff with delicious reasonably priced food. Would recommend! The staff always go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The food is very good quality and served piping hot in a timely manner.

So me and a business partner went for dinner and I ordered the new Fully loaded wrap. It was tasty and had the right amount of filling. Would definately recommend! My friend had the usual half a chicken with sides and rice. We had an issue with the rainbow coleslaw as it was dry and personally I would recommend for vegans or veggies as it is more like a salad. Anyway, there were no issues getting a regular coleslaw which was beautiful. The manger was very smiley, polite and also attentive. All staff were very polite and positive all round. Will be visiting again.
