The best restaurants serving Portuguese food in South West

Service was poor. Drinks overpriced (acceptable). Food quality, mediocre. Eg: chicken soup £8.50. Are they serious ??? Meat was tough.

Exceptional service, delivered with a smile and at speed. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was tasty as always.

Josh(y) gave us such a warm welcome today despite being freezing himself (get that boy a hoodie!), he was so friendly. Other staff were nice too and food was great today, very quick too!

Had a great time here. Great staff on top of the game. Will be back . James was good he took us to the table and was helpful over menu.

Delicious hot chicken perfectly cooked and not dry, hot chips and refillable drinks but overall was expensive for what it was.

+food (4.5/5): sunset burger makes me feel like i’m back in south africa, beautiful seasoning and fresh bread and lovely melted cheese made it so delicious +service (5/5): very friendly and informative about waiting times, good job. +music: (3/5): they had bose speakers but the volume was a little bit low, if you’re gonna have those kind of calibre stereo systems in your restaurant might as well use them properly layout (5/5): love the design and art of all nandos restaurants this one was no exception

La mejor experiencia de Nandos de la historia, el restaurante estaba súper limpio y bien surtido, incluso tenían paquetes de servilletas al lado del estante, las ollas de cubiertos estaban llenas, máquina de hielo funcionando 🙂 Un agradecimiento especial a Terrence, Neave y Lydia, que fueron más allá de su deber de ayudarnos, Lydia fue tan amable en cumplir con la opción de comida que solicitamos, la hospitalidad de Neave fue increíble, esta señora muy amable no podía dejar de decir, "¡Bienvenida!", y Terrence estaba lleno de sonrisas y no podía hacer lo suficiente - son grandes embajadores de la marca y como Gerente de Relaciones con los Huéspedes yo mismo para una marca de hotel de alta reputación, los contrataría en un santiamén 🫶 Espero que obtengan el reconocimiento que realmente merecen. Gracias sinceramente por cuidar de nosotros, esperamos volver algún día. Sarah & KK 🙂

Decided to visit Nando’s Today and have lunch outside due to regulations.The welcome could not be described as a welcome the person was rude and was not interested we were told to sit and order on line tried to get online to order but not...

Despite busyness, service was timely and what we asked for. Quarter chicken was incredibly moist, however, the filling was not well-dispersed in the fino pitta. I understand the restaurant accommodates quite a few tables and perhaps the waitress was relatively new or unaccustomed to busier evening service, however, there was no attempt to gauge which table we were sitting at from my description in having forgot to note the number at the last minute (I would've happily gone back as it was my mistake, however, it was right at the back and this was around 8pm), nor was there any pleasantness, which I think is an underlying basic.

Don’t waste your money! Chips Lukewarm, chicken very dry! Coleslaw like shop brought in! Staff seem more interested in themselves while massaging each other. Rather than actually interaction with the customers. They wanna take tips off the Weston-Super- Mare one cause they are definitely doing something right! I won’t be going back to the Abbey wood Nando’s that’s for sure!

I order the lunch meal before 3 pm and they lie to me that the lunch meal is till 2:30 . They are misleading very poor customer service over the phone . I can’t say about the food but they lie to me over the phone .
