Great experience! Restaurant was busy but staff accommodated our request to change tables and were friendly and attentive. We also all enjoyed our food choices so everyone was happy!

Jamie was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The lemon drizzle martinis are amazing, and the range of food was great and the pizza, lasagne and garlic bread that we had were lovely.

Had some beautiful food here last Saturday for a friend's birthday. Service was excellent and my friend had a not allergy and they were so accommodating. Definitely would go back and would recommend to book as it get popular in the evenings!

We went here for my daughters 14th birthday after a disaster in the kitchen at home! Jamie went out of his way to ensure we had the best meal and made it so special for her! Thank you so much!

Food: very authentic Italian food served. Service: waiter and waitress always make sure the food served are met with our expectations. I answered " Fantastic!" few times. Nice atmosphere as it is located at Cabot Circus Shopping Mall, Bristol.

The restaurant environment is very beautiful and the music is pleasant. The food is very delicious and you don't have to wait for a long time. The manager ALP is very enthusiastic and makes the dining process very pleasant. Highly recommended!

A really nice place for a comfortable meal! Love it so much and I recommend the mushroom chicken rice to everyone! ALP just did a great job as the manager to help us order and offering excellent smile service for customers! Good music by the way.

We had come from another restaurant that had turned us away refusing to serve me due to me having allergies We came to zizzis rather deflated about the whole thing but our waiter Jamie made our day ! He was friendly and bubbly with incredible customer service and had a loverly time

Returning again after moving to Bristol, I came for for food in and drinks Bristol. Had a wonderful experience and was given excellent service from Jamie. Definitely recommend, will absolutely be back

i love the food here so much, it’s honestly so delicious :)) me and my friend got the spaghetti bolognaise and one of their cheesy garlic breads and it is the perfect sizes !! our server was called jamie and he was so nice and friendly and we had a good laugh with him :)) cannot recommend this place enough !! <33

Pequeño por dentro y aunque el servicio y la comida era buena, tengo que comentar lo atestados que están las mesas. ¡Los asientos de 2 son prácticamente asientos de 8! Uno encima del otro que no podían tener ninguna forma de conversación privada y me costó salir cuando era hora de irme. Obviamente solo hay que amontonar tantas mesas como sea posible, que aunque entiendo, hace que sea una experiencia gastronómica muy incómoda. No volvería.

I suggest not to go that place, I ordered a vegetarian large pizza but after reaching my hotel I saw the pizza size so small, they took full amount but medium size pizza I got .

Ate here tonight, and I’m not one to leave reviews but I must after the wonderful experience I had! Firstly, the service (from Maddy) was delightful, and so efficient. Also, the food was amazing! I asked to add a few toppings, Maddy was so helpful with recommendations. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently visited Zizzi (2-1-25) , and while the food was truly fantastic, the service was absolutely dreadful. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested, but the real issue came when we were ordering. The manager, in particular, was incredibly condescending and mocked us for not knowing the menu inside out. We were just trying to get a feel for the options, and instead of offering assistance, he made us feel like a nuisance. It was uncomfortable and downright rude. It's a shame because the food itself was amazing, but the service—especially the manager—really soured the experience. Would not recommend unless you're prepared for poor customer treatment.

pasta was dry not enough sauce and literally has one mozzarella piece just placed on the top of it. very disappointing

Starter and main were warm, not hot. Had to wait 30 minutes for dessert. Waiting staff member seemed to change for each course. No urgency or attention. No real apology. 1.5 hours for a 3 course set menu! Ridiculous, especially having come on at 11.30am, so not exactly busy when we arrived!

Food was excellent, service 100%.We come from Ramsgate,Kent and we really appreciate everything. We recommend Zizzi to everyone who want to eat quality food 🤌🫶

Two days ago we were looking for a spot to have dinner at as we spent a bit too much time in several pubs so it wasnʼt very easy to find something that is still open, actually we wanted to go to the restaurant next to it which was already closed unfortunately, we asked here if the kitchen is still open and the manager welcomed us in a very warm way even though we were the last guests on this busy Sunday during these stressful times in December. We ordered the fondue board for two and a couple of sides. We ordered the hummus plate because of the hummus mainly but it turned out to be our least fav component as the garlic butter and the puffy pizza bread were so delicious!!! Also the fondue for 2 was really good, my lovely company was especially about the arrancini very happy 🥰 the young waitress (from France as she told us later) who served us is a true credit for this place, even the next day we were still talking about how sweet she treated us 💕 If I find myself im Bristol again, Iʼm looking forward to return ☺️

Had a phenomenal experience at zizzi last night. Food was amazing and service was out of this world. Everyone that we spoke to was wonderful and attentive. Two amazing waiters. Came to check on us. Marek was brilliant was from to start. He asked us if we wanted to move onto the booth that he just cleaned. Which was the extra mile for us. Overall a great experience. Thank you ❤️

Decidí ir a Nando’s con mis amigos para ponerme al día y hablar. Desde que llegamos allí Mustafa hizo todo por nosotros, desde limpiar la mesa para que pudiéramos sentarnos en un lugar preferido. Para tomar nuestro pedido, limpiar nuestros platos y sacar los postres rápidamente. Great pizza.. have not had square pizza not much.. love the square pizza part. The pasta dish is quite good.. The chicken starter is also quite good as well. Had been there twice in short time span I really like the place.. The free crisps at the start makes good gesture from restaurant side.. The drink is quite smooth and less sweet compared to most mocktails in restaurants..

The food was delicious, special place to go whit your family, the staff was amazing and friendly. Especially alp was amazing whit us and the kid, we are going to come back soon. Thank you so much 👍🏻

Delicious pasta and chicken Milanese. Marek, who served us, was an excellent server - he was quick to serve us and very attentive, and he gave us perfect recommendations for the special limited edition giant profiterole dessert. It's bigger than you expect, but if you're serious about the dessert then it's better to have one each than to share. They are so light we could have had seconds, so Marek was spot on when he said get one each. The casareccia pesto rosso was delicious as always, and the chicken Milanese was a first time try: even if you don't like kale and spinach, it's actually delicious with this dish. The potatoes were lovely.
