Delicious pasta and chicken Milanese. Marek, who served us, was an excellent server - he was quick to serve us and very attentive, and he gave us perfect recommendations for the special limited edition giant profiterole dessert. It's bigger than you expect, but if you're serious about the dessert then it's better to have one each than to share. They are so light we could have had seconds, so Marek was spot on when he said get one each. The casareccia pesto rosso was delicious as always, and the chicken Milanese was a first time try: even if you don't like kale and spinach, it's actually delicious with this dish. The potatoes were lovely.

First place I came to for food in Bristol after coming from Glasgow. Had a wonderful experience and was given excellent service from Jamie. Definitely recommend, will absolutely be back

Great pizza.. have not had square pizza not much.. love the square pizza part. The pasta dish is quite good.. The chicken starter is also quite good as well.. Had been there twice in short time span I really like the place.. The free crisps at the start makes good gesture from restaurant side.. The drink is quite smooth and less sweet compared to most mocktails in restaurants..

Had the best evening because our host was just amazing. Alp was sooo lovely, really made me and my party feel so catered to, was so friendly and just made me want to come back again! The rest of the team were fab too, anyone else who served us was equally friendly and had excellent customer service - fantastic team, it’s this kind of service that makes me revisit a restaurant (I even ended up signing up for the loyalty scheme!)

I came to Zizzi (Cabot Circus) with my friends this afternoon. Had beers and Pizzas. The Atmosphere was fantastic and clean. The service was Perfecto. Juli and Alp, they're beautiful and give us the best Service and Smile. Definitely coming back!!

Travelled from Cardiff for shopping at Bristol shopping centre. Ended up at Zizzi for a bite and drinks. We were served by Jamie, amazing service with a smile, despite the fact that they were understaffed at the time he let us sit outside as we initially wanted to, and served us and was very attentive towards us. We ordered just light nibbles and it was delicious. Will definitely come back when we come shopping in Bristol again!

Surprisingly they can keep good quality food as a chain shop. Easy to access as inside Cabot circuit, staff are hard working. Highly recommend to friends who has difficulty choosing restaurants!

Take out arrived in an absolute state. Uber Eats refused any sort of refund. Honestly it would be down to how it was packaged from Zizzi.

The food at zizzis is always lush! This store is always clean and a lovely atmosphere. The staff are lovely and catering :))

We came for lunch and ordered some starters and mains. The service was nice and organised, but some of the food was not great. In particular the Casareccia pollo piccante, the sauce was so watery and flavourless, had to ask for some cheese and salt and pepper to have any sort of flavour, barely any chicken or tomatoes just pasta and spinach really. This is my absolute favourite dish at Zizzi’s and I always order it at different locations and love it! This just tasted like watery salty cream, not pleasant at all so couldn’t finish the meal. Just a shame as it’s always been such a great classic.

Ate here tonight, and I’m not one to leave reviews but I must after the wonderful experience I had! Firstly, the service (from Maddy) was delightful, and so efficient. Also, the food was amazing! I asked to add a few toppings, Maddy was so helpful with recommendations. Will definitely be coming back.

We went to Zizzi's in Cabot Circus on Thursday evening 19/09/24. We were very impressed with the menu - there's something for everyone. My herb pork was delicious. Our server Maddy was so friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice and enjoyable evening.

I had a wonderful lunch experience around 1 pm. Served by three excellent waiters - Julli, Merek, and Iveta. I can't decide what to eat but they patiently guided us through the menu. Among all of them I'm gonna recommending the Sticky Pig Pizza and calamari, both of which were super delicious. Their attentive service made the meal even more enjoyable. Ofc Definitely 5*.

Delicious food with big portions. The garlic bread platter was top notch. Julie was delightful, very friendly and constantly made sure that we were satisfied with everything. Even offered to take a few snaps of us! Great ambiance

My husband and I popped in for an impromptu early dinner and I had the lasagna, he had the spaghetti bolognaise… wow! Was a party on the tastebuds! Garlic bread with cheese was also delicious and even the chips were amazing! We are only sad we had never gone in here before. Staff were so lovely and attentive and genuinely care that you have enjoyed your visit. Like many people, we tend only to leave reviews for bad experiences but we simply had to share our enjoyment. This will now be our regular restaurant and we are exited to explore the rest of the menu. If you haven’t been here yet you are missing out.

Nando's was conveniently located near to the Cabot Circus, where we were staying. Twice gone, and never been let down. We had our food in around ten to fifteen minutes after placing an easy-to-use QR code order and paying for it.

Good food with no frills. Reasonable price, in time and not too expensive. Closes late, so that's also an advantage.

Our experience was fantastic. Despite arriving late in the evening around 9:30 PM, we were promptly served. Our waitress, Tamara, was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the expected timeframe for our meal, displaying a high level of professionalism. The exceptional communication persisted throughout the entire service, and our food and drinks were delivered promptly. As always, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Tamara truly made our experience exceptional.

Visited on 19/08 at 3pm and absolutely loved the place. The service was impeccable, our orders were taken in a timely matter and we were checked in on throughout our time there. The food tasted like no other, the presentation was beautiful while tasting just as beautiful. Will 100% go again.

Greeted as soon as we walked inside, shown straight to our table. We were served by a young lady, who was very polite, but a bit nervous. She done an excellent job, considering it was her 2nd shift in this position. Hema checked on us a few times, making sure everything was up to standard. Of which it was. Hema was friendly and bubbly and we had a few laughs before she finished her shift. Food was hot and tasty, desserts were yummy and the atmosphere was pleasant, it wasn't to loud considering it was fairly busy. Huge thumbs up from us, big well done to the Zizzi team at Cabot. We were a table of 4 persons. We will definitely return.

Went with a my group of friends to Zizi, we had an online booking. Half of the tables there were empty yet the staff there mentioned that all places are reserved and they are understaffed, and cannot have us . we felt some discrimination and disrespect in that lady talking to us, refused to call the manager (she claimed she was) and refused to declare her name. She told me friend's husband I don't want you to come here anyway. I won't recommend visiting utterly racist places who don't respect diversity and treat customers with that way ..
