I would love to recommend Zizi- a place full of heart, made truly special by the wonderful people who work there. Alp and Andrea are incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The service is outstanding – not just professional, but also kind and personal. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish is made with care and passion. What really stands out is how much Alp and Andrea listen to their guests – they go out of their way to adapt and meet your needs, making sure every detail is just right. It’s one of those places you want to keep coming back to – not only for the food, but for the people. Thank you, and see you again soon!

This wasn’t my first time here, and once again the experience was excellent. Alp recognized us from previous visits and greeted us warmly at the door, which instantly made us feel truly welcomed. Andrea took great care of our order and handled my food allergies with real attention and professionalism. The service was smooth, the atmosphere cozy, and the whole evening felt effortless. It’s always a pleasure to come back — you can really feel the care they put into every detail.

Despite us arriving quite late, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. My daughter has several food allergies, and they went out of their way to ensure she could enjoy a safe and delicious meal. It’s such a relief to find a restaurant that takes allergies seriously while still being warm and friendly. Thank you to the team for making our evening stress-free and enjoyable!

I would strongly recommend Zizzi at Cabot Circus. We treated ourselves to dinner there this Saturday evening and had the pleasure of being served by Alp. He was very engaging and attentive without going over the top, and made us feel that no trouble was too much.

La mejor experiencia de Nandos de la historia, el restaurante estaba súper limpio y bien surtido, incluso tenían paquetes de servilletas al lado del estante, las ollas de cubiertos estaban llenas, máquina de hielo funcionando 🙂 Un agradecimiento especial a Terrence, Neave y Lydia, que fueron más allá de su deber de ayudarnos, Lydia fue tan amable en cumplir con la opción de comida que solicitamos, la hospitalidad de Neave fue increíble, esta señora muy amable no podía dejar de decir, "¡Bienvenida!", y Terrence estaba lleno de sonrisas y no podía hacer lo suficiente - son grandes embajadores de la marca y como Gerente de Relaciones con los Huéspedes yo mismo para una marca de hotel de alta reputación, los contrataría en un santiamén 🫶 Espero que obtengan el reconocimiento que realmente merecen. En una escala diría que Steven tenía más de 10 años y Nandos sería mejor si más gente fuera como él. Steven es una persona increíble con habilidades individuales.

Second visit to Zizzi. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. Loved the beef brisket and venison stufato. The kids menu is fantastic - 3 courses include veg sticks, pizza or pasta and icecream which comes with mini cones and chocolate and caramel sauce. Highly recommended!

The service is good, but in the end is so difficult them to catch to pay the bill. Overall food is tasty, but I wish they handmade pasta.

This is our second visit to Zizzi. Just like the first visiti, amazing food and fantastic service. Becky really makes it an enjoyable visit for us by accommodating us to a table so we can feed little one easier. Will definitely come again. 🙂

He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. His warm and professional attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Amazing as ever. Been to Zizi’s a few times as a small family but last night we celebrated a birthday with almost a dozen people for food and drinks. Hosted by Jamie and his colleagues we had starters, mains and deserts for adults and kids all served very quickly and the food was brilliant. Our new “Go-to” restaurant for family events. 10/10

Alp is the KING of customer service! We were a bit late coming in but they gave us a great table, food was amazing and came to us really quick, and they even asked us to request the last song of the night on the jukebox. 5/5 would recommend Zizzi Cabot Circus 🌟

Amazing food and service at Zizzi’s in Cabot Circus, Bristol. The restaurant is warm and inviting. The pizza was awesome, and the cheesy bomb starter (can’t remember the name of it) was so different but was AMAZING - Can’t wait to pop in for another some soon! We were served by 2 lovely staff, Iveta and Jamie. They were attentive, friendly and the service overall was nice and quick. Definitely recommended.

It was my favorite restaurant in Bristol Distinctive Italian restaurant The dishes are delicious and of excellent size The price is also reasonable compared to the quantity and quality Try us Shrimp pasta is very delicious, but a little spicy Mushroom pasta is creamy and includes burrata cheese The best side dish is cheese fondue! Really amazing The bill is approximately 43 pounds I recommend visiting

Had a birthday dinner here with my wife and loved the food. We were served by Jamie who was sweet and served us with a smile. He even arranged a birthday candle for my dessert :)

Travelled to Bristol to meet up with family member on the 18/02/25 went to Zizi's on a whim, and just so glad we did. The food really was lovely, the atmosphere was great but I'd really love to mention our server Tamara, Tamara just had the best sense of humour, and made our evening an absolute delight from the moment we walked through the door. Tamara was super attentive, helpful, full of great recommendations and just the most lovely lady. She really made our experience here, and we had such a lovely evening catching up as a family. Thank you Tamara, and we hope Zizi's knows what an asset you are! you made our evening.
