The Pizza's are just brilliant. Fresh dough and other ingredients to suit you taste buds. My friends and I had a variety of selection after games of snooker and pool. Reasonable prices and good staff to top it of. Will definitely recommend trying it out. I have been a regular customer for over 20 years...

Really lovely Sunday lunch on a whim. I had the chicken roast and my partner had the steak pie; both our meals were delicious. Lovely modern interior and service was fab. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice burgers and the waiter was so friendly that I want to eat there again. Beeing treated in A burger store so friendly is extraordinary.

Pizzas were ordered to be delivered at 7.40pm We called the pizzeria 5 times asking for updates , every person told us a different thing - always a lie . Weāve been told pizzas were on their way, that pizzas were 10 min away from us etc When I asked if my husband could go and picked them up, they said it was possible but they couldnāt make freshly made new pizzas for him. So my husband was meant to pick up pizzas made hours ago despite having paid for a different service and delivery time. No manager had the time to speak to us and no one from the staff had explanations, answers or at least being apologetic!!!! This is the worst service ever . Both from Razzo and Uber. Pizza has arrived stone cold at 10pm

I would call it Mediterranean restaurant. A living special dishes you don't see at other places. Not only flat and calzone pizzas but also gondola shaped with egg on top, nice! For the rest pasta, burger, meat, fish and Vega dishes. We will come back!

Rude staff! Arrogant and moody. One of them in there has offended me twice on separate occasions with their unfiltered comments that are unprofessional and opinionated. I considered myself a frequenter of Brewdog Perth because I like their stouts, but the last rude comment from this same member of staff was the last straw for me. I'd rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Basta, the restaurant itself is easy to find at the bottom of Dumbarton Road and has a lovely interior, full of character which makes it a great place to eat. The pizza was well cooked, with a good sugo and had generous toppings. We went for option 2 (tomatoes, artichoke, pesto and peppers) and option 5 (olives and capers sans chovies). To drink we went for two bottles of estrella. I felt the food was reasonably priced with good, quick service. My only thought was the atmosphere was slightly lacking as we were only customers in, but this isnāt the fault of the restaurant. The Neapolitan pizza market in glasgow is very competitive due to the popularity of Paesano, but Iād urge anyone to give Basta a shot as itās up there quality and flavour wise. I always like to support local businesses and will definitely be back!

This place was great, from the staff to the decor, to the quality of the food - TRY THIS PLACE! We were staying in Carnoustie for a weekend of golf, and we looked for the best rated places fir pizza - Arbroath is 15-20 minutes away from here; but the pizza was amazing, as were the sides, dips and desserts. Canāt recommend this place enough - better than The Rookery (if youāre staying at Carnoustie!)
