Very nice burgers and the waiter was so friendly that I want to eat there again. Beeing treated in A burger store so friendly is extraordinary.

We wanted something quick and we were blown away. If you're an american traveling to ft William, this will remind you of an In and Out Burger. Fresh burgers with tons of flavor and fresh hot fries. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the place is clean with a great atmosphere. Would eat here again :)

Great food and service! The burgers are all about the same size, so I don't really understand the different prices for a second patty.

After climbing the Ben Nevis I was craving a real good Burger. I found this place and ordered a Funion, double. I couldn't believe the taste, the quality of the meet was fantastic, the caramaliced fried onions, the sauce... Just really good.

The burger was great and the fries were the best we've ever had.

I have to admit, when you see the restaurant it doesn't look like much, but the food was really good, especially for that price. Can highly recommend.

As a former gourmet burger business owner I know what makes a good burger. These were on the money. Great patties, Juicy, all the trimmings, they even toasted the baps. Little details like the box, the bamboo skewers to hold the burgers together and the colourful grease proof paper in the bottom of the box all made this an awesome burger. I come from Northern Ireland where burgers are burnt, tasteless and served in toxic polystyrene boxes that make burgers soggy. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was not that busy and whilst it looks like there's no seating, it is hidden at the back. The menu is quite overpriced - approx. £15+ for a burger and fries. The milkshake was £5+ and I was half-expecting a large metal shake, but was met with a relatively small cup. The food quality is not amazing, but it's pretty decent. The burger was the highlight - thick and juicy. The chilli dog was also pretty good. The pizza was thing and slightly greasy - but a nice size. Overall: alright food, but maybe not worth the price.

We really enjoyed the place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. And more importantly, the food is tasty! We had the pizzas and milkshakes and were gladly surprised!

Burger was tasty but the pizza was just flavourless grease. The chips were poor too. Service was nice though - friendly staff.

Having just arrived in Fort William on Holiday, I wanted a good burger and boy, did I get it! The staff were friendly and polite, the food was made to order and it was all still hot when I got it back to my hotel. The Bacon Party and the Kramer were messy, but BURSTING with flavour! They were oh so good! I would highly recommend this lovely restaurant if you want a great burger!

We really really enjoyed this place. To be honest, everywhere was packed at lunch and they didn't have a line so we came in. The staff was friendly. The burgers and fries were just really really good. And they had chilly fries and chilli dogs and so forth. The food was really tasty.... they hit the mark with this food (The owner is American and said they are new). Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Great NY style pizza slices - nice flavor in the crust and sauce. I also stole a bite of my husband’s chili dog and it was fantastic. The street corn was a really nice surprise - fresh and well spiced. Add a little Mexican cotija cheese and it would be perfect.

Very delicious food and the service was decent, not bad at all. The burgers are very tasteful and tasty and also very juicy. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Had the house burger. One of the best burgers I've had. Well seasoned well proportioned. Haystack onions were great. As good as, if not better than, anything I've had from premium burger chains like five guys or smashburger.

Great quality Burgers and Pizza. The staff were accommodating and the burgers were delicious. Wasn’t expecting this in Fort William but glad no one else would take our money after 8pm. 10/10 recommend and will be going back the next time I’m driving through Fort William. Seriously good American Style Burgers.

This was the best burger I’ve had in 10 years, since moving abroad. If you’re hungry for an authentic American burger, Jiggy’s is your place. Even the toasted bun was perfect. The milkshakes are made the old-fashioned way with real ice cream. My husband and I were going to share a shake, but it was so good he drank the whole thing and we ordered another. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great food, great prices, great service.

From an American - this is likely the best American style food and service you’ll get in Scotland. The burgers, hot dogs, and pizza are great and a great value!

Came in yesterday 4 adults 3 dogs after goin up the Ben .very hungry an tired . atmosphere was welcoming an relaxing staff really nice 👍.burgers where banging pizza was awesome an the loaded fries where face melting just wot the doctor ordered .next time we up I'll be goin again gonna try the milkshakes aswell

Terrible food, uncomfortable place (incl. dirty toilet). Rather expensive for the quality. Definitely not a recommendation. Worst dining experience since we have been in Scotland.

Super friendly service and great pizza!

Our family of 5 all had burgers and all agreed that they were phenomenal, juicy and tasty. The fries and onion strings were hot and crispy as well. Lots of ketchup available, just like America :)

the food there was great and like the u.s. they sell pizza by the slice which from what i've seen is really hard to find in scotland the milkshakes and burgers are really amazing i personally recommend the bacon party burger and the workers and service there was just amazing

Extremely helpful & courteous staff , hot freshly cooked burgers and pizza ! Warmed our hearts too as they were about to close but we 4 hungry travellers were taken care of . Loved the place , the food and the kindness . Highly recommend . Great experience ! Rare breed of people - working in the kitchen , manning the counter and of course the leadership team which can motivate such a team . Very positive experience for us .
